intentionally produced o r fabricated in a child by a parent, usually the mother MSBP is a syndrome in which perpetrators either harm a child in their care or achieve harm through their insistence on medical tests and treatments for non-existent, fabricated or ecacerbated conditions. Abuse may go on for some time, and sometimes this abuse results in the child's death. In the strictest terms, Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy means that a perpetrator has Munchausen's syndrome or factitious illness himself/herself and manifests the psychipathology via the child. Aga kas MSBP on vaimne haigus ja kas kohtul on võimalus tunnistada selliseid vanemaid süüdimatuks/kas kohtul on alust karistust selle võrra kergendada? Vastus on ei. (vaata siin järgi USA, Austraalia ja UK seadusi. Kas nendes riikides on ka vaimne haigus süüdimatuse alus?) In majority of legal jurisdiction, doctors are only allowed to give evidence in regard to whether the child is being harmed

Mercy kill as a way out Mercy killing has always been a controversial topic, some believe that practicing it should be punished because it could lead to bad consequences but others think a person should never be punished just for helping. Mercy killing should not be punished. People with terminal illness usually experience a lot suffering and when they have a choice whether to live in pain and be a burden to their family and hospital or die in peace, many usually prefer the second choice. Some prefer to die with dignity and if mercy killing would be punished they simply would have the freedom of choose. On the other hand mercy killing should be punished. If mercy killing becomes something usual younger people might start thinking life has a smaller value

anymore. Food nearly won't exist anymore; energy will come in tablet form. Transport will be a lot comfortable and faster. Cars will be soundless and all vehicles will whir ten times faster. You will think nothing of taking a holiday in outer space. Students will learn from TV, recorders and teaching machines. They will get pills to make them learn faster. We shall be healthier, too. There will be no common colds, cancer, tooth decay or mental illness. But this will be artificial and impermanent. People will be lazier because they won't have to do any work and life will be extremely comfortable but boring. It looks that if everything will be so easy, people will probably die simply from boredom. It's the way I think the world will live in the next century - if there is any world left!
Internet it is possible to communicate with each other and access to information faster. Another advantage is that almost the whole world has access to those technological inventions, so if someone lives in Australia, it is surprisingly easy for them to find a friend from Europe. On the negative side, there are lots of hackers who can damage big companies or leak personal information. In addition to this, people spend too much time in front of computer screens and that causes visual illness, sickness, stress, muscular pains, etc. Furthermore, there is a lot of trash on the Internet, for example, hardware viruses that we can get through our e-mails and inappropriate material like forbidden videos that parents would not like their children to see. In conclusion, the computer is a great invention that does a huge favour for us in our everyday life, but people must know how much it is okay to use them.

After the war, he wrote a denunciation of war titled Peace with Honour (1934). During World War II, Milne was one of the most prominent critics of English writer P. G. Wodehouse. Milne accused Wodehouse of committing an act of near treason by cooperating with his country's enemy. He married Dorothy "Daphne" de Sélincourt in 1913, and their only son, Christopher Robin Milne, was born in 1920. In 1925, A. A. Milne

Rest and sleep help overcome fatigue and restore energy to the body. Everyone needs rest and health, but the amount required differs from each individual. Rest and relaxation are as important as sleep. After hard work or exercise, a person may need a period of total rest. At other times, only relaxation or a change of pace is necessary. Any activity that differs from the normal routine of work or study can be relaxing. Handling stress is essential for avoiding both mental and physical illness. Feelings of stress are the body's response to any threatening or unfamiliar situation. Stress can occur even in pleasant situations, such as watching a football game. If not handled properly, stress can lead to physical and emotional illness. No one can avoid stress, but a person can lessen the danger of becoming ill from it. Everyone should learn to relax by resting, taking a walk, meditating. Sports are organized athletic activities played individually or in teams. Men and women,

disadvantages. First of the various utilities is space savings. It is very easy to carry on credit card in a purse because it takes less room than a bundle of dollar bills. Secondly, when we lose cash then it´s permanently gone but in case of missing credit card it is possible to cancel the bank account. Another important benefit is ability to handle expenses that might be out of one´s reach. In case of an emergency, such as car breakdown or illness, it is very useful. Despite of great advantages, people should keep in mind it`s downsides. A credit card leads people to unresponsible spending. ten in 1377. Richard was tall, good-looking and intelligent. As earlier historians used to believe, he may have suffered from a personality disorders. Richard's mental state has been a major issue since the 19th century. One of the first modern historians to deal with Richard II as a king and as a person was Bishop Stubbs. Stubbs argued that towards the end of his reign, Richard's mind "was losing its balance altogether" even though there is no basis for assuming the king suffered from mental illness he showed clear signs of a narcissistic personality, and towards the end of his reign "Richard's grasp on reality was becoming weaker". Richard promised to bring an end to the Hundred Years' War that Edward III had started. Writers agreed that Richard was a "most beautiful king", though with a "face which was white, rounded and feminine", implying he lacked manliness. He was athletic and tall; when his tomb was opened in 1871 he was found to be six feet tall

