Firstly because physical activities you will loose fatness and get fit, the risk of being overweight is reduced. Secondly, your immunity will be stronger, so the risk of sickening is smaller. On the other hand, during physical activities you may hurt yourself, for example your muscles may rip or you may break a bone or twist your leg. Moreover, you don't have so much free time if you do physical activities regularly, it may take hour or even more in one day, if you want it to have an effect. Although there are some disadvantages to joining a gym, I feel that overall; it is a healthier way of life. Furthermore, it is very unhealthy not to do any physical activity at all.
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter of complaint to complain about the service you offered to me and my family, when we stayed recently at your hotel. I already completed the Feedback Form but I would like to add some more points. Firstly, when we arrived, we were told that the bungalow we had booked was not available ad we were offered instead accommodation in rooms, which we did not want. The room service was extremely slow. On first day, I had to wait a cup of coffe for one hour. Also, there was promsed a TV in the room, but it was out of order. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the recreational facilities either. Altough there were two tennis court, we did not get a change to play because they were booked up most of the time. In the end, our evening entertainment conisted of sitting in the bar all night as the only choice was an extremely noisy disco. Besides, the drinks in the bar are way too expensive.

Samsara An hour and a half long movie, which at first seems to be my longest ninety minutes ever, hides some real beauty in it. The movie gives us an opportunity to see every side of our planet. It makes me want to go and see every part of it. Samsara is a kind of movie that, at first, makes you want to change the channel. However, it gets much better the longer you watch it. There is just so much to see. It makes us wonder how is it possible that something that breathtaking even exists.

According to the latest Census, the aim of this report is to figure out how much time people spend on household chores. The following points give us a good overview how men and women do it in Estonia. This report was commissioned by the Estonian Department of Statistics. It can be seen from the chart that both men and women spend about eight hours on household chores in Estonia. Men spend most of their time on building and making repairs. Less than an hour of their time is spent on gardening and pet care. Moreover men also like cooking and laundry in spite of losing their manhood. As expected, women occupy most of their time on child care. However it is surprising that they spend nearly one fifth on building. The reason for this may be due to men having more jobs outside of the home, earning money for the family. On the basis of the points mentioned above, men and women share in doing all tasks in caring for the household
There is something specail about the atmosphere, because my research show that people spend there about two times more than in other eating places in Pärnu. Secondly, I have to mention that the food is quite delicious. Bad points of Steffani Pizza Restaurant The biggest problem with Steffani seems to be their workers. Actually they are in desperate need of new workers. The questionnaire shows that people will have to wait for about an hour, to get their food but if they made pizzas faster, there could be more customers, which also would mean bigger profits. Conclusion and recommendation To sum up, I have to say that everything is perfect except services. They need to hire some new workers and and in the nearest future.

I think that one of the biggest mistakes I have recently made was that I did not do any revision before going to the entrance examinations to get into Hugo Treffner’s high school. It all started in February after I had submitted my request to Hugo Treffner’s high school’s entrance examinations. I promised to myself that I will spend at least half an hour a day to revise all the things I had learned in primary school. I had always dreamed of studying there. During the first week I could almost keep my promise and spent the time I wanted to spend on revising, but after that I got very lazy and did not keep up with my revising at all. So time went by and I did not worry at all about the entrance exams until the day they were already there. The examination took place in room 204. It lasted for 3
free. Another reason for this progress is that online newspapers have been made so easy to access. There were times when people could only get their newspapers by mail or from store, but now they just have to find Wi-Fi and use their gadget to be able to catch up with the latest news. In addition, even the most frequently published papers are only distributed once per day. This simply means that papers can’t compete with the Internet, because there we can see changes almost every hour. However, I can see why other people may think differently. The newspapers printed on paper have become a tradition which is going to be hard to let go. Quite a few people have grown up with the normal newspaper and for them it has sentimental value.
