In 1991 the political and cultural restrictions were lost and lots
changed in pop-music also..
After opening the western limit arised the opportunity for foregin
pop-artists to perform.
The most popular rock bands in 1990s were :
Smilers, The Tuberkoloited, Vennaskond ja Terminaator.
The first success in Eurovsion was in 1996., in Oslo, when Ivo
Linna ja Maarja-Liis ilus won 5th place. Their song was called
"Kaelakee Hääl"
