Construct 2 on HTML5-baasil 2D mängumootor, arendatud Scirra poolt. Construct 2 on mõeldud põhiliselt mitte programmeerijatele, mis laseb kiiresti mängu koostada drag-and-drop moodi kasutades visuaalset töötlemist ja behavior ehk käitumise baasil loogikasüsteemi. Mis on HTML5 ja ’’drag-and-drop’’? HTML5 on markeerimiskeel, mille eesmärgiks on luua korralik veebileht brauserist ja platvormist sõltumata. Drag-and-drop on hiireliigutus millega kasutaja valib visuaalse objekti seda haarates

approximately 2,300,000 acres (9,300 km2) of land area, the fifth-largest Indian reservation in the United States. The reservation is primarily in Big Horn and Yellowstone counties with ceded lands in Rosebud, Carbon, and Treasure Counties. The 2000 census reported a total population of 6,894 on reservation lands. Its largest community is Crow Agency. Traditional Crow shelters are tipis made with bison skins stretched over wooden poles. The Crow are historically known to construct some of the largest tipis. Inside the tipi, mattresses and buffalo-hide seats were arranged around the edge, with a fireplace in the center. The smoke from the fire escaped through a hole in the top of the tipi. Many Crow families still own and use the tipi, especially when traveling. The annual Crow Fair has been described as the largest gathering of tipis in the world. Traditional Crow shelters are tipis made with bison skins stretched over wooden poles. The

My birthday. I am now 12 years old. I have had many memorable birthdays. But memorable was when I was 12. It took place last year in 9 June. A week before I started to construct invitations. I called three best friend Liis, Carmel and Daily. Mother had prepared for a birthday power. Such as sandwiches and salads. The girls came a two o'clock. I got a lot of flowers, 2 Kaubamajakas gift cards and more chocolate. I put a flowers of vase . I proposed to do the quiz, which I thought a couple of days ago. Finally, we decided to go out. I had a wonderful birthday.
It’s no surprise that the way celebrities present themselves has changed immeasurably since the Golden Age of Hollywood. Back in the day, celebrities were presented as incomparably glamorous, flawless beings, closer to gods than humans. Fame was controlled not by the famous and certainly not by the audience, but by the owners of the media. The lives of the rich and the famous used to be mysterious and even inexplicable. It was so foreign and artificial a construct that we thought that fame made you special. The rise of reality TV, however, was a major step in the changing nature of celebrity. “Normal people” became stars overnight. The dominance of smartphones and social media has meant that the public records everything: nervous breakdowns, breakups and displays of erratic behavior, and popular celebrities seem to have become beloved for being like us – or at least more photogenic versions of us. These days, celebrity at
Üks tugevamaid külgi on see, et sotsiaalne liigitamine võimaldab inimestel teha otsuseid väga kiiresti. Realistlikult ei ole inimestel aega iga inimesega individuaalselt kokku puutuda. Sotsiaalne liigitamine võimaldab teha otsuseid ning luua ootusi, kuidas inimesed käituvad teatud situatsioonides. 1 References Bargh, J. A., Chen, M., & Burrows, L. (1996). What is a dam § A dam is a structure designed to hold back water in a lake or river. § Dams typically include gates that can be opened or closed to allow the needed amount of water to pass downstream or leave the lake. § Generally, a hydropower station is also constructed at or near the dam site to develop hydropower. § Dams are very huge structure and require huge money, manpower and time to construct. Dam types Embankment dams · Embankment dams are the most common type of dam in use today. · Materials used for embankment dams include natural soil or rock · The ability of an embankment dam to resist the reservoir water pressure is primarily a result of the mass weight, type and strength of the materials from which the dam is made. In the same way, when designing and constructing a survey, one should also lay a well thought-out foundation. In surveys, one starts with preparing the underground by specifying the concepts to be measured. Then these clearly specified concepts have to be translated, or in technical terms, operationalized into measurable variables. Survey methodologists describe this process in terms of avoiding or reducing specification errors. Social scientists use the term construct validity: the extend to which a measurement method accurately represents the intended construct. This first step is conceptual rather than statistical; the concepts of concern must be defined and specified. On this foundation we place the four cornerstones of survey research: coverage, sampling, response, and measurement (Salant & Dillman, 1994; see also Groves, 1989). 6 Figure 1
coefficients between the computer and human raters is at least as high or higher than among human raters themselves (Elliot, 2003; Landauer et al., 2003; Page & Petersen, 1995). All AES engines have obtained exact agreements with humans as high as the mid-80's and adjacent agreements in the mid-high 90's--slightly higher than the agreement coefficients for trained human raters. Several validity studies have suggested that AES engines tap the same construct as that being evaluated by human raters. Page, Keith, & LaVoie (1995) examined the construct validity of AES, Keith (2003) summarized several discriminant and true score validity studies of the technology, and Attali & Burstein (2006) demonstrated the relationship between AES and instructional activities associated with writing. AES is not without its detractors. Ericcson & Haswell (2006) performed a comprehensive critique of the technology from the perspective of those who teach

