all the time razor he had. Place where all events took place was in German, stormy 1920. Book talkes about one man life who have two sides of himselfs. One side is human (that likes to live and enjoy life) and other side is wolf (side that you do not wanna be, makes you think about how sad life is, suicide thoughts included). Although book talks a lot about suicide and depressed life at first, but the more you read, the more things spins out. Like he finds herself in one pub, as he drink there he finds good-looking women and that women is like her mirror of life. That women gets all main character problems and it seems that they need each other to survive in this horribel world. I like that book because it taught me that every man can enjoy life even if her lovelife is not so well, he have no friends or family. You can still live life at your fullest and by that maybe see your other sides, not bad sides but good

Crazy Lady

Vernon understands that Maxine's "craziness" is in reality alcoholism. Maxine's outrageous behavior is accurately depicted through clothes and language. Vernon changes from the role of teaser to the protector during the progress of the story. The author tries to show the life of 1980 in Tenley Heights. It feels like the story is based on real-life. The story addresses peer pressure, alcoholism, and people perceptions of other people with disabilities. Vernon finds out that you cannot control anyone's actions but your own. He finds out that his father has been there for him all the time and Vernon discovers that triumph and tragedy often go hand in hand. I didn't have a certain plan to read this book. I found it accidentally. In my opinion, it was easy to follow, but it was written in American English. It was hard to translate into Estonian.

victories of dealing with women.Strauss learns his own lessons. It's a description of one man's journey from master loser, to master seductor. It all starts with Styles account of growing up "far from attractive," and far from satisfied with his sex life. All it took to change that was a call from a book editor, asking Strauss to take the mysterious "Layguide" that existed on the Internet, and turn it into a " how-to book". Through hesitation, Strauss finds himself curious. While investigating this patchwork of notes on how to get busy, he finds himself diving into a world he--nor the majority of people out there hardly knew existed. Becoming one of the biggest parts of it. As he says,If the layguide had never crossed his path, he, like most men, would never have evolved in thinking about the opposite sex." Style began his journey of transformation from single loser to a guy commanding thousands for his seduction services and advice.

,,2 Fast 2 Furious" is the sequel to 2001's wildly popular ,,The Fast and the Furious". Once again the movie revolves around street racing, but this is a very different film from the original. This movie finds Brian kicked off by the police force when streetracing in Miami. He gets busted and the FBI cuts a deal whereby his record will be cleaned if he goes undercover to help them get a dirty information. The allure of these movies isn't the plot though. It's the cars and the racing. In my opinion, this movie is a bit better than the first. The movie has an entirely different feel from the first. The races are a little

Pride and Prejudice Book report

Mary, the immature Kitty and the wild Lydia - have been raised by their mother with one purpose in life: finding a husband. Mr. Bennet is the owner of the medium-sized Longbourn estate in Hertfordshire. He is an intelligent man, who dislikes the frivolity of his wife and three younger daughters. He is closest to Elizabeth, who is the main female protagonist. She is intelligent, lively, attractive and witty.Mrs. Bennet finds the most important thing is to find husbands for her five daughters. In my oppinion, she is quite frivolous and narrow-minded. Unfortunately for the Bennets, if Mr. Bennet dies their house will be inherited by a distant cousin Mr. Collins. So the family's future happiness and security is dependant on the daughters making good marriages. Life is uneventful until the arrival in the neighbourhood of the rich gentleman Mr Bingley, who rents a large house so he can spend the summer in the country

I have known Alice for 11 years, both as a friend and as classmates. We first met at elementary school. Since then, I have got to know her very well and have come to appreciate her many talents. Her studies are going brilliantly, she is an excellent student. She knows Russian, Estonian, English and German as well. Alice is very helpful and nice person. She always gives the impression of educated and sensible person at any situation, what she has been ever got. She always finds the right way out of the situation. In fact, I would go as far as to say that she is so energetic person, that your company will need no more workers. Sometimes it seems, that is capable to do thousands doings at the same time. The one her drawback is `hurry sickness`. She is always in a great hurry, even if it is not necessary. Even at school we had such cases, when she was like `in hurry`. She was always first, when we pass our essays or tests, or read poems by heart etc

