In the Czech Republic, gas offers DH severe competition. Much DH is produced at the expense of electricity that is considered more valuable, and waste incineration is not popular. In Romania, DH consumption was reduced by one-half. Distribution losses are enormous. New less polluting plants are needed. Consortia from established DH countries could offer DH systems from fuel to customer if local policies facilitate DH development. Etta James was born Jamesetta Hawkins on January 25, 1938, in Los Angeles, California, to a 14-year-old mother. Her father has never been identified. James lived with a series of foster parents most notably „Sarge“ and „Mama Lu“. Etta received her first proffessional vocal training at the age of five. She became a popular singing attraction at the church. In 1950, when she was 12, Mama Lu died and her real mother took her to the Fillmore District, San Francisco. James began listening to doo-wop and was inspired to form a girl group, called the Creolettes. After that, she met musician Johnny Otis. Nonetheless, Otis took the group under his wing, helping them sign to Modern Records and changing their name from The Creolettes to the Peaches. He also gave the singer her stage name Etta James. Rebellious youngsters in Viimsi Secondary School One if the biggest schools in Estonia, Viimsi Secondary School, has problems with discipline. Children vandalize school and disrespect teachers. Viimsi, which has been the wealthiest district in Estonia, for last couple of years and also has developed infrastructure, attracts young families to move there. The population has increased over the past few years by half. Today, approximately 16 000 people live in Viimsi. Therefore 164 children started first grade this year which increases students amount to 1350. Despite of the fact that Viimsi School was built only three years ago, it already needs some reparation.
