Theatre Estonia winter garden The history  The Estonia Theatre is an opera house and concert hall in Tallinn, Estonia. The Jugendstil building was designed by Finnish architects Armas Lindgren and Wivi Lönn. It was built as a national effort with the leadership of Estonia society in 1913 and was opened to the public on 24 August. At the time, it was the largest building in Tallinn.  The opera house was heavily damaged in the Soviet air raid on Tallinn on 9 March 1944. It was reconstructed in a classical and Stalinist style, and reopened in 1947.  Thebuilding has two large auditoriums in two separate wings. It now houses the Estonian National Opera and the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra. A chamber hall was opened in 2006.

Some parts of the he society have taken an opinion that women have to maintain their family and children. Our society itself has a negative viewpoint towards working woman who want to make career instead of a family. They believe that only men are able to handle the financial decisions and have higher leadership skills, making them part of higher positions in the companies. What I think is that these days more women are career oriented and the society is more open in having a woman on leading positions. In this modern age, women are more enterprising and not afraid of leading the team of co-workers a company or even a country. To sum up, my opinion is that companies should provide equal work criteria to both genders. Both have their own qualities and specialties