He is not the kind of person you would miss walking down the street. He has said that he looks like a second Jesus. This man has sholder-length dark curly and very messy hair, which he has said only works on a man when you are famous, otherwise you would look like a mental illness. He has a short beard and is quite skinny and scruffy looking. Some people have even said that he looks effeminate and homeless. His style is quite hard to describe. Sometimes the man looks very decent and formal wearing suits, ties and even a top hat. On other times he dresses up completely crazily. For example he has been spotted wearing a pirate costume, pajamas, bloody t-shirt, cowboy hat, underwear and even womens dresses.

fast you are allowed to. Also, car is much more comfortable, especially nowadays. But the biggest plus in travelling by car in my opinion, is that, when you are travelling by car you can travel long distances, but when you are walking, you can travel about 10 km and then human organism needs a rest. But there is no healthier travelling way than walking; when people are walking every day their health becomes strong and when human body is trained and strong, then it is strong against illness. On the other hand, travelling by car isn't so good and healthy as it seems. Some people don't even know that cars are one of the biggest nature and air polluters, cars are the major producers of carbon dioxide. Also cars are very expensive compared with walking, you need to buy a car and then regularly fill the car with petrol, what costs a lot of money and then there is the insurance and so on and on. It is a story told by a horse, in his own words. It's about how he was treated and taught when he was a young and healthy horse and how he fell into illness and was treated badly. The Black Beauty didn't remember everything when he was small, but he remembered some very important advice from his mother. She told him that the better he behaved, the better was he treated and he always had to do best of him to his master. One day a man took him with him to the Birtwick Park. There lived other horses and the Beauty became friends with the others. The Black Beauty was a good horse and everyone loved him.
How They Fit Together 923 million people across the world are hungry. In essence, hunger is the most extreme form of poverty, where individuals or families cannot afford to meet their most basic need for food. Hunger manifests itself in many ways other than starvation and famine. Most poor people who battle hunger deal with chronic undernourishment and vitamin or mineral deficiencies, which result in stunted growth, weakness and heightened susceptibility to illness. Countries in which a large portion of the population battles hunger daily are usually poor and often lack the social safety nets we enjoy, such as soup kitchens, food stamps, and job training programs. When a family that lives in a poor country cannot grow enough food or earn enough money to buy food, there is nowhere to turn for help. Am I a sensible eater-well, I think lately I'm trying to be,but I think that I don't have enough self-confidence to do that. But I'm trying and that's a good start in my opinion. I think that the most modern illnesses are for example heart disease, headaches and stress and i also think that regular check-ups with doctors are necessary,it is better to know that you are healthy than to go visit a doctor when your illness has already almost defeated you. I think that every people is responsible for his/her own health. For example you can't go and accuse parliament because you are overweight or having a stress. This is a problem you have to deal by yourself. But what can governments do to promote a healthy lifestyle. Well I think that all kind of commercials about alcohol and than kind of stuff in TV and computer have to be forbidden, that will help a lot I think.

Peter's Basilica in Vatican City MICHELANGELO Italian sculptor, painter, architect and poet. He was one of the founders of the High Renaissance and, in his later years, one of the principal exponents of Mannerism. He was born in 6 March, 1475 in Caprese, the son of the local magistrate, his family returned to Florence soon after his birth. During his life he lived in city's like Florence, Venice and Bologna in Tuscany, nowadays Italy. Later, during the prolonged illness and after the death of his mother, he lived as a stonecutter and his wife and family in the town of Settignano where his father owned a marble quarry and a small farm. Michelangelo once said to the biographer of artists Giorgio Vasari, "What little good I have within me came from the pure air of your native Arezzo and the chisels and hammers." Michelangelo's desire to become an artist was initially opposed by his father. After a period of

