Crepe is a type of very thin pancake, usually made from wheat flour or buckwheat flour.
Crêpes are served with a variety of fillings, from the most simple with only sugar. Crêpes are
made by pouring a thin liquid batter onto a hot frying pan or flat circular hot plate, often with
a trace of butter on the pan's surface.
Cassoulet: is a rich, slow-cooked bean stew or casserole, containing meat (typically pork
sausages, pork, goose, duck and sometimes mutton), pork skin (couennes) and white haricot
beans.
Pâté is a mixture of ground meat and fat minced into a spreadable paste. Common additions
include vegetables, herbs, spices, and either wine, brandy. Pâté can be served either hot or
