has been carried out by the OECD. The discussion draft to prepare the final report and received comments to the discussion draft were both published, in 2014 and early 2015, respectively. On October 5th, 2015 the Final Report on Limiting Base Erosion Involving Interest Deductions and Other Financial Payments was presented analyzing several best practices and recommending new rules for limiting the level of interest expenses allowed for tax deductions. The recommended approach by the OECD is to limit the entity’s net interest expenses, and payments economically equivalent to interest, to a percentage of entity’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA). The net interest expense/EBITDA ratio should be fixed in a corridor of 10-30%. This approach aims at two objectives – uses net interest expense to calculate the

How is possible that all the companions were separated from each other? They bought their tickets together, and furthermore – how can they separate a 14-year old from his guardian? As a parent, I was very nervous. As well as my travelling child. He felt uncomfortable the duration of the flight. He was afraid to fall asleep, uncomfortable asking the people next to him to go to go to the restroom, etc. I do not think my child or I will use this airline in the future. It caused stress and added expenses – time, phone calls, drive to the airport, etc. Luckily, 24 hours before coming back from Toronto we did an online check in (as recommended by LOT customer service) and everything went well. They got their seats next to each other and trip back to Canada was enojoyable. I would like to know your explanation/justification for this situation and nuisance caused by nerves, time and financial expenses. There is a booking conformation added as an attachment. surgery. This is getting through to the young people of today, but is it OK for a teenager to get cosmetic surgery? Many people nowadays think that teenagers are getting more independent. They often do things on their own and sometimes things that they wouldn't be proud of in the future. It is certainly true that cosmetic surgery costs a lot of money. People under the age of age of eighteen live with their parents. Usually parents have to cover their expenses. On the other hand minors might get into an accident and need cosmetic surgery to look the same again. If disfigured a child can feel left out which is not good. Another point in favor is that some people might have a serious birth defect like cleft lip and they might want to get it removed. To sum up, minors might use cosmetic surgery a lot but rarely do they really need it. On my opinion cosmetic surgery should only be given to those who need it with a doctor's subscription.

On the one hand, a lot of people think that art especially art galleries and exhibitions are boring and actually do not know anything about it. They think that it is pointless to pay for something boring, so if art exhibitions would be free, more people would visit them and learn to evaluate art. Also art educates people and enlarges their knowledge. But on the other hand, keeping and taking care of exhibitons have so many expenses like hiring skilled staff or paying electricity bills that it is impossible not to pay for visiting art galleries. In addition to that being a artist is a job like every another one too and needs to be paid. Finally, I think it it better to decrease the prices of art galleries to the lowest price so that anybody in society could afford it and enjoy arts. In this way more people would visit art exhibitions and educate themselves.

Do some of you own a car? Have you ever thought about cost reducing? It seems you really want to know how to make your car costs smaller. It would be in your own interests. I think carpooling is a good solution for it. Let me to describe what does carpooling mean. You need to know that carpooling is the sharing of car journeys so that more than one person travels in a car. The driver doesn’t try to earn money, but to share with several people the cost of a trip he would do anyway. The expenses to be divided basically include the fuel and possible tolls. Let me introduce to you good points of carpooling: Firstly. by having more people using one vehicle, carpooling reduces each person's travel costs such as fuel costs, tolls, and the stress of driving. Secondly, carpooling is also a more environmentally friendly way to travel. Please pay attention, that sharing journeys reduces carbon emissions, traffic congestion on the roads, and the need for parking spaces
So it takes a dream, a lot of determination, a willingness to learn quickly, and the ability to use your God-given assets properly and to know which sector of the CASHFLOW Quadrant to generate your income from. THE DEFINITION OF WEALTH The definition of wealth is: "The number of days you can survive, without physically working(or anyone else in your household physically working) and still maintain your standard of living." For example: If your monthly expenses are $1,000 a month, and if you have $3,000 in savings, your wealth is approximately 3 months or 90 days. Wealth is measured in time, not dollars. Ultimately, it is not how much money you make that matters, but how much money you keep and how long that money works for you. Every day I meet many people who make a lot of money, but all of their

I bought that out of my dress allowance.1 Besides, I had to have it. I had hardly a rag to my back. MR. BROWN: Really? I hadn't noticed. But if you cut down your expenses we shall be better off. MRS. BROWN: It's no use talking about cutting down my expenses. I hadn't had a new dress for two years and was quite ashamed to go out. What about your expenses? Why don't you give up smoking? You spend several pounds a month on tobacco, and what is the good of it? Several pounds a month just to blow nasty smoke into the air! MR. BROWN: You know very well I have often given up smoking. The last time I did so it was you that asked me to start again. MRS

If cargo moves FOB (Free ob board; "FOB shipping point" (or origin) means that the buyer is at risk while the goods are shipped, and "FOB destination" states that the seller retains the risk of loss until the goods reach the buyer) and container drops from the crane in the loading port, it is the risk for the seller.
Although this appears to be a functioning democracy, this is simply another grand narrative that large sections of the public have become apathetic or seemingly abeyant. Two clear examples that have highlighted the weakness of the limited government paradigm and have ultimately lead to the disillusionment of many within this society. The first is the decision to invade Iraq on the grounds of unproven evidence, in spite of the huge public opposition. Secondly is the scandal over MP's expenses claims as it was legitimate for politicians to make invoices for things such as claiming for second homes in order to maximise personal profits. This gave out a clear message that it was one rule for the public and an entirely different set of more lenient ones for the members' of parliament or as David Peace (2004, p. 164) asserts one rule for us, no rules for them. Overall limited government looks nice on paper but as with the social contract

Writing the thesis, it became apparent that the company had not addressed cost of marketing and cost of sales in accordance with the legislation. During the period considered, many errors in the source documents were found in treating operating costs as periodic costs. The research also revealed that all operating expenses were recognised in the income statement as cost of services sold and, as a result, the company’s gross profit in fact reflects operating profit. Comparison of the report prepared by the author and the company’s income statement revealed that the company’s income statement did not indicate correct financial results. This was due to incorrect recognition of expense in the income statement. Error was made in recognising “Marketing expenses” in income statement Layout 2 as provided
