Complaint
He was afraid to fall asleep,
uncomfortable asking the people next to him to go to go to the restroom,
etc. I do not think my child or I will use this airline in the future. It caused
stress and added expenses – time, phone calls, drive to the airport, etc.
Luckily, 24 hours before coming back from Toronto we did an online check
in (as recommended by LOT customer service) and everything went well.
They got their seats next to each other and trip back to Canada was
enojoyable.
I would like to know your explanation/justification for this situation and
nuisance caused by nerves, time and financial expenses.
