Healthy life

Healthy life A Healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people`s health and will being. If you want to live healthy life, then eat healthy food. In my opinion begins all still eating because food is our body`s fuel. If the fuel is of good quality, remains in the body mostly "working" or healthy. Drink enough water, walking in the fresh air every day. Get enough sleep, a good night`s sleep gives your brain a brilliant boost, it improves your memory and ability to focus. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for me and I always trying to go to sleep before midnight

Healthy Life I do not workout. I just do not have time for that and I do not have a mind to do workout sometimes. My way to workout is to play basketball, 90 minutes PE classes once a week and walk with my dog. In summers, I usually watch soccer on television and sometimes play basketball. My mother, father and sister are completely opposites of me. My sister practices swimming and soccer three times a week, including she rides with a bike. My mother bought herself a fitness machine; she uses it twice a week. My father also goes to fitness centre, rides with a bike and runs three times a week. In our family there is only me, who workout with my brain instead to do physical exercises. In addition, my grandparents are not capable to workout; they are too old for that as they say. In my family, many people do different activities. Running, skating, boxing, soccer, icehockey and dancing are...

Life in future

Life in future I think that technology will definitely influence our lives, but I don't think that life will be better than now, rather worse. The air won't be suitable for breathing so there will be probably some kind of masks or glass cities, where to live. Water won't be drinkable and people will buy all needful water from shops, actually not from shops but from the internet, because there won't be shops anymore. Food nearly won't exist anymore; energy will come in tablet form. Transport will be a lot comfortable and faster. Cars will be soundless and all vehicles will whir ten times faster

Life in Town versus Life in the Country Lif in Town versus Life in the Country is different for all practical purposes. Most people live in Town perennially, although life in the Country would be more peaceful. Between Town and the Country, it is not right to say, which place makes people happier- it depends on us. Life in the Country is peaceful and pure. People who will locate to live in the Country, cold be a good relationship with nature. Life in the Country is easier in many ways: quiet, fresh air, cheaper food, comfortable. In the Country people don't live very close to each others, which makes life more peacuful, there is opportunity to feel privacy. Air is less polluted than in Town, which enlarge people lenght of life. Food and other important things for life is cheaper than in Town, because it is really hard to find a job and almost impossible to spend money. Schooling will be much better and cheaper (in the long run) in 2050. The word ,,school" will no longer be in our vocabulary. School will be called a ,,work force". Day in my life I was waking up when i heard knocking at my door. I went to the door and postman was standing there. She was holding a package. Finally my package has been delivered. I greeted him and went looking for my ID card. I ran back to the postman. She was writing down my info while my little brother was trying to talk with me. He was yelling: ,,What is this?" I answered him: ,,It's a package, obviously." My brother started laughing and ran away. Postman asked for a signature and suddenly my phone started ringing. I gave her the signature and crabed the package. I ran downstairs but the caller hanged up already. I started calling back but the phone was busy. Suddenly I heard ringing again. I ran upstairs to pick up the phone but my sister was already speaking with the caller, so I went back downstairs. After my sister finished the call, she told me that the package was for my mother.

At last we found that we could go walk in the beach where also were many shops. But it was miles away, so we had to rent a car. We could rent a car from our hotel's reception. Unfortunately we were told that all cars were hired out. Then my parents suggested to spend the day swimming in a hotel pool, but I didn't feel spending my day like this. We found a place to hire cars near the hotel. The only available car was Citroën C1. This was really small, but our only choice. The evidence suggests that the Internet has blended into the rhythms of everyday life: the Internet is used at work, in schools, in universities, and hospitals etc. It is used for a wide variety of purposes, such as surfing for information, working, playing online games, and just chatting. The fact that people are not interacting in visible public spaces does not mean that they are in isolation. moment of death. It is the exact moment, where our energy leaves our bodies. It has been scientifically proven that at this moment, every human being loses weight - 21 grams on average. Then comes the question that cannot be proven whether this loss is our souls or not. The movie ''21 grams'' brings up a subject that everything we are weights only 21 grams. It is a weight of a chocolate bar, a hummingbird. Still, without these few grams we cannot live without. With these facts, life seems truly inconsequential to me. The first thought, that came into my mind, was whether this is all we are actually worth. It depends on a person, I believe that life is worth as much as you make it worth. Some may hold into these 21 grams one truly valuable life with everything in it. Others may hold a life, that has just passed by. These are the people who have done nothing but just existing for their whole lives. Something needs to be done in order to be content with your life.

The movie is mostly about a 14 year-old girl named Lily who is haunted by the memory of her late mother. And to escape the lonely and sad life that she has with her father she flees with Rosaleen and they fled to a town in South Carolina. There they start to work in the honey industry. Lily also meets Zach there. The movie was very interesting to me and a bit different form the book. Living in the country has acquired certain reputation, that indicates dirtiness, dullness and uncoiseness with a life in the countryside. True, that a life in the city may seem more entertaining, rapid and fastinating, but it's only an illusion which is brought out due to the commotion in the city. But life in the countryside is more healthy due to the unpolluted air, possibility to evolve agriculture and an elbowroom in which one can dabble sports. One negative side effect accompanies living in the country is absense of infrastructures. Many important institutions locate too far and due to that transportation is an important subject while living in the country. To sum up, living in the city is comfortable but noisy and living in the country is peaceful but time-consuming.

