A Healthy lifestyle is one which helps to keep and improve people`s health
and will being.
If you want to live healthy life, then eat healthy food. In my opinion begins
all still eating because food is our body`s fuel. If the fuel is of good quality, remains in
the body mostly "working" or healthy.
Drink enough water, walking in the fresh air every day. Get enough sleep, a good
night`s sleep gives your brain a brilliant boost, it improves your memory and ability to
focus. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is very important for me and I always trying to go to
sleep before midnight. Of course it easy for me, because I go to school and I don`t
have kids, but I believe, however, that most people really could more sleep, when
they plan their day better organized.
Have a laugh, think positively and set goals. Listen to classical music and try
something new.
