Oscar Wilde The children used to play in the Giant's garden every day. When Giant came back home after seven years he was very sad and cried in a very grunft voice. He will not allow nobody to play in it but hisself and h built a high wall all round it and put up notice-board. The poor had now nowhere to play. The spring came and all over the country there were little blossoms and little birds. Only in the garden of the selfish Giant it was still winter . One morning he heard solme lovely music the King's musicians were passing by. It was a sight for him that spring came at last. Through a little hole in the wall the chldren had crept in and they were sitting in the brances of the trees. The birds were flying about and twittering with delight and the flowers were looking up through the grass and laughting. Only in one corner it was still winter . In it was standing a little boy. He was so small that he could not reach up to the branches of the tree. He was too tiny to climb

To Whom It May Concern, I am very pleased to write a character reference for (name) I have known (name) since (date). I clearly remember the first time I met her. She was very friendly towards everyone and that really gave me a good impression of her. And even now I think she is a very joyful and lovely person, who cares for others as much as for herself. During these two and a half months I have known (name), she has always been very hard-working and extremely passionate about everything she does. She is strong-willed and if she somehow doesn't succeed in something, she tries again and again until she does. (name) is also very committed to her education and very industrious. Her favourite subjects are math and Estonian.

I also wanted to thank you for letting me stay with you in your lovely summer cottage in England. I had the most wonderful time in England and I appreciate everything that you did for me to make me feel at home. I loved my room and the food tasted just like it does at home. You are a really nice family with warm hospitality. The visit to England really gave me an opportunitie to improve my English speaking skills, and it helped a lot. Also, I really enjoyed the beatiful view of the sea and the tourist attractions you took me to.

My ideal house My ideal house would be located in the woods, more precisely in the hills of Austria. It would almost be like a ski lodge, but it would be all mine. I want to live in the alps, because I’d like to wake up to a lovely view of the alps. The house would almost entirely be made out of wood. I would have a big back yard where I would have a football pitch, a miniature one, not a big one. Around the house I would grow all kinds of flowers and have a small garden. I would have a small garage, because I like cars and I like to take care of them. The house has 2 floors (basement, 1st and 2nd floor). The livingroom would have a cozy fireplace, a big TV and a couple of couches.

Leicester Square is the centre of entertainment with cinemas, restaurants, theatres and clubs all around and sometimes a funfair in the middle. Leicester Square is now home to some of London's largest cinemas and is the venue for many premiers. There is a lovely garden in Leicester Square, where people can relax after a hard day's work in the city. In the middle of the garden is a beautiful statue of William Shakespeare. In 1981 a lifesize statue of Charlie Chaplin was added. You can buy halfprice theatre tickets at the building with a sign 'tkts'. 'tkts' is London's most famous and popular theatre ticket shop. Based in the Clocktower Building in Leicester Square, tkts is an essential part of a visit to London.

My ideal school I've often wondered, what my ideal school would be like, but I haven't quite figured it out yet. I'm almost sure, that my ideal school would be near the forest. Students could go there and sit on benches to gather their energy. In the schoolyard, there would be big maple and oak trees and a lovely pond- what a nice place for a picnic on your break time! The lessons would take place in an old manor, where doors opening and closing by themselves wouldn't be anything unique. The classes would be small, but cosy and warm. We'd have a huge library with hundreds of old books. There would be a huge section only for romantic novels and books about love stories. The lessons would start at 9am. In my ideal school I'd have to study the average level of general subjects

There is a small brown mole on the left side of her face, just on her cheek- bone but it is hard to even notice. Because Liivia is a very slim and good-shaped girl, she looks good almost in everything. During the week when she is at work, she usually wears jeans and nice blouse with a jacket or a skirt with a pair of patent-leather shoes but when she goes out for a lovely dinner she likes to wear fashionable dresses. She is great person to be with because her sense of humor is hilarious. However, she is also very sensitive and always has time to listen if you have a problem. That is what I like most about her. Besides, Liivia is ambitious, outstanding, independent and cheerful. We have always been friends and I am sure we will be this way in the future as well.
Dear Hanna, Hi! How are you? I would love to see you, we should go out someday. Anyway, i've finally got some time to write a letter and tell you something about my holiday. It was amazing, I think you would love it too! I went to Capo Verde and we stayed in a lovely hotel. It had everything you needed restorants, shops, tennis coarts, sea etc. The rooms were also beautiful: big bathrooms and every bedroom had a balcony and huge bed. We tooked a road trip all over the island. We saw Blue eye, sharks and the saline. The best thing of these were the sharks, it was scary but also amazing. I think that you should go ther too, because it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Anyway, I'd better go now. Write soon. Love , Max
Once upon a time there lived a lovely princess with fair skin and blue eyes. She was so fair that she was named Snow White. Her mother died when Snow White was a baby and her father married again. This queen was very pretty but she was also very cruel. The wicked stepmother wanted to be the most beautiful lady in the kingdom and she would often ask her magic mirror, "Mirror! Mirror on the wall! Who is the fairest of them all?" And the magic mirror would say, "You are, Your Majesty!" But one day, the mirror replied, "Snow White is the fairest of them all!" The wicked queen was very angry and jealous of Snow White. She ordered her huntsman to take Snow White to the forest and kill her. The huntsman didn't manage to kill Snow White. Snow White escaped to the Forest and found a house where 7 dwarfs lived. They let her stay with them if Snow White kept the house clean and cooked for them. Soon the Queen found out that huntsman didn't kill th...
It says that although the Rock is hidden beneath the waves, sailors are able to hear the warning bell, can avoid the Inchcape Rock and thank the Abbot of Aberbrothok for putting the bell there. With the fifth stanza, we turn back to the beginning, repeating the first stanza, in a slightly different manner. The location is described it is a sunny day, everything seems to be joyful and 1 lovely. The seabirds are screaming with joy, as they are flying high in the sky. The only thing worth noticing in this stanza is the word "scream'd" ("The sea-birds scream'd as they wheel'd round, / And there was joyaunce in their sound."), which would normally not be used if the tone is calm and lovely, but on the other hand, screaming does most closely describe the sound sea gulls and other such birds make.
even the crows inspect the leftovers, but decide to turn to the farmer's corn. The crows could also represent the many followers famous people get (fans etc), who turn away as soon as they see the fame becoming less bright. Dickinson ends the poem by saying that men, who eat the dish of fame, die. This means that they have spent their lives in search and pursuit of fame and have lost sight of everything important. Stylistically it is a very lovely poem. It flows nicely, although there is an abrupt change of pace in the last line, but that also carries a significance - to highlight the importance of the last sentence. She has also comprised the stanzas very logically the main idea carries over very well. Dickinson has not used too complex metaphors or stylistic devices, which sometimes make a poem harder to read. I enjoyed the poem, especially because I agree with the main idea - one should not waste one's life

