Thank you for your letter of 18 September giving us the dates of your visit. I am writing to
enquire some details in connection with your trip.
You arrive at Larnica airport by the company driver. I would appreciate if you could inform
me about your preferences in accommodation. It is a possibility to stay at the Amathus Beach
Hotel or in the hostel of the training centre.
I also would be very grateful if you could have your presentation about your products as well
on handouts and I would be glad to have the latest catalogue of your products with the price
list.
