Methods students should adopt to select the right university Ones choice of university will affect their life both socially and professionally so it is important to make a wise decision. Finding the perfect university or college can seem challenging at first because of the endless opportunities offered. The course range given to students is extensive and the decision can be difficult due to a broad spectrum of higher educational institutions. When choosing the ideal university, it is essential to do research as early as possible and take it rather seriously. First, one should try to narrow down the possibilities by a simple process of elimination. By figuring out the area of study and other relevant elements like the size or location, the decision will most likely become simpler. It is important to
Dear Mr. Roberts, 14/01/2016 I am writing this letter to protest against the recent decision to close down the schools art studio. I would like to let you know that I truly believe it is a bad idea. First of all, the studio offers a large variety of services that aspiring artists can use. Very few students can allow themselves to have this opportunity and kind of equipment at home. Further more, the instructors in the studio help young promising artists discover and develop their talents. Secondly, the art studio is situated in an excellent place and is open

The prospective lender will want to know exactly how you intend to repay the loan. The lender will consider the cash flow from the business, the timing of repayment, and the probability of successful repayment of the loan. Lenders will also consider

Choices after secondary school Most of teenagers choose going to High school after graduating from the high school- High school. Although, what to do next? Many young people decide to go to university, while others think that going to work is a better decision. In my opinion, everyone should think about what he wants to do in future. On the one hand going to the university is very interesting way for student and this means, that you would have lively life, travel and meet people. Moreover, you get a lot of knowledge. However, in the other hand going to university implies that you study there 4-6 years more. In addition you can not be sure that you find after graduating from university a highly paid job.
Choices after secondary school Many young people decide to go to university after secondary school, while others think that going to work is a better decision. But what are the advantages of both options? There are many advantages that should be pointed out. To begin with, when one is applying to university, there are some tests that should be taken. After just finishing the secondary school, brain is capable of managing the pressure of learning and it is much easier to take the test right away. In addition, if the person knows what she/he wants to study, it would be a
Reading- A Waste of Time? Actually I really don't like reading, but that book is really interesting. If I started to read that book, it's seems boring, but actually it isn't that. It's going more and more interesting and I like it. That book tells the story of Madame Wu. On her fortieth birthday, Madame Wu carries out a decision she has been planning for a long time: she tells her husband that after twenty-four years their physical life together is now over and she wishes him to take a second wife. The House of Wu, one of the oldest and most revered in China, is thrown into an uproar by her decision, but Madame Wu will not be dissuaded and arranges for a young country girl to come take her place in bed. Elegant and detached, Madame Wu orchestrates this change as she
they would be getting in each other's way, or workers wold often find themselves waiting for access to specific part or tool required for the job. This proposition is called a law because it is standardized and applicable on all the production processes. Any manufacturing and production company can use this proposition (or Law) to their betterment. Is Tony right in his analysis of the situation? Explain. According to my point of view, Tony's decision of increasing the price a good decision as Pizza is a product that represents a small portion of an individual's income so an increase or decrease in the price would not affect the demand drastically as the demand for such products remain in- elastic. In this case he can afford to increase the price of his pizza as it I one of the Best pizzas in town so his customers would not mind a slight increase in the price as it would still be affordable for them
Use this when: You can see that they are not going to decide now. You have set up enough tension that you are reasonably convinced that they will indeed seriously consider the deal and are likely to come back. Given some more time, it is likely that they will buy more (for example if they are at the edge of a budgetary period and their current funds are low). The relationship is important to you, and them making a wrong decision now would affect the chances of making sales in the future. You do not need to make the sale today (for example you have made your quota and this sale would be just fine for next month). Combine this with setting up the next meeting, when perhaps you will be able to solidly close the deal. Examples This is an important decision for you and I think you need time to consider how important it is. Shall we discuss the details further next time I see you?
desision of purchase can bring company to a higher dollar exchange rate, that, as a result, will mean that expences will be substantially higher. 2)To leave the whole amount of exposure unhedged was too risky at that time. In conclusion, it can be clearly seen that the art studio is important for many young artists, therefore we do not hesitate to even organise a protest march against closing the studio. I hope that the art department agrees and will not close donw the art studio. Yours sincerely, Mari Mets ESSAY Choices after secondary school Many young people decide to go univeristy after secondary school, while others think that going to work is a better decision. But what are the advantages of both options? To begin with, the benfits of university cannot be denied. Even today people with degrees and more skilled workers are in need. Over the next ten years most of the new jobs will need people who have skills and education that universities offer. Moreover, not only does a degree boost your education and skills, it also enables you to earn a better living.

