So, I have thought what preferences my career needs. First thing I point out is good environment. Environment is important thing about career. Some people like working outside or in small town, but I like to work in a big city and in penthouse. In the big city I have more opportunities to have lunch with colleagues and entertain myself. The second thing I want to point out is stability. Stability is the second important thing. State companies are those, who have stable job, because country supports these companies and give the all the job. Diplomat Diplomat's job isn't that easy. You have to be well educated. Knowledge in languages have to be high and you have to speak the language very well if not fluently. Everytime you change country, it is required to know basic things about it, like language, history, differences and so many other important things. In Estonia you can learn how to be a diplomat in Diplomatic School. It is very difficult to get in because every year they accept only around 30 students.
If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people by ... To motivate somebody, I usually think before doing something. The main question would be: What are the thing that will motivate myself at job? What are the aspects that makes me to do the work? What could be better? What are the benefits and drawbacks ? If I were a manager in a large production company I would motivate people at first by job security. But there are a lot of other aspects to motivate a workforce. I think that giving a secutity at work is the main aspect that will motivate workforce. Saying job security I mean healthy environment, good labuor relations and confidence which means that worker do not have to worry about losing the job. A good healthy environment is the main motivator, because when you work somewhere you do not feel yourself comfortable, you aint do work with maximum input.
More and more we find jobs, where we have to use computers or tehnology what is connected with computers. Companies need more people who can fix them and to service. IT tehnology is in very fast progress because of that employers need more and more emlpoyees who can do work like this. The second most needed profession are connected with medicine. Hospitals need nurses, good doctors and other medicine workers. Helping people is very important job. Also very accurate job too. Everyone can not do job like this. You have to know chemistry. If you see blood then do not falling down. This is very hard job. Persons who doing job like this, they mostly are good people in heard. The most needed professions in Estonia are the same like other countries. I think our modern world needs more people who can use computers.
