We consider its most usual manifestation, namely that the Council faces a crisis of legitimacy because of its inability to constrain the unilaterally inclined hegemonic United States. But we also examine the converse argument that it is the whole UN collective security mechanism (rather than just the Council) that is in crisis. Built in the heart of Tallinn, next to a marketplace, the Town Hall has witnessed trade and social activities for over 700 years. It has still remained the most important representational building in town. The building history of the Town Hall goes back to the 13th century, but it acquired its medieval appearance in 140204. It was as early as 1248 when King Eric IV Ploughpenny of Denmark granted the Lübeck Charter to Tallinn. Relying on that document a town council was elected from amongst merchants of the Hanse and started convening in the Town Hall. It is possible to state on the basis of research findings that a meeting place of the magistracy and a goods depot in the form of a small, fortified town hall, constructed of local limestone, existed in its present location already in the mid-13th century. Elizabeth I When Elizabeth was a young girl, the times in Englad were quite confusing and the fight over the throne of England was in the highest point. Of course a major problem was the religion. Elizabeth was a protestant but Mary, the queen of England believed truly in the catholic church. Mary unfortunately died and Elizabeth became the next queen of England. There remained some lords and members of the council who were not loyal to Elizabeth. Many of them wanted to see her dead, but she managed to be alive. The throne was still in endangered by Mary Stuart but the queen moved fast and let Mary killed. Elizabeth was living a hard life because she had to stand for the people of England and make many important decisions. She had good mind for being a queen and she was able to improve the position of England in the world despite the fact that she sacrificed her life for it.

When we talk about education then I can say, we all have right to learn in school and to become smart and educated people. When we speak about liberties then example civil liberties are voted in European Parliament election when you are eightteen and over, you can belong to unions, then you can apply for legislative council. Also, when you are fourty and over you can run for government president. In Estonia there are a balanced code of laws. They all rely on European Union. I like to live in Estonia because my country is fighting for our rights and liberties. I am proud that we can say that we are independent and we are highly educated country. In our county there are a very economical and sociable people. I really love my county and I am proud, that I can live in here.