which opened in 1836. This was soon followed by the opening of great rail termini which linked London to every corner of Britain. These included Euston station (1837), Paddington station (1838), Fenchurch Street station (1841), Waterloo station (1848), King's Cross station (1850), and St Pancras station (1863). From 1863, the first lines of the London Underground were constructed.Parliament finally gave consent for the MBW to construct a massive system of sewers. The engineer put in charge of building the new system was Joseph Bazalgette. In what was one of the largest civil engineering projects of the 19th century, he oversaw construction of over 2100 km of tunnels and pipes under London to take away sewage and provide clean drinking water. When the London sewerage system was completed, the death toll in London dropped dramatically, and epidemics of cholera and other diseases were curtailed.
possibilities, and thus the international system a more conflictual than peaceful environment, for constructivists anarchy alone does not make much sense as it cannot by itself bring about a predetermined state of affairs among state actors. Rather, what makes much sense for the constructivist is that under anarchy different social structures and arrangements, cooperative and conflictual, can be formed and defined on the basis of actors' social identities, and accordingly, the way they construct their national interests and security. In other words, as Alexander Wendt puts it, "anarchy is what states make of it," that is, the "nature" of international anarchy appears to be conflictual if states show a conflictual behaviour towards each other, and cooperative if they behave cooperatively towards one another. Some words about Alexander Wendt he is a political scientist and one of the core social constructivist scholars in international relations
Both believe that visual perception is mediated by light reflected from surfaces and objects, so we therefore need some kind of physiological system to perceive. They also agree that perception is an active process and that our perceptual experiences can be influenced by learning. In conclusion, however, there are several major differences between the two theories. Gregory believes that memory; habit, experience and so on must supplement meaningless sensory cues, in order to construct a meaningful world. In contrast Gibson argues that the environment (initially the optic array) provides us with all the information we need for living in the world. In most circumstances, both processes are essential as Neisser (1976) stressed in the analysis-by-synthesis model. And both theories explain different aspects of visual perception. When visual stimuli are present and visibility is good then technically the preferable theory is Gibson's theory

Preservation of thirtyone major trees identified in the northeast corner of the site would significantly reduce the total space available for development. It is recommended that the soil should remain undisturbed within 25 feet of the perimeter of the trees’ root systems. Consequently, an area of some 185 feet by 320 feet would be excluded from development plans in an effort to preserve the grove of Douglas Fir trees. Preliminary analysis of the site has indicated that it would be feasible to construct three below grade levels. However, structural considerations of excavation and proximity to adjoining buildings may be reviewed. With these parameters in mind, it can be calculated that, for below grade construction alone, there is cubage available to accommodate 273,650 square feet of space in three levels. This assumes that recommended measures would be taken to preserve the Douglas Fir trees, and utilized in the design.

