the line distributed load is uniform with the intensity: p = F/b. The value of design factor is: [S] = 4. The beam load case is to be chosen according to the student code last digit A. The dimensions are to be chosen according to the last but one digit of the student code B. Required milestones: 1. Compose a scaled structural model of the beam (according to particular A and B); 2. Calculate the supports’ reactions; 3. Compose the scaled diagrams of bending moment M and shear force Q; 4. Determine the beam’ critical sections (or critical section), compose the strength condition for bending and determine the appropriate INP section with minimum material usage; 5. Compose a scaled sketch of the chosen INP section with diagrams of normal stress and shear stress , acting at the critical section(s); 6

other tunings to play with in our member's area at www.jamorama.com. Introduction to Chords Now we are going to look at guitar chords. Guitarists use many different chords to make progressions or riffs that can then be used to create songs. If you are not familiar with some of these terms, it's ok. We will cover everything that I am talking about in good time. A chord is defined as a combination of 3 or more notes played together. To examine this, I want to take a look at chord diagrams. Chord diagrams are used to illustrate how a chord is played. They are very easy to use because they look very much like the neck of the guitar, in fact, the Jamorama chord diagram is a guitar neck. As I said above the Jamorama chord diagrams are going to be pictures of an `actual' guitar neck so it's easy to make the connection between strings and fingering. There is also a picture of the type of chord diagram that appears in most other Guitar learning guides. I want you to be aware of that form of

This will remind you to take nothing for granted as you explain how to complete the procedure and will prevent you from leaving gaps in your explanation that your reader will find frustrating. 3 Use diagrams to clarify information that would be difficult to convey accurately in words. Also use them for information that is so complex as to be confusing to the reader without a visual representation of the item, part or process to which he can refer as he carries out the manual's instructions. 4 Make the reader understand the purpose of each action and each step in the process, motivating her to complete each one by explaining the reason for it and the benefits of

[(Kõik on vektorid)Fres=F1+F2+F3+....Fn] A free body diagram, sometimes called a force diagram, is a pictorial device, often a rough working sketch, used by engineers and physicists to analyze the forces and moments acting on a body. The body itself may consist of multiple components, an automobile for example, or just a part of a component, a short section of a beam for example, anything in fact that may be considered to act as a single body, if only for a moment. A whole series of such diagrams may be necessary to analyze forces in a complex problem. The free body in a free body diagram is not free of constraints, it is just that the constraints have been replaced by arrows representing the forces and moments they generate. Drawing a free body diagram can help determine the unknown forces on, moments applied to, and equations of motion of, the body and thus help to analyse a problem in statics or dynamics

Use subsections to guide the reader through this section as it will be long and complex. Start the section with a block diagram that shows the major functions or layout of the design, then use subsections to drill down into each block. For example, your design may have mechanical, electronic and software components. After describing this at a top level, use a subsection to describe each in detail. Use additional block diagrams as needed. For example, a section on software would likely include a flowchart or state diagram to help the reader understand what the code does. Do not include complete code listing, electronic schematics or CAD working drawings in this section as that would be too deep a level of detail. The place for those documents is in the appendices. Use In this section, describe how your design is used. For example, if your design is a surgical
important than others. Some sounds have to be right to get your message across. Stressing words and phrases correctly is vital. Intonation is an important meaning carrier too. Problems There are 2 particular problems in pronunciation teaching and learning. 1. What St-s can hear: some St-s have difficulty hearing pronunciation features which we want them to reproduce. How to deal with this problem? - Show them how sounds are made (demonstration, diagrams, explanation) - Draw the sounds to their attention every time they appear on a tape or CD or in the conversation. When they can hear correctly they are able to speak correctly. 2. The intonation problem is the most problematic area for many teachers. The teachers should offer their students opportunities to recognise moods and intentions on tape (CD) or through the way we ourselves model them. We can get students to

10.2016 7 Investigation: Californian Seventh-day Adventists study Numerous studies have been conducted to find out the mortality ratios of vegetarian and/or vegan populations compared to those who eat a standard diet. One of the first studies conducted was the Californian Seventh-day Adventists study which was a prospective study in which 24 044 individuals took part in during a 6-year period, from year 1960 to 1965. Two diagrams were drawn in this study, and they can be found in the appendix of this investigation. They tested the hypothesis that coronary artery disease is related to dietary habits. From these figures [Figure 1. and 2.] we can draw the conclusions that the standardised mortality ratio suggested that coronary heart disease was significantly lower in vegetarian men compared those who were not vegetarian [Figure 1 in the appendix]. On the contrary, female participants that followed a vegetarian diet

Whitman was a bundle of contradictions because the form was loose enough to allow for long lists and catalogs abundant in detail, but also flexible to include delicate moments of lyricism and oratory. Whitman extended cadence of poetic lines through parallelism, alliteration and assonance. For example, in "When I Heard the Learn'd Astronomer," he writes: When I heard the learn'd astronomer, When the proofs, the figures, were ranged in columns before me, When I was shown the charts and diagrams, to add, divide, and measure them, When I heard the astronomer where he lectured with much applause in the lectureroom...(l.14) Whitman uses parallelism in this poem when he repeatedly states "When" at the beginning of each line. Whitman suggests that the working class is valued highly in his opinion because the astronomer in this poem seems to be a hard worker who earns his applause in the lectureroom. The poem has no periods or ending punctuation except at the end
