works with unemployed people and organisations looking for employees.
Reports to: Career Information Specialist will report to leading consultant. Employee will
work and consult with other consultants and specialists.
Position summary:
· Conducts workshops and workclubs,
· mediates career information and job searching,
· supervises and advises job hunting ( individual and / or group,
· informs the unemployment about fund services for jobseekers.
Skills required :
· Desire to help people find work,
· a university degree (preferably in social sciences),
· at least one year of experience in the field of counseling,
· Estonian and Russian language skills and advanced levels of proficiency in English
communication (professional vocabulary proficiency);
· good computer skills (MS Office )
· honestness, correctness, resbonsibility and empathic;
· good under pressure and teamwork skills.
