What are the most needed professions in the 21st century?

People are often asking me what are the most needed professions in the 21st century. I've understood that in Estonia we need mostly newer professions, the ones that are connected with computers. In my opinion one of the most needed professions is a doctor. I know we have a lot of doctors, but a lot of them go to a foreign country. Mostly because of the low salary in Estonia. In my opinion the second most needed profession is a really good goverment employee. Estonians want some changes in their lives. Our goverment employees only think about earning more money. The third most needed professions is actually needed the most, it's connected with computers, as I first mentioned. More growing computer using and replacing jobs with robots and computer programmes leave some people without jobs. That's why people need to know more and more about computers. Companies need someone to look after

Safety on the road

Road traffic crashes are one of the world's largest public health and injury prevention problems. The problem is all the more acute because the victims are overwhelmingly healthy prior to their crashes. According to the World Health Organization more than a million people are killed on the world's roads each year. There have been courses for drivers but it appears that only decent persons took apart. The thing that the goverment can do is to make sure that every school area gets as much as needed speed limit signs, warnings and thresholds what won't let a driver to urge on. There have been cases when drivers vandalise against the signs but they have worked out. It is imortant to notice the danger around you. There are too many people out there who endanger your life. It is not difficult to ensure safety in school areas. Road safety deals exclusively with road crashes how to reduce their number and their consequences

"The case for socialism"

established in the practice of the nation. Economic planning and social equality are the ideas upon whose slow growth the purification of our social order chiefly ends. Before we can gather harvests or walk through open doors, we mus fight, endure and win this war. Victory is essential to social progress for two reasons. In the first place a continuity of our national freedom is a necessary condition for the healthy development of our society. Secondly we must preserve our democratic form of goverment if our community is to secure a richer life for all its members. Democracy and socialism in Great Britain Practical political discussion in Britain to-day centres upon two questions. Can we prevent another European War? Can we transfer economic power to the state by purely democratic methods? The difficulty of achieving democratic Socialism by peaceful means consists in devising a programme for the Labour Party which will fulfil three conditions: 1

Acid Rain

Economic effects Acid rain causes more acidic water, which might kill the fishes. This would effect the fisherman, who would not get enough money, therefore less money would be spend and economy would be affected. Acid rain= damaged buildings=claims on insurance = less money for insurance company and there for effecting the economy. Political effects Acid rain can cause political tension between countries, good example is Canada and Usa. The goverment has to make öaws to battle the gasses for example taxing factories for using gasses. Bad faming= less expore Solutions Clean the smoke coming from smoke stacks on factories using scrubbers Design cars that make cleaner emissions Use less fossil fuels, such as coal, for power. The problem is that nuclear power, hydropower and coal are the cheapest forms of enery today. But adcancements in techonologies might change this in the future.

Speed cameras are not a good way to make our roads safer. Do you agree with this statement?

knows exactly where are these speeding cameras. That makes no sense because they slow down before the camera and after it they speed up. Secondly, people are afraid of tickets. They must check their speedometer before the speed camera to hold the speed around allowed level. That takes drivers attention from the road. It may cause severe accidents. Speed cameras have also good side. For example people who get a ticket must pay a fee for it and goverment earns money by this. This money can be spent for to repair or to rebuild the roads. In conclusion, I think that speed cameras are useless in Estonia. They harm more than they save.

Nothing can be done to prevent crime

But we can improve on an environment by providing a higher level of education and security. In doing so, there will be a decrease in the attempts of crimes, since a higher level of social development was properly provided. Our world is well known by having a high level of poverty and all sorts of crimes. This is a consequence of bad governments that hav not provided the least welfare throughout the centuries. So, i agree with that statement. However, in my opinion our goverment has been doing some progress regarding crime prevention and social development. In its turn, even in a decent society no lacking primary needs there will be another kind of crimes, apparently harmless, such as: political corruption, bribery, money laundering, extortion, etc. The environment can change, but the mindset is still the same with tendency to ambition, greed and selfishness. Therefore, we prevent crimes not by kitting ourselves out in high-tech weapons or an
