Tõnu sang in his father's choirs as a child. Tõnu Kaljuste has described his father as his first musical influence and inspiration. Tõnu Kaljuste is the conductor who founded the Estonian Philharmonic Chamber Choir and the Tallinn Chamber Orchestra. He has been a regular Grammy nominee and the winner of several prizes for recordings. Auschwitz. He was 14 when he was forced going to Auschwitz. He got tattooed with his father. He listened to his father´s advice. He was beaten up when he purposely ripped the shirts. After Auschwitz he got a job as a tailor. Now he has his own brand. He dresses presidents and other important people. He has a new family (son, grandchildren). Anita Lasker-Wallfisch survived by playing the cello in a makeshift orchestra at Auschwitz, and went on to become a founding member of the English Chamber Orchestra. Music saved her. She met her sister at the camp. She was moved. Then they were saved. She went to England and become a musician. I think that those people are very lucky to be alive and I am grateful for that. Unfortunately others who died weren't so lucky. Holocaust is a very tragic event but sadly we can´t change the past. I can´t imagine how they were treated in Auschwitz, but one thing is sure, the people who survived were very lucky and strong-minded.

Thirdly I would like to recomend to visit acient fortresses like castles : Narva and Rakvere In Rakvere you can ride a horse, make crossbow fhooting, made a coin, see historicas swords, visit wine cellar and tortuure chamber. Also I would like to recomend Georg Otsa SPA Hotel, Because Saaremaa( Kuressaare) is outstanding, the air is clean, beautiful beach and warm water. SPA procidures are gate and hotel wonderful. I would not recomend to visit suborbs, because there is boring and nothing to look at. If you do not like modern art, i would not recomend you to visit museum of Kumu. The Great Guild Hall The Great Guild Hall is one of the most outstanding buildings of medieval Tallinn. In 1406, it was purchased Burgomaster Gosschalk Schotelmund's house on Pikk street. In 1410, the construction was completed. Same year the Great Guild moved into the building. The facade was designed in a style characteristic of gothic Tallinn. The 16th century witnessed the addition of a gable tower with wind vane, as well as a light latern above the main portal. In 1551, the excise chamber was built at the end of Börsi passage facing Pikk street. The Silence And Awe Of Arvo Pärt Some time ago, when I was randomly browsing the internet, I found an article about Arvo Pärt attending a festival in New York. The article seemed interesting but I didn't exactly read it, because Arvo Pärt has always been a composer I respect and know of, but I haven't directly listened to his music or been to any of his concerts so it didn't strike my interest, but on the bottom of the same page was a review where a journalist described his music very vividly and colorfully. It was also very inspiring and so I started to search for more. The silence and awe of Arvo Pärt is an article written by Tom Huizenga. There he talks about Pärt's childhood and how he found his current style.
