attractive enough in its subject, so that the students would give it an interest and they would like to acquire knowledge in this matter. If the subject seems attractive to students, they would rather go to this lesson, learn the material more easily and remember it better. In addition, the teacher must be flexible, reliable, and must be a good communicator. It is easier for students interact with such a teacher and cooperation with him is smoother, while at the same time it does not stimulate complexes. The friendly communication creates a good atmosphere in the class.

Litter is a problem throughout the country, particularly in urban areas and in the more populated areas of Kiev, Kharkov, Donetsk and others. People litter on the banks of the rivers, in parks, in the streets. A lack of bins is not a major factor in littering. Sometimes you can see the bin in the street, and a pile of litter half a meter away from it. The main reason of littering is behaviour. The more litter people see on the street the more inclined to litter. For example, cinema complexes, football ground and theatres are cleaned up but such areas as parks and streets are neglected. But people don't think that litter can be dangerous. It can especially be dangerous when it involves items such as broken glass, needles and syringes. Litter can get into the drainage system and block it. Litter scattered all over the city. Makes it look ugly. And it usually costs a lot of money to clean up the city every year. But the biggest problem is
suhtlus läbi klastersüsteemi. Samuti on sellise kuivatusmeetodi puhul väga oluline koostöö teadusasutustega, mis samuti selles klastris olulist rolli mängivad. Kahjuks ei ole võimalik Eesti turul hetkel väga suurest konkurentsi tekkimisest rääkida, kuna antud valdkonnas tegutsevaid ettevõtjaid on väga vähe. Kasutatud kirjandus Castells, M.; Hall, P. One of two classes of natural acidic organic polymer that can be extracted from humus found in soil, sediment, or aquatic environments. Its name derives from Latin fulvus, indicating its yellow colour. Its structure is best characterized as a loose assembly of aromatic organic polymers with many carboxyl groups (COOH) that release hydrogen ions, resulting in species that have electric charges at various sites on the ion. It is especially reactive with metals, forming strong complexes with Fe3+, Al3+, and Cu2+ in particular and leading to their increased solubility in natural waters. Fulvic acid is believed to originate as a product of microbial metabolism, although it is not synthesized as a life- sustaining carbon or energy source.
as part of the Peter the Great's sea fortress (nowadays Patarei). For this purpose, 6,000 square fathoms of land was appropriated a couple of hundred meters in the direction of Paljassaare. The construction of Noblessner's shipyard had already begun on the adjacent plot and pursuant to the basic principles and plans of Tallinn's fortifications as approved by Nikolai II in 1911; the plan foresaw the construction of two identical and adjacent hangar complexes. At the beginning of March in 1916, Colonel Aleksandr Jaron, who was responsible for the construction works, sent 11 local and foreign companies calls for proposals for designing these hangars, which were then modestly referred to as reinforced concrete sheds. The deadlines were quite short due to the ongoing World War and bids were already expected by the end of March. Construction was set to start during the period of April 15th and June 1st, 1916. However, things did not go so smoothly
limb defects, have been reported after treatment of pregnant mammals with RA. The recent discovery that RA interacts with nuclear Receptors related to the steroid and thyroid hormone receptors, a family of proteins that function as ligand-dependent transcription factors, suggests that the morphogenetic functions of RA may result at least in part, from activation of developmentally regulated genes by RA receptor (RAR) complexes. An additional feature of retinoid physiology is the existence of a distinct class of molecules, the cellular retinol- and RA-binding proteins (CRBPs and CRABPs), which may modulate the accessibility of RA to the receptors. Representatives of each binding protein also show spatially restricted patterns of expression in the embryo. The complexity of retinoid action was demonstrated further by the recent finding that specific

mRNA is transcribed by the several structural genes of an operon. It contains several sites for initiating and terminating polypeptide synthesis. On the other hand all known eukaryotes have only one site for initiation of protein synthesis. Thus eukaryote mRNAs are monocistronic. In most bacterial mRNAs translation begins while the mRNA is still being transcribed on DNA. In eukaryotes the mRNA transcribed on the chromosomes passes through the nuclear pores into the cytoplasm. Here it forms complexes with ribosomes, which synthesize proteins. Thus translation usually begins only after transcription is completed. 6. Kataboliitne aktivaator (CAP-valk) seondub: (1p) c. As the worn-out images are thrown off, an impression of tacking-together arises. It is possible to create a placard-like expression in this way. These sections do not lead to a synthesising outcome. The paradoxical result is that the creative thinking of the composer seems to be unlimited but, nevertheless, this freedom does not release his frame of mind from being insular. Harmony is by no means a regulator or directing factor. Having invented some satisfying sound-complexes, Rääts would use them extensively. Thus a block-system emerges. Polyphony appears in its linear shape; a novel feature comes into being, often an ostinato-figure has replaced the freer coursing line. The composer is inclined towards a chamber-like sound. The rhythmic patterns have become more diverse, but at the same time the ostinato has gained ground. It is obvious that Rääts wants to get rid of his traditional