Hamlet’s View on Life and Death

Hamlet's View on Life and Death Hamlet has a everlasting dilemma " to be or not to be" he is dissatisfied with life and lists many things that trouble him but he is not sure what death will bring him. He is thinking that the experience of death itself maybe worse than life itself Hamlet is a melancholic, always thinking about the dark things in life (he always dresses in black, he's fascinated when he finds the old clown's skull, etc.) I think that Hamlet does not really value his life so much because he is so consumed with his desire to kill Claudius that he doesn't have time for real life. Hamlet's view of death influences his morality: if all people die, no matter what they do, then one's actual life becomes less significant than its purpose. In Hamlet's case, this means that his death is not of great concern, but his revenge is.

Stress is a natural part of people

For instance: problems at school, quarrels with friend or other people, emotional problems. In the same way, changes that occur with the body are a big cause of stress too. However in our life we have a lot of ways to get rid of stress. For example, most popular is having a conversation with another person, who understands you. Also there is eating, travelling, listening to music, enjoying your hobbies. All things considered, I believed that everyone finds his own output of stress and learn to live happily no matter what.

“You can never go home again“ Lord of the flies

were all innocent and longed for rescue but towards the end they gradually turned into savages who painted their faces, hunted and were willing to kill each other. For example in the third chapter all boys are still civilised and enjoy the beauty of the island when Simon finds this magical open place in the jungle that represents the innocence that still exists on the island. Then in chapter eight when Simon visits this jungle glade again he finds a sow's head on the stake there. The fact how this setting changed during five chapters is described in a quote from chapter eight ,,The other time the air had seemed to vibrate with heat; but now it threatened." Simon's secret place had turned from unearthy paradise into something terrifying and that also symbolised how the boys had become savages already. Without noticing the natural cruelty inside them developed, savagery instincts emerged and most of

Film review Chocolat

Vianne moves with her daughter into a disused bakery facing the church, where a man - Francis Reynaud - watches her arrival with disapproval and is suspicious. When he realizes that Vianne wants to open a chocolate shop in place of the old bakery, influencing the church-goers, Reynaud’s disapproval increases more. As it becomes clear that villagers are being influenced by Vianne, he quickly sees her as danger. Under Vianne’s control an old woman starts a new life, a wife finds courage to leave her mean husband, children rebel against authority and Reynaud’s community is danger of falling apart. Soon is Easter and Vianne and Reynaud start preparing: Vianne for a chocolate festival, Reynaud for winning back hearts of the villagers. At first, I thought this film is an uninteresting old film. However, I found out that it is really thrilling and fascinating. I enjoyed that it was slow-moving but had many conflicts

Meals and cooking

The usual meals in England are breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner or, in simpler houses, breakfast, dinner, tea and supper. For breakfast English people mostly have porridge or cornflakes with milk or cream and sugar, bacon and eggs, marmalade with buttered toast and tea or coffee. For a change they can have a boiled egg, cold ham, or fish. English people generally have lunch about one o'clock. At lunch time in a London restaurant one usually finds a mutton chop, or steak and chips, or cold meat or fish with potatoes and salad, then a pudding or fruit to follow. Afternoon tea can hardly be called a meal. It is a substantial meal only in welltodo families. It is between five and six o'clock. It is rather a sociable sort of thing, as friends often come in then for a chat while they have their cup of tea, cake or biscuit. In some houses dinner is the biggest meal of the day. But in great many English homes, the

"Rain man"

Rain man The movie concentrates on two brothers and their dysfunctional relationship. One brother, Raymond, is autistic and no one seems to understand what it really is that they are dealing with. The other brother, Charlie, is greedy and selfish, at least in the beginning of the movie. Somehow that changes as the film evolves. The main problem in this movie is greed. Charlie only cares about money. When he finds out that his estranged father had left his inheritance to someone else, he gets mad. That is the reason why he took Raymond from the institution where he was living. He wanted to take the money from his brother even when he realised that there was something wrong with him. At least he came to his senses in the end. The second problem revolves around Raymond and his disability. No one understood what he was going through. At that time, autism wasn't a widely known disorder