The Life of Indigenous Australian Children The forced removal of indigenous children happened in every state and territory of Australia. The separation of Aboriginal children started in Victoria and New South Wales as early as 1885 and, in some states, was not stopped until the 1970s. About 85% of Aboriginal families have been affected in some way, either by having children taken away from them or by being forced to make major decisions to avoid having their children taken. Mothers of some Aboriginal children would cover their fair-skinned children with black clay; hide them in trees, behind sand dunes, or in hollow logs. Families were moving constantly, to keep one step ahead of "welfare." Some families said that they were Italian, Maori, or Greek, leaving their true identity to themselves to escape the strict control of the white "protector." Virtuaal maailmad

Klaverikontserdid, loengud, näitused ja filmid. Erinevatel hinnangutel ületas virtuaalmaailmade majanduse kogutoodang 2005. aastal miljardi krooni piiri. Second Life,There.com, Kaneva, Club Penguin lastele, Gaia Online, on mõned tuntumad, kuid uute maailmade arv kahekordistub umbkaudu iga 18 kuuga. Edulugude kõrval eksisteerib ka süngem poolus, mis räägib mängude ja jututubade tõttu lõhutud perekondadest, abielupettustest või näiteks Aasia teismelisest, kes mängis üle kolmekümne tunni järjest World of Warcrafti ning seejärel hüppas aknast alla ja suri. Ta jättis maha kirja, milles

Stress in the life of young people

We should acknowledge from the start that we all have stress in our lives and it's completely normal. The problem is that the age of people suffering from the stress is getting younger every year. We are all a little different and and also respond differently to situations that make us feel stressed. It is clear that there are many things that cause stress, especially when one is a teenager still trying to find his place in the world and finding out what to do with his life. The reasons may be upcoming exams, homework, new school, taking on a new responsibility school is a huge part of teenager's life and studying may often cause stress. Another thing that causes a lot of stress in the life of young is having bad relations. Being left out of the group, being harrased or having troubles with parents. These things have a big impact on our lives. Young people want to belong somewhere, want to feel like someone out there cares about them.

ENGLISH IN MY LIFE kirjand 10 kl.

movies I saw my own knowledge of English increased really through exposure to it , a movie made much more sense and my enjoyment of a movie was increased by actually understanding the dialogue spoken by the actors rather than reading it via the subtitles. The explosion of the internet an the easy access to the world wide web increased my usage of English an I began to appreciate the benefits in my own life. I was able to obtain my first job as a waitress because of my ability to speak English. I use English everyday of my life an I can not imagine life without it it would not be an understatement to say that my knowledge of English and my ability to communicate in that language has changed my life and raised my expectations for what I hope to achieve.

The best things in life are free

The best things in life are free Obviously money is important in our lives. Without it we'd have no home to live in, no food to eat and no clothes to wear. Earning a lot of money is the goal of people in their lives. But even if you have millions of dollars, there are some things that you'll never have with money. Many people are born with a some kind of talent. Money can certainly advance your skills by buying music lessons or coaching sessions, but money cannot buy a talent. People can learn to do certain things well by taking lessons but the true gift to do it well can't be bought. Even after years of lessons you can't really play piano or sing as well a person who have the real talent from birth. Money doesn't confer good behavior. There are many rich people who are rude and with no manners but also there are plenty of poor people who demonstrate perfect manners and respect for others. The amount of money you have doesn't show if...

What Pleases Me about Life in Estonia

What Pleases Me about Life in Estonia Many peole have said, that they do not like living in Estonia. I am one of them, although many people have tried to persuade me to think otherwise. I have loved on both sides of Europe both on the eastern and on the northern part. But there are, of course, some advantages in living in Estonia, too. The first one is definately my family and friends. It is good to live in a country when you know, that you have your loved ones by your side. They can help you in every situation or even when you have nothing to do and you need some entertainment. Also, when your problems seem to grow over your head and you feel that you need to share them with someone. The second good thing about living in Estonia is the nature. We have many beautiful places in our amazing country the best example are the forests. In many European countries, the biggest forest you can find is the size if Hiiumaa, but half of our cou...

Internet has many uses in my life

Internet has many uses in my life - I use it for studying, tracking weather, playing games, watching movies and listening to music. I mostly use internet in my smartphone. It's more convenient to carry around rather than a computer. At home i prefer my computer it makes studying alot easier as I can type words much faster than with a smartphone or a pen. It's also bigger so it's nice to watch movies with as well. I use my computer a lot less than my phone maybe 2 or three hours a day, whereas I use my phone at all times. - , , , . . , . - , , . , . , - , 2 3 , . Rural versus Urban

Rural versus Urban

Rural versus Urban Of course, living in a rural or an urban society-both have their strong sides and weak sides. I have lived in rural society for my whole life so I know how life outside city is. Best thing about not living in a town is the quietness. If you have lived in quietness for your whole life then you won't even understand how pleasant it actually is. But I have heard that many city peoples enjoys only the peace and quietness at countryside, because when you live in town you hear till morning to evening driving cars. Another big plus for rural environment is clean and beautiful nature. Forests where you can go camping and lakes where you can go swimming. It may look very exciting to an urban people but it may seem boring to rural people.