girl that had come to our class recently. I said she really looked like the Teacher really modest and straight-forward. For my unluckiness both of them were passing the hall at that time. Teacher heard my rude comment, so the whole next month I was under her picky pressure never am I now to repeat my mistake again and say something out loud without ever considering it first. However, I still just can't be mad at my teacher she's such a wonderful person! And her lovely way of laughing... Maybe I'm a teacher's pet I don't deny it, at least completely. We do have fun with her, but I guess I am a bit more excited than the others about her reaction when I say something funny or stupid. Once she fell ill now really, my mood fell as well, for the next two weeks. I guess I'm attached to her and caring in a way, but I really hope that one day we can be really good friends. I just hope that the day will come

they agree to have sex without emotion or commitment. After several trysts together Jamie comes to the realization that this isn't really what she wants and she would like to start dating again. She informs Dylan that they need to stop. There's also an unexpected ending. It's my favourite movie at the moment. First time I saw it was in the cinema with my best friend. Lootusetult armunud Billy Crocker tormas viimasel hetkel pardale, lootuses Hope'i südant võita. Kuna tal ei olnud isegi passi ega piletit, andis Moonface Martin Snake-Eyes Johnson'i(rahvavaenlane nr. 1 ning Moonface'i ja Erma juht, kelle nad kogemata maha jätsid) passi, mainimata kes ta oli. Muusikal oli väga vaatemänguline ning kaasahaarav, kus kõlasid paljud maailmaklassikaks saanud laulud- "I Get a Kick Out of You", "All Through the Night", "It's De-Lovely", "You're the Top", "Blow, Gabriel, Blow", mis olid muidugi eesti keelde tõlgitud. Muusikalist elamust kindlustas suurepärane saateansambel, mida juhtis rahvusooperi Estonia dirigent Erki Pehk.

“To room nineteen” is considered to be one of the best short stories by Doris Lessing. The book takes place in a mid-twentieth century in London suburb. It gives insight about women’s rights and London society on these days. Showes how the perfect lives as they seemed from outside, acctually weren’t that ideal on the inside. The book itself is about a middle-aged woman, Susan, whose life is spinning around her four children, ideal husband and lovely home. Everything seems to be just perfect. When the youngest child went off to school, the seeming peace in this family is soon gone. Susan didn’t find the sense of freedom that she expected. She started thinking about herself she lost in her marriege life and was filled with emotions that were not inherent to her.. As she discovered that it was housework, children and husband, that made her lose her self-identity, she stared to hate everything in the house

dive into the frozen ocean of realistic life of the adulthood without getting any scratches. And, since we're all really eager to learn new things from our English textbooks, I'm sure that one day we'll be able to perfectly complete that dive and be happy, enjoying every single day like it's the last one we'll ever see (not considering 2012). Well, after chapter one there'll be chapter two however, aren't we forgetting about something? Of cause we're not there are going to be lovely tests somewhere in the middle of the two chapters! They'll be including everything we've learned so far, and, it's just a hypothesis though, there is a slight chance that there's going to be a last-minute surprise in the test. Isn't that just fantastic? The classroom's air is going to filled with quiet sighs of furious students who'd already had seven tests during the week. They are begging for this surprise to be cancelled, but it will not happen miracles are left on fairy-tale's pages.

what books have you read lately? INTRODUCTION Books are treasure that takes out all reality and replaces it with fantacy, psyhology and humor in some cases. Depends what books are you reading. I like to read scince fiction, psychologyle and philosophical books. That makes my mind work other direction and lets me think over my consciousness. BOOK CONTENT So lately I have read a book named „Stepihunt”, author is Hermann Hesse. This book was quite lovely piece on art. Authors one side of her is in that book, as I have heard and read about it. When he wrote this book he had gun on his table every time. Same kind of thing is in this book, he thinked all the time razor he had. Place where all events took place was in German, stormy 1920. Book talkes about one man life who have two sides of himselfs.
