Surprise
It was easy to open it. I
took out the folded paper, letting the empty envelope fall on the floor. I unfolded the letter and
started reading the lines. It was a formal letter and it took only a brief moment for me to understand
what it was about. The letter was from the artschool that my sister told me about. I was also invited
to attend.
Afterwards it came out that my sister wanted to surprise me with the letter from her new school
headmaster. But she had forgotton it on the kitchen table and it had fallen to the floor, where I found
it.
I was absolutely thrilled. It was really a great letter to receive.
