Narrative-story

That scared me even more. How the hell am I supposed to enjoy this trip with these guys? I started walking slowly towards them, thinking that maybe I should turn around and not go to this trip. But I payed so much money and waited for this journey for so long. I reached the group and I was shaking a little. But you know what? They turned out to be the nicest and friendliest people and I had the best trip ever with them. That’s why there is a saying that don’t judge a book by it’s cover- so basically don’t judge people by their appearance.

than laws made by Parliament. Common law is created and refined by judges (a person who makes decisions on legal matters): a decision in a currently pending legal case depends on decisions in previous cases. If a similar dispute has been resolved in the past, the court is bound (having a moral or legal duty to do something) to follow the reasoning used in the prior decision. When there is no precedent with similar facts then the judge has to make decision based on legal principles and this decision will be a precedent for other courts to follow. Another important aspect of common law is equity. Courts of equity recognized rights that were not enforced in common law. For example in a breach of contract claim the court of equity forced the other party to fulfill a contract and common law court forced the other party to pay damages. In 1873 the two systems were unified.

Her accessorise was so beautiful, she has a bracelets and two chain. Her makeup so beautiful, she has a eyeliner, lipstick, and mascara. As well as her hair color, suitable for her style. I think that this style is suitable for music singers such as Jason Derulo, Pitbull, and Flo Rida - preferably remix. If to judge by that as this girl it is dressed, it is possible to assume that it is engaged to hip hop. I think if it is engaged to hip hop it spends the free time in dance halls-where trains or goes on dancing battle, that most likely. I think that this style is very interesting, but it is not everyday. Nowadays a lot of people do not dress modestly, for example, such things as T-shirt, jacket, jeans and sneakers, and it looks very stylish identically. P.S. It is only my opinion.

Remedies in case of illegal dismissal in Italy  Discriminatory dismissal – the dismissal is deemed null and void and the employer has the obligation to rehire the workers. Comparative law

created in England during the Middle Ages. Today, most countries that once had ties to England, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, to name a few, operate under common law. Aside from Great Britain, the majority of the countries in Europe operate under a version of civil law modeled after the Roman legal system created centuries ago In a common law system, the law is created by precedents set after judges decide actual cases. When a judge hears a case that has a new issue in it, the judge makes a decision regarding the issue in the case. That decision then becomes a precedent that must be followed by other courts with equal standing within the legal system. The precedent remains law unless and until a higher court overturns the decision. The practice of following decisions made by other courts for similar issues is known as stare decisis.

and/or asphalt and occasionally carpet (indoor). In most professional play and some amateur competition, there is an officiating head judge or chair umpire, who sits in a raised chair to one side of the court. The umpire has absolute authority to make factual determinations. The umpire may be assisted by line judges, who determine whether the ball has landed within the required part of the court and who also call foot faults. There also may be a net judge who determines whether the ball has touched the net during service. In some tournaments, certain line judges, usually those who would be calling the serve, are replaced by electronic sensors that beep when an out call would have been made. In some tournaments, electric line calls aren't made, but rather are used to assist the linespeople. Professional tennis players enjoy the same relative perks as most top sports personalities; clothing, equipment and endorsements

Julian Assange - elulugu

Reuters' sources say that while Assange was visiting Stockholm, he started crashing with -- and sleeping with -- a woman. Rape and molestation charges against him stemming from the same incidents were dropped, only to be more recently reinstated. · Smith offered to an address for bail -- Smith's Norfolk mansion, Ellingham Hall - In a hearing at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on 7 December 2010, Assange identified a post office box as his address. When told by the judge that this information was not acceptable, he submitted "Parkville, Victoria, Australia" on a sheet of paper. His lack of permanent address and nomadic lifestyle were cited by the judge as factors in denying bail.[148] He was ultimately released, in part because journalist Vaughan Smith offered to provide Assange with an address for bail during the extradition proceedings, Smith's Norfolk mansion, Ellingham Hall. + ABC news

word ,,work." As I am a student also, I know from personal experience that a large quantity of students have been in contact with work in some way or another. In some cases students have to earn their living simultaneously with their studies. Moreover you claimed that students do not contribute nothing to the society. In the student's defence I have to mention that, we are growing individuals, who develop to be the best contribution and enrichment to our country. So I think it is wrong to judge the book by it's covers. Secondly, it surely is not true that today´s students are lazy and unproductive individuals who do nothing but sit around all day. I know for a fact that a high percentage of students are active in school and after school events and activities. There are some exceptions, who differ form those students. Finally, it is ignorant of you to say that students do not suffer from stress. School is very stressful, specially for a growing and evolving person

order to relieve pain and suffering. This type of killing is legal in some countries, but should it be punished instead? Although, it is still a type of killing, it is for a good cause. There are people who suffer and want to rather die than to endure agonies, euthanasia is an answer for them. Thus, mercy killing is very humane and reasonable thing to do and does not deserve punishment. The negative aspect of euthanasia is that it is still a form of killing. One should not be in judge over others life, even when it is for a good cause. The fact that euthanasia could be misused is not less important. In conclusion, although mercy killing is a form of taking someone’s life, it should not be punishable when it is for greater good. Is the purpose of law to protect property? People who does not have their own life

could tell everything they heard to their friends and to add some spice to the whole story they supplement some tiny details which they made up in their heads. In Estonia we have this saying: "In the one edge of a village you farted but in the other edge of village people tell that you pooped yourself." I'm not saying that I never want to know what do other people talk about or I never talk my friends what I have heard. The difference is that I don't judge we're all humans and have our pros and gons. Unfortunately those people don't understand that and at the end of the day everyone knows that Pete and Julia kissed passionately eventhogh they actually just hugged. What's worse why do people even care about this kind of stuff. This is pretty much what I wanted to say about that topic. I'm just sad when people doesn't have their own life to deal with so they take another's life and evaluate it.