Character sketch Sal Paradise On the Road Jack Kerouac Sal Paradise is the narrator of the novel. He is an Italian American living in New Jersey with his aunt. Sal is a college student and writer who has for a long time wished to travel around America in order to get inspiration for his novels and finally gets around to it. It is also mentioned that Sal recently split up with his first wife and recovered from a serious illness. Sal and Dean. Before Sal met Dean he was quite reserved and shy, but later Sal becomes almost as outgoing as his new friend. Sal is inspired by the wildness that is in Dean Moriarty and wishes to be brave like him. Sal sees Dean as his hero and role model thus overlooking Dean's faults and protecting him when others call Dean crazy. Dean makes many mistakes throughout the novel, but Sal quickly forgives him and everything starts from the beginning. In some ways Sal envies the
every 10 people at any given time. If you have staph on your skin or in your nose but aren't sick, you are considered to be "colonized" but not infected. Staph bacteria are generally harmless unless they enter the body through a cut or other wound, and even then they often cause only minor skin infections in healthy people. But sometimes, usually in older adults and people who are ill or have weakened immune systems, ordinary staph infections can cause serious illness. Although 30 percent of the population may be colonized with ordinary staph at any given time, just a small percentage of those people are colonized with MRSA. Healthy people can be colonized with MRSA and have no ill effects. However, they can pass the germ to others by sharing items such as towels, clothing and athletic equipment. Several antibiotics continue to be effective against MRSA in the community, but this type of
The film preserves this premise and therefore maintains the importance placed on her character. The film's interpretation of the harsh manner Mr. Brocklehurst and the rigid strictness of the school are the same as the novel. There film deviates in two ways, however. Firstly, the way in which Jane's relationship with the school authorities develops is less evident in the film. Also, the death of Jane's friend Helen from typhus results in improved conditions, because it becomes clear that her illness had been caused by poor diet and cruel treatment. Consider the role of Jane's aunt and cousin. These characters are untrustworthy and cruel in the book and the film. For instance, the scene in which Jane is physically assaulted by her cousin appears in both book and film. Consider the importance of Sarah Poole. In the book, Jane suspects she is the person responsible for the fire and the stabbing at Thornfield Hall. In the film, Sarah is hardly mentioned
I think that in the future they find a solution how to fit the organs into the patient's body or the doctors are able to make reliable artificial organs and those who cannot be helped today can be helped in the future. I am sure that the future will bring new opportunities to cure diseases that cannot be cured now. I believe and hope that scientist will find some kind of treatment for AIDS for the year 2020. I suppose that if a risky illness will start spreading the scientists will find cure against it quicker and the people will know exactly how to avoid catching a flu that is dangerous and how to react if you have the symptoms of that flu. I imagine that the people will learn more about the dangerous infections and they will realize that it is important to go to regular check-ups and really keep your surroundings clean and tidy.

Believing Henry's illness to be an attempt to avoid his duty as a serviceman, Miss Van Campen has Henry's leave revoked, and he is sent to the front once the jaundice has cleared. As they part, Catherine and Henry pledge their mutual devotion. Henry travels to the front, where Italian forces are losing ground and manpower daily. also part of the Clinic. The Long-Term Nursing Centre has 90 beds divided into three inpatient departments. One of these is the Geriatric Department and the other two are nursing care departments. Patients often arrive in the Long-Term Nursing Clinic after active treatment, because they need care, stabilisation and support before returning home. The Geriatric Department cares for patients mostly over 65 years of age. People of this age may be left with permanent problems caused by illness and total recovery may not be possible. The Long-Term Nursing Clinic tries to alleviate the discomfort of such patients and find ways in which they could cope. Nursing, which is highly valued in the whole of the East Tallinn Central Hospital, is very important in the Long-Term Nursing Clinic. Patients who are in a stable health and functional condition and depend on others in their everyday activities constantly need nursing care, regular medical checks and adjustment of treatment

He lived for several years in poverty. By 1936, Orwell had joined the Republican forces in the Spanish Civil War. He was wounded in the fighting. Late in the war, Orwell fought the Communists and eventually had to flee Spain for his life. During the Second World War, Orwell wrote a weekly radio political commentary, designed to counter German and Japanese propaganda in India. His wartime work for the BBC gave him a solid taste of bureaucratic hypocrisy. Orwell, who was prone to illness, had his career and his life cut short when he died of tuberculosis on January 21, 1950. He left behind a substantial body of work and a reputation for greatness. order. Decriminalizing cannabis possession and use is not about what is right and wrong but it is a question about people’s health. If as a country and a society we care about the wellbeing of fellow citizens and society as a whole then we decriminalize the plant that has minimal documented harm, especially when compared to legal drugs: alcohol and nicotine, and has beneficial effects on users who use it to alleviate different illness symptoms. Furthermore punishing people for possession ruins their lives, drains resources and stops objective discussion and implementation of nations drug policy in the long run greatly reducing our ability to face the challenges that much more addictive and harmful drugs pose to society. If we choose to continue to criminalize and demonize recreational or medicinal users of relatively safe substances, we abandon the solidarity modern society is built upon and risk on
friends' lives and how they have handled it and we got to a conclusion that something really bad has happened to each and every one of them without any exceptions. Some examples: losing a child, losing a husband or a wife, losing an unborn baby, having one parent leave the whole family behind, losing a parent while still young, having a handicapped baby, becoming handicapped yourself, suffering from any kind of cancer or some other very serious illness (there are so many, you can never count them up), being in a serious accident and all of the different consequences that might have, having a fire in your home, losing your home, and so on. You can count the things that might happen endlessly. I'm not trying to be paranoid, but the sad fact is, something will happen to every one of us. And that is the hard part of the real life - handling a situation like that. The question is, after sufferings
As their parents passed away, Julie became the head of the family, which means that she had to take care of her younger siblings to keep the family together. They live in isolation and only have each other. The children were discouraged to bring over friends. The emotional connection between the children becomes stronger as they share a secret about their mother’s death. They put her body into a trunk in the basement, which they fill up with cement. After her father’s death and mother’s illness, Julie becomes remote from her siblings, quiet and certain of her authority. Jack shared her thoughts about her as he described her as serious and efficient, and later he says that he suspected she was exploiting the position, that she enjoyed ordering me (Jack) about. To me, Julie seems immature and too young for all the responsibility she has to carry, she was unsure about her actions and she wasn’t ready for her role as the mother
