The horizontal axis represents the counties and vertical axis represents the number of children. Most children born in January 2009 and December 2008 were born in Harjumaa and second popular place was Tartu. In December there were 644 births in Harjumaa and in January there was a plunge to 582. In Tartu there was a decrease too. In January there were 37 births less than in December.
