In my opinion begins all still eating because food is our body`s fuel. If the fuel is of good quality, remains in the body mostly "working" or healthy. Drink enough water, walking in the fresh air every day. Get enough sleep, a good night`s sleep gives your brain a brilliant boost, it improves your memory and ability to focus. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for me and I always trying to go to sleep before midnight. Of course it easy for me, because I go to school and I don`t have kids, but I believe, however, that most people really could more sleep, when they plan their day better organized. Have a laugh, think positively and set goals. Listen to classical music and try something new. Don`t drink alcohol or smoke.

A good rest and a comfortable atmosphere can easily raise the quality of the work that people are doing. However, when people work at home, they might find it hard to focus and they can easily lost their motivation when they don't have a boss breathing down their necks and a clock that is ticking time and never giving them any rest. Working at home and in the office have both good sides and bad sides, but if I'd have to choose one, I'd probaly like to work in the office, because when you work in the office, forgetting about your work and problems caused by this is much easier. Review Oliver Twist Recently, when an English troupe came to Estonia to play Oliver Twist, we were lucky enough to go see it at the Salme Centre.The play was based on the book Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens. They performed it in English, ofcourse, but what makes the play more interesting, is that it was in Old English. Thanks to the language, it took us back in time where the story takes place. It was hard to focus on the play, because of a girl who was sitting in the last row. She was laughing at all times, although the play had only a few humorous lines worth laughing. If you go to a theatre and you find the play boring, sit quietly and have some respect for other people. I really don't like plays where they cut down on the number of actors. Every actor should have only one role, so that they don't get their lines mixed and to really live into their character

Also I don’t like bringing “work” home because for me coming home is for unwinding and resting, but if I have to study at the same place where I rest then it’ll ruin the balance . Comparing studying at home and at school, then for me I definitely prefer studying at school because a big con for me is that I can’t focus and study, I get too comfortable, there isn’t anything more that I don’t like, but it’s obviously a dealbreaker. I hope things get better and we don’t have to deal with this again.