Chuck is 15 years old and 8 years his worked at the underground station. Work as calling Definition As the empirical investigation of calling has grown, a variety of definitions have been proposed for the construct. Across definitions, a calling is typically viewed as a job that provides personal meaning/purpose and that is used to serve others (Dik & Duffy). Traditionally, calling was a term used in a religious context with the implication that one was "called" by God or a higher power to engage in work that led to fulfillment of a larger purpose (Hardy). More recently, source conceptualizations of calling have broadened to include concepts such as calling arising from a sense of destiny (e.g
that neither practitioners nor academics are adequately equipped to effectively address the future. Practitioners continue to invoke the future, but they do so without a theoretical frame of reference to lead them toward more robust and wellintegrated views of desired futures. Meanwhile, academics appear to have lost sight of the future entirely. academics have surrendered the future to practitioners with little comment or guidance. Yet if practitioners are to construct more intelligent futures, academics must embrace their role in providing the necessary intellectual reinforcement. 22 Myers, Kitsuse 2000 Constracting the Future in Planning If planners did want to strengthen their orientation to the future, what would a contemporary paradigm look like? ago. Historians suspect that the location was chosen for its relatively convenient access to the deeper ocean waters, as well as the excellent land conditions available for bridge building. The home of the London Bridge as it appeared in Roman times was in virtually the same spot as the home of the London Bridge today, suspended over the Thames River. The Romans were not the only people in London Bridge history to construct a wooden bridge. After the fall of the Roman Empire, the Saxons were known to have built at least one, if not many (due to destruction by fire and other calamities) timber bridges. The first stone structure in London Bridge history was built in the 12th century and took 33 years to complete. King John was in power when the bridge was finally completed, and it was King John who had the idea to build houses on the bridge itself. The history of the London Bridge goes on to reflect that scores of

It is believed that schema processing can affect memory at all three stages. For example in encoding. Acquiring expertise is a process of developing schemas that help encode information into meaningful patterns (like notes for musicians). Chase and Simon demonstrated that point in an intriguing study. Three chess players an expert, and intermediate player and a beginner were allowed 5 seconds to look at a chessboard containing 25 pieces. Then they looked away and tried to construct the same placement of the pieces on an empty board. This was tried many times with different arrangements. When the pieces were arranged in meaningful positions that might actually occur in game situations, the expert typically recalled about 16 pieces, intermediate about 8 and the novice only 4. But when the arrangement was random, each player remembered only 2 or 3 pieces. The concepts of schemas and chunking can explain that. When the pieces were arranged logically then the experts could

life. This article empirically explores this proposition using lifestyle consumption as its framing concept and conceptualises individuals who style their lives around the enduring practice of backpacking as ‘lifestyle travellers’. Ethnographic interviews with lifestyle travellers in India and Thailand offer an emic account of the practices, ideologies and social identity that characterise lifestyle travel as a distinctive subtype within backpacking. Departing from the drifter construct, which (re)constitutes this identity as socially deviant, the concept of lifestyle allows for a contemporary appraisal of these individuals’ patterns of meaningful consumption and wider insights into how ongoing mobility can lead to different ways of understanding identities and relating to place. Keywords: lifestyle consumption; backpacker; mobility; drifter; identity INTRODUCTION Within the social world of backpacking, there exist a small proportion of tourists who

Thames, particularly London, Kent, north Surrey and south Essex. The variety first came to public prominence in an article by DavidRosewarne in the Times Educational Supplement in October 1984. [2] Rosewarne argued that it may eventually replace RP (Received Pronunciation) in the south-east. Studies have indicated that Estuary English is not a single coherent form of English; rather, the reality behind the construct consists of some (but not all) phonetic features of working-class London speech spreading at various rates socially into middle-class speech and geographically into other accents of south-eastern England.[3][4] Rosewarne (1984) states that "the heartland of this variety lies by the banks of the Thames and its estuary". However, in the name itself the Thames is not mentioned. This seems to have irritated some of the academics, who willingly displayed their reluctance to the term

