One of the countries which I belive has opportunity some day to join EU is Moldova. The Republic of Moldova actively pursues EU membership, but it is poorer than any other European country and has to resolve issues over its break away region of Transinistra before it can join. Nevertheless, the EU is developing an increasingly close relationship with Moldova, going beyond co-operation, to gradual economic integration and a deepening of political co- operation. Food production will be the main concern as it is the most debated issue, but other aspects, such as land use change and water consumption will be also considered as they are essential aspects in the biofuels sustainability criteria. The review will discuss the viability of biofuels based on the current technologies. Second-generation biofuels are not yet commercially viable and therefore will not be discussed; although they could significantly improve the sustainability of biofuels when they break through to the industrial scale. 2. Abstract The current paper is a comparative study on the morphological explanations of the Chinese characters as explained in eight character dictionaries and textbooks. C. S. Peirce sign systems theory is used for describing the morphological space of the Chinese characters. A hypothesis about the possibilities offered by reliable character morphology for explanation of the lexical multivalency of Chinese characters is proposed. Also criteria for judging the quality of available morphological explanations is provided and their shortcomings are being outlined. What I think is that these days more women are career oriented and the society is more open in having a woman on leading positions. In this modern age, women are more enterprising and not afraid of leading the team of co-workers a company or even a country. To sum up, my opinion is that companies should provide equal work criteria to both genders. Both have their own qualities and specialties. I believe that there should not be any discrimination between male and female by their gender in the process of selecting employees. However, as disagreements between the P-5 emerged over the Kosovo crisis in 19981999, and even more significantly in relation to Iraq in 2003, this debate was overshadowed by one regarding the criteria to be applied in determining the acceptable bounds within which states may have recourse to the use of force.
