Ta on töötanud Kuldre koolis inglise keele õpetajana ja hiljem Urvaste postiülemana. Alates 1990-st aastast on Margus Konnula aga luuletaja. Ta kuulub Tartu Noorte Autorite Koondisesse (NAK). Contrast on saanud tema arvates tänu Vahur Kersna saatele luuletaja. Contra harrastab pikamaa jooksu, teeb võrukeelseid telesaateid ja esineb tihti lugejatele. The pay has stayed the same in the ranking of importance but the ranking of work/life balance has dropped from fourth to second place. Fall of importance In contrast, the importance of job security has fallen by 22% and job content by 16%. They used to be equally ranked the second, but now they have become the least important factors when choosing a job. Conclusion To sum up, the importance of the job itself has fallen, but the factors that employees get out of the job have risen.
