Mayflower 8 All Saints Street London N1 9RL Dear Sir or Madam I would like to complain about a new CD-walkman I bought from your store two weeks ago. The CD-walkman I bought was completely faulty. I am very active person who travels a lot and mostly I like to listen to music while I am walking, but the walkman is played only on a steady surface however, it should be played in every position. In addition to that, it plays only the first three songs and then starts from the beginning. To make matters worse, when I returned to your store to take it back, the shop assistant was neither friendly nor helpful. I am very disappointed. I will not be visiting your store again.
