While Allison's lessons to Joshua about feminist history detract a bit from the sense of urgency, this is still an enjoyable, compelling read. In the end Allison manages to prevent Becky's and Joshua's death. He finds out that Becky is don Carlos's grand daughter. After all this is over Becky lets Allison return her own body. There remained some lords and members of the council who were not loyal to Elizabeth. Many of them wanted to see her dead, but she managed to be alive. The throne was still in endangered by Mary Stuart but the queen moved fast and let Mary killed. In my opinion, the movie is a good movie and it worth of watching. It is a good to know what happened at England in 18. Century and what children’s had to do, to survive in community.
