Teamwork: the pros and cons
or is he doing it wrong.Individual worker is obviously the most capable, fast paced
worker.Person don't have to wait on other people because when somebody is finishing work
for long, when his project is completed.That is why it is good to work alone without lot of
pressure from the others.
I prefer working in team then individually because for me it is more easier to work as a team
if I don't know much about gaven topic or if topic is suitable for me I can work individually
but would like to stick to team than I can experience lot of new knowledge from others who
are more smarter and creative.