their children if disaster strikes and the parents die. One opportunity is to name someone to care for your children. First you have to know some legal rules. Every minor must be raised by an adult who is legally responsible for the child's care. And if there are no parents capable of handling this responsibility, another adult (personal guardian) will be appointed by a court. The person you name as personal guardian cannot actually serve as the legal guardian until approved by a court. The judge has the authority to name someone else if the judge is convinced it is in the best interests of the child. Choosing your child's personal guardian You may well know whom you want to name as your child's personal guardian. For many parents, there's one obvious choice an adult who is willing to take on the responsibility and would love and care for the child. Wealth does not bring happiness. True or false?

anything to compare. And poor people dreaming can tell even less because they've never had such money and they don't know what it takes to stay wealthy and not fall hard back to being poor. In the end, wealth does help you a lot. It makes your life so much easier so you can concentrate on either getting more money or on your hobbies. On the other hand, it can also make your life more difficult. You never had a security problem before, and also people judge you only by the money you got and not by who you really are. It just doesn't show behind the wealth. But can anyone be happy without people who care of them? Because, as we've all seen in the movies, people close to rich people only care about their money which makes being rich a kind of sad, miserable and pointless. In the end of the day, your happiness has nothing to do with how wealthy you are. Wealth can help, but it can also disrupt. The grass is always greener on the other side, so be

5C’s of Credit

5c’s of Credit When you apply for a loan, the lender will evaluate your request in order to determine whether or not it is a good decision to lend you and your business money. A common evaluation framework is the Five C’s of Credit: capacity, capital, collateral, conditions and character. Capacity refers to your ability to meet the loan payments. The prospective lender will want to know exactly how you intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the cash flow from the business, the timing of repayment, and the probability of successful repayment of the loan. Lenders will also consider payment history as an indicator of future payment potential. For example, if you have a history of not paying back loans then it becomes more difficult to obtain additional loans. Capital is the money invested in the business and is an indicator of how much is at risk should the business fail. Lender...

Friendship

to laugh with us in the happy times and to provide us with a shoulder, when we feel like crying. There is not a list of qualities you expect to see in a friend. Every friend has different qualities and they are beyond comparison. Some friends might be good listeners and some can help you to find solutions to problems. Everyone is unique in their own personal way. But a perfect friend has to be faithful, honest, fun and understanding. I think I have those qualities but I cannot judge myself. Because others may see me in a different way. True friends love us and care for us. They always make us feel special and never expect anything in return, other than our love and friendship. They stay true to us throughout their lives. Sandra has become one of my closest friends. I met her when we were in the second grade. But we became friends, I think, in the forth grade. At first we were just acquaintances but later when we got to know each other we started to hang out more often

On friendship

upon us so that we may continue to live; but friendship is not friendship at all unless it teaches us that these are not part of our real life. They have to be; and we pay men, and clothe them in wigs and scarlet, to sit in judgment on other men. So we are tempted to play this game of judgment ourselves, even though no one has paid us to do it. It is only in the warmth of friendship that we see how cold a thing it is to judge and how stupid to take a pleasure in judging; for we recognise this warmth as a positive good, a richness in our natures, while the coldness that sets us judging is a poverty. Just as our criticism of a work of art begins only when we have ceased to experience it, so our criticism of our friends begins only when we have ceased to experience them, when our minds can no longer remain at the height of intimacy

The Gifts of Imperfection: Embrace Who You Are

rest and play, are as vital to our health as nutrition and exercise. These research participants trusted themselves, and they talked about authenticity and love and belonging in a way that was completely new to me. So many of us try to live our lives according to other people’s rules. We try our hardest to fit in: to do what we think we should do. We work hard at our job, because society expects us to; we don’t spend that much time having fun, because we think people would judge us as frivolous. But what’s the result of all this? We end up leading anxious and unhappy lives. No one can define what’s meaningful for us. Culture doesn’t get to dictate if it’s working outside the home, raising children, lawyering, teaching, or painting. Like our gifts and talents, meaning is unique to each one of us. Throughout human history, we’ve relied on laughter, song, and dance to

Apperances are deceitful!

Anyhow, we are to celebrate beauty, if it deserves it and to try to get it on the right track if its direction is messed up. Beauty is indeed a gift of God; but that the good may not think it is a great good, God dispenses it even to the wicked. Report for Pride and Prejudice

But while staying with her, she meets Mr. Darcy. He makes a proposal, but she rejects it. The next day he gives her a letter explaining his earlier behaviour. She then understands him perfectly and is upset that she had been so rude. Elizabeth returns home and as time goes by she gets to know him better and finally falls in love with him. In the end they marry and so does Jane with Mr. Bingley. Personal opinion I believe that Jane Austen tries to say that we should not judge the book by its cover and that we should look in the person's character deeper. I think that she has excellently achieved her purpose. The book is really well-written, the writing is effective and beautiful. She writes with great clarity and precision, and fills the dialogues with irony, making many characters reveal their foolishness to the reader through their ridiculous comments. Generally the characters are vivid and believable. The book is both humorous and deeply serious

Tom later tries to escape from prison and is shot to death. Despite the verdict, Bob Ewell feels that Atticus and the judge have made a fool out of him, and he swears revenge. He troubles Tom Robinson's widow, tries to break into the judge's house, and finally attacks Jem and Scout as they walk home from a Halloween party. Boo Radley saves the children and stabbs Ewell during the struggle. Boo carries the wounded Jem back to Atticus's house, where the sheriff, in order to protect Boo, insists that Ewell tripped over a tree root and fell on his own knife. After