Business Mentality *Australians are very straightforward when it comes to business, so they do not need to build relationships for a long time before doing business. They are receptive to new ideas. * They appreciate modesty, so try not to oversell your company and do not even think of applying aggressive sales techniques. Try to be factual, friendly and to the point, avoiding self-importance. *If you manage to impress them, they will not make it obvious. *The decision making will be slower than usually, as the work environment in Australian business culture is collaborative. Top management will consult subordinates. *Do not try to rush the decision - patience is very much appreciated. * The good news is that Australians do not find it hard to say "no", so the answer will be clear and straightforward. * Business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. *For business purposes, it is best to visit the country from March to November, as the

Gladis meets with David (who has a crush on her) and Harry. Davis tunnistab üles that he broke into the room upstairs of Dorian's house. He saw nothing but a gross painting by Basil there. Gladys receives a letter which implies that Dorian is going to kill himself. They hurry to London only to find the painting in a perfect order and Dorian dead and really ugly.(book: servants hear a cry and break into the room) That night, Dorian goes to the locked room to look at his portrait. He hopes his decision to amend his life will have changed the painting, and he considers that perhaps his decision not to ruin the innkeeper's daughter's reputation will be reflected in the painted face. But when Dorian looks at his portrait, he sees there is no change--except that "in the eyes there was a look of cunning, and in the mouth the curved wrinkle of the hypocrite." In the movie he sees a change in the eyes and thinks he stil has a chance. He decides to destroy the painting and
think. Would I be willing to donate an organ to help someone or to receive an organ from someone I do not know if I needed it? This whole idea makes me stop and think. Health issues are very common nowadays and luckily, medical science has advanced so much that nearly everything is curable. In addition to good medical science, organ transplants have improved too. You can replace almost everything from your body. But when all of these great advances come down to a personal decision, it gets difficult. I respect donors a lot, but I wish I knew what inspired them to do so. If someone handed me a donor card to fill out, my instinct would propably be to pass it right back. I do not plan to ever get rid of any part of my body. Nor do I think I am being selfish, but giving an organ away just is not realistic. Moreover, donating an organ seems to me like giving a part of your life away. But circumstances and life can change us and our thinking.
In contrast, the Commission is an unelected body consisting of persons nominated by each member state rather than elected by its citizens. Secondly, the legislative process must be considered alongside the appointment procedures of the institutions in order to determine whether or not the distribution of powers of law-making within the European Union is democratic. Legislative processes vary according to the nature of the laws proposed, however the ordinary legislative procedure is known as co-decision. Article 294 TFEU provides that firstly the Commission must submit a legislative proposal to the Parliament and Council and the Parliament must determine its position on the wording of the act. If the Council approves the Parliament's wording then the act is adopted; if not, it adopts its own position and passes it back to Parliament with explanations. At the additional reading, the act is implemented if Parliament accepts the Council's text. Parliament may reject
Others may view this type of hero as stupid, or a martyr. Every hero has faults and these faults along with heroic deeds make the man or woman; a hero, heroine. "Antigone" would be considered a hero in the sense of being a martyr. Because of her love for her family Antigone wanted to give her brother a proper burial, and even though he did evil deeds, she respected him. She believed that all of the dead were in a state of equality. When faced with the decision to obey the King or obey her heart, she says on page 23, in lines 86-90: "I will bury him myself./If I die for doing that, good:/I will stay with him, brother;/and my crime will be devotion." This decision, to bury her brother, was very heroic in that even though she knew death was at stake, she knew where her loyalties lied. On page 39, lines 560-575, Antigone stands up to her uncle and tells him to his face that he has disobeyed the Gods decrees. In line 562, 563, and 564 she says:

Not surprisingly, the car park becomes full and there are not enough possibilities to leave car. The second problem is that the buses often run late and are always full. The majority of students cannot afford the taxi fare from home to college. Some of them are unwilling to go on foot, because they are living far from college. The most realistic solution is to improve the bus service, writing to bus company. As a result good public transport will reduce the number of private cars. The second decision is to raise the price of car parking and extend it into the sports field. Perhaps it will take some time and extra money, but it will solve the majority of our transport problems. Yours sincerely, xxx

