I will never fotget the day... I will never forget the day when i was in the country, at my grandmother's, i was listening to the sounds of nature. Everything was quiet, as if everything was standing still. There was a gentle breeze, and the sough in the branches made the morning almost perfect. You could hear birds from further away. A good leader knows when it is time to change shape. A great leader allows creativity to be unleashed and takes risks. Person like that can transform his or her organization for major developement. A good leader needs to be able to laugh but a great leader should be abel to laugh at oneself. Secondly, a good leader is considering with his employees. Of course he or she has to have skills and knowledge on how to motivate workers and pave the way for company's success, but one cannot forget that leading requires a big responsibility. Some people think that it is a waste of time watching TV. Besides, it leads, as they say, to poor health through rushed meals, lack of sleep, eyestrain. On the other hand, sitting in the computers every day is not good for our health, staring at a computer screen for several hours is enough to tire the eye muscles and it also causes stress and fatigue.