This yields chimeric animals, which are then inbred to give homozygotes · Stem cell based
Strategic Choice: Selecting the best strategy Corporate Scenarios pro forma balance sheets and income statements that forecast the effect each alternative strategy/its various programs may have on division and corporate return on investment (ROI) Steps include 1. Use industry scenarios to develop assumptions about the task environment 2. Develop common size financial statements for prior years 3. Construct detailed pro forma financial statements for each strategic alternative Management’s Attitude Toward Risk Risk composed not only of the probability that the strategy will be effective but also of the amount of assets the corporation must allocate to the strategy and the length of time the assets will be unavailable for other uses.

Idee: emotsionaalne võimekus sama oluline kui intelligentsus kitsas mõttes (intellektuaalsete ülesannete lahendamise oskus) Kontekst: Peter Sifneos 1973 alexithymia - from the Greek words and (literally "lack of words for emotions") is a term to describe people who appeared to have deficiencies in understanding, processing, or describing their emotions. Viewed as a spectrum between high and low EI, the alexithymia construct is strongly inversely related to EI. EI kui neli emotsioonidega seotud võimekust EI mudeli kohaselt inimesed erinevad oskuste ja võimekuse poolest oma emotsioonidega ümber käia ning ka teiste omi mõista. EI koosneb 4 võimekusest: Perceiving emotions -- the ability to detect and decipher emotions in faces, pictures, voices, and cultural artifacts - including the ability to identify one's own emotions
collaborated on the projections, providing invaluable expertise on advanced (“multistate”) population modeling and standardization of input data. Marcin Stonawski wrote the cutting-edge software used for these projections and led the collection and analysis of European data. Michaela Potančoková standardized the fertility data. Vegard Skirbekk coordinated IIASA’s research contributions. Additionally, Guy Abel at the Vienna Institute of Demography helped construct the country-level migration flow data used in the projections. Over the past six years, a number of former Pew Research Center staff members also played critical roles in producing the population projections. Phillip Connor prepared the migration input data, wrote descriptions of migration results and methods, and helped write the chapters on each religious group and geographic region. Noble Kuriakose was involved in nearly all stages
woman does all the work... so actually not like the missionary at all. The Y Curve To achieve the Y Curve sex position she lies facedown on the bed, then scoots her body forward so her head and torso hang over the side, palms on the floor. The man positions himself over her and enters from behind, his legs inside hers. He can hold on to her hips for leverage to allow him to keep his head and shoulders raised high instead of resting on her back. The Magic Mountain First of all construct your "mountain" out of a pile of pillows. The woman kneels in front of the pillows and leans forward over it. He kneels behind her, his legs on the outside and penetrates her deeply. Make sure you use firm pillows for the Magic Mountain sex position. The Lap Top He sits back in a roomy chair with a pillow placed under his knees to elevate them. She straddles him, lowering herself onto him then puts her ankles over his shoulders so they rest on the back of the chair
1952 Heinz Nixdorf founded Nixdorf Computer Corp. in Germany. It remained an independent corporation until merging with Siemens in 1990. 1953 IBM shipped its first electronic computer, the 701 Speedcoding: John Backus. 1954 Texas Instruments announces the start of commercial production on silicon transistors. Herbert Simon and Allen Newell unveiled Logic Theorist software that supplied rules of reasoning and proved symbolic logic theorems. Newell, Simon and Shaw went on to construct the General Problem Solver, or GPS. The first version of GPS ran in 1957 and work continued on the project for about a decade. 1955 William Shockley founds Shockley Semiconductor in Palo Alto, California 1956 IBM develops the first hard disk, the RAMAC 305, with 50 two-foot diameter platters. Total capacity is 5 MB. (350 Disk Storage Unit) The first transistorized computer is completed, the TX-O (Transistorized Experimental computer), at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 1957