For example, if you want to work in photography, you firstly need to find out where you can do such a course. Then you should compare the different programmes and decide which ones to apply to. Definately make sure you have enogh information to make a good decision. You should also think about wheter you want to work outdoors or indoors, with people or with computers, work with your hand or with mind and so on In my opinion the best job is a job where you can relate your intrests and work together.
is important to have one. On the other hand, there are bigger queues than corner shops and can be more difficulties to find products, because area is much bigger. Secondly, corner shops main advantage is location. They are closer to home and there are short queues too. Also there are some products that you won't find in supermarkets and also fresh bakery products. On the other hand, there can be expensive products and they might be open only few hours. All in all, it is every people's decision which shop to prefer, but it is important to know advantages and disadvantages of both shops.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disapproval of the Westwale Councils decision to sell the land of the Longheath Park. In my opinion, this is a terrible idea which will have many disadvantages for our town. Firstly, if the park is sold to the property developer, he will built an estate of 50 houses on the land. As a result, there will be no open spaces left. Therefore, children will not have a chance to play freely, and people will have nowhere to walk their dogs or ride their bikes. Secondly, there will be less green areas in town. Obviously, this will be very
When you want to go out with your friends, then you can´t because you have to be at work or relationships with opposite gender will suffer. And when you are grown up you will understand that you have lost a piece of your childhood. However, these students are after school more prepared to real life, where you have your own family or even you have kids and it is very important to your future life. Taking everything into account, having a job while studying, should be students own decision, parents should only slightly direct their kids, not determine strictly, what should and what shouldn´t.
I think when you're finally old, it's great to look back and see what a wonderful life you've lived. On the other hand, some people are okay with just being and not doing something wonderful. They like their lifes just the way they are. They are happy with that comfortable position. Sometimes it's risky to take challenges. You'll never know what will happen and that can be very frightening sometimes. To conclude, people can live a long life without living, but it's really eveybodys own decision. You must do what you want and what you think is best for you. But never forget, if you decide to live a ordinary life, then don't start to regret it later.
Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing about the recent article in Tuesday’s edition of the Westvale Herald to express my disapproval of the Westvale Council’s decision to sell Longheath Park to a property developer. In my opinion, this is a really bad idea. Firstly, if the park is sold there will be no open spaces left. Therefore, children will not be able to play freely, and people will have nowhere to walk their dogs, ride their bicycles and so forth. What is more, there will be very few green areas in town. Obviously, this is very unhealthy, as people need fresh air and natural surroundings for good health.
Choices after secondary school In today's world, many young people decide to go to university after secondary school, while others think that going to work is a better decision. Firstly, the advantage of going to university after high school is that when person is willing to study and develop himself it is one of the best choices. Many young people know what they want to do with their life after high school, therefore going to university is a good idea. Also, after graduating university it is easier to find a job because then people have necessary education. However, going to work can also be a good decicion for some people. When person
Today, most countries that once had ties to England, including the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong, to name a few, operate under common law. Aside from Great Britain, the majority of the countries in Europe operate under a version of civil law modeled after the Roman legal system created centuries ago In a common law system, the law is created by precedents set after judges decide actual cases. When a judge hears a case that has a new issue in it, the judge makes a decision regarding the issue in the case. That decision then becomes a precedent that must be followed by other courts with equal standing within the legal system. The precedent remains law unless and until a higher court overturns the decision. The practice of following decisions made by other courts for similar issues is known as stare decisis. In stark contrast to the concept of stare decisis and precedent found in a common law system,
However, these students who are working while their studyies, are more prepared to real life, life where they have to deal with all kind of hard situations like feeding and supporting your family and kids. Last but not least argument for having a job while studying is that these students simplify their parents life by earning some of their tuitions fee or just pocket-money. Taking everything into account, having a job while studying, should be students own decision, parents should only slightly direct their kids, not determine strictly, what should and what shouldn´t.
Every year thousand of children’s lives are saved thanks to timely vaccination. In addition, history also demonstrates us that childhood illnesses of previous centuries such as measles, tuberculosis and diphtheria have declined dramatically nowadays due to preventive care, which has protected children from potentially deadly diseases. Some members of our society will mention freedom of choice and insist that parents can make their own decision. But some old diseases still exist in the world and those who fail to take their assigned dose of medicine may negate the efforts of those who do. So those some parents have to think about the rest of mankind and immunize their children as well. In conclusion, immunization is one of the factors supporting the health of people. I firmly believe that parents should be made to vaccinate their children mandatory by law.
