Firstly, I would rather spend our money on building schools and purchasing new equipment for teaching, than wasting it on our tough national examinations, because there are a lot of schools that would need a new building. Secondly, English would be taught as a second language at schools. It must be a compulsory subject, because most of the world's population is talking English. I would have all the textbooks revised so that they would be updated with latest happenings and etc. Especially history, because we are learning from textbooks that are missing a lot of information that has been discovered after the book was printed.
