This quite short orchestra piece is like a summer musical picture from the homeland, with birdsong, shepherd horns and shouts. A lyric-epic mood like a tranquil observation and cognition of nature prevails. Composer Hugo Lepnurm said: As a whole, the art of Ester Mägi seems to be sincere to the highest degree. It is not trying to be something, neither making itself conspicuous nor trying to be showy.
