My birthday. I am now 12 years old. I have had many memorable birthdays. But memorable was when I was 12. It took place last year in 9 June. A week before I started to construct invitations. I called three best friend Liis, Carmel and Daily. Mother had prepared for a birthday power. Such as sandwiches and salads. The girls came a two o'clock. I got a lot of flowers, 2 Kaubamajakas gift cards and more chocolate. I put a flowers of vase . I proposed to do the quiz, which I thought a couple of days ago.

known by her pseudonym George Sand, was a French novelist and feminist. Early life Sand's father was a distant relative of Louis XVI. Her mother was a commoner. Sand was born in Paris but raised by her grandmother at her estate, Nohant, in the French region of Berry. She later used the setting in many of her novels. In 1822, at age 19, she married Baron Casimir Dudevant. She and Dudevant had two children: Maurice and Solange. In early 1831 she left her prosaic husband. 4 years later she was legally separated from Dudevant and, taking the children with her, converted to a Jewish faith. Contemporary views Sand's reputation came into question when she began sporting men's clothing in public. In addition to being comfortable, Sand's male dress enabled her to circulate more freely in Paris than most of her female contemporaries could. It gave her increased access to venues (meeting places) from which women were often barred -- even women of her social standing.
were felt in Chicago, when 700 people died as a result of heat-related problems. Air quality in many parts of the country is already considered unhealthy. With global warming adding to it, it's only going to get worse and worse. Furthermore, warmer temperatures would widen the range of disease carried by rodents and mosquitoes. This increase of temperatures is happening at a pace that outstrips anything the Earth has seen in the past 100 million years. We have caused all of this over many years of over industrialization in this growing world. Many different things cause the greenhouse effect. The amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is increasing because of the massive consumption of fossil fuels such as oil, coal, and natural gas. Another contributing factor is the the amount of forest logged. Every second of the day the area of a football field in trees is cleared by either being logged or burnt.

after the good and noble things, we can overcome the evil forces that seek to rob us of our freedom and dignity. But when thinking of proper punishment, I, for one, think that we are too lenient. At least in our country. There have been excerpts in the media of how the government wants to reform prisoners and help them getting on their feet after leaving prison. I do not think it would be possible. When taking into consideration that just two years ago a man was sentenced to serve eight years at a local penitentiary for the killings of 6 people, I just cannot agree with it. I sternly believe that punishments should be a lot more harsh so that a common man would fear the barred windows and the people serving their sentence there. The killing of another human being is an unforgivable and horrible crime and it should be taken as a principal offense. I see capital punishment being the best way to deal with it, as it warns other civilians to fear and avoid the criminal path.
in an interview with her brother, the Vatican documents her age at the time as "about eight". She was the youngest of the children of a family from Shkodër, Albania, born to Kolë and Dranafile Bojaxhiu (Albanian Dranafile for "rose", nicknamed "Drone"). Her father, Kolë Bojaxhiu was involved in Albanian politics. In 1919, after a political meeting, which left Skopje out of Albania, he fell ill and died when Agnes was about eight years old. After her father's death, her mother raised her as a Roman Catholic. According to a biography by Joan Graff Clucas, in her early years Agnes was fascinated by stories of the lives of missionaries and their service, and by age 12 was convinced that she should commit herself to a religious life.[10] At the age of eighteen she left her parental home in Skopje and joined the Sisters of Loreto, an Irish community of nuns with missions in India. She never again saw her mother or sister.

To which time period does the usage of this media refer to? Television refers roughly from the late 1940s to the late 1950s. This period called "The Golden Age of Television" because at that time, the television spread across America very fast. According to The Television Industry: A Historical Dictionary, "the Golden Age opened with Kraft Television Theatre on May 7, 1947 and ended with the last live show in the Playhouse 90( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHPdXQwRnoc ) series ten years later. Television became available in crude experimental forms in the late 1920s, but it would still be several years before the new technology was marketed to consumers. After World War II, an improved form of black-and-white TV broadcasting became popular in the United States and Britain, and television sets became commonplace in homes, businesses, and institutions. By extending the senses of vision and hearing beyond the

The carbon in our cells, the oxygen in the air, the silicon in rocks and computer chips, the iron in our blood and our machines--just about every atom heavier than hydrogen and helium--was forged inside ancient stars and strewn across the universe when they exploded billions of years ago. Eager to understand our origins and, in some cases, simply wild about things that go bang, astronomers have been struggling for decades to understand why stars that shine peacefully for millions of years suddenly blow up. Lately they've had two big breaks. One is a revelation about potent blasts of high-energy gamma rays that come from distant points in the heavens. For decades astronomers have puzzled over

Dear Mr. Johnston, I am writing to you to lodge a complaint against the quality of food and service we received in your restaurant on Thursday last when we dined with you that evening. We have been dining with you for the past 5 years and have always received a great welcome and wonderful food but on this occassion the food was only lukewarm when it was received and the whole service took nearly three hours in total from arriving to settling the bill. When we mentioned this to your staff member Mr Simpson he was rude to myself and other guests and refused to acknowledge our complaint. I look forward to receiving a check to this amount and dining with you again in due course. Yours sincerely, Margaret Parker

about an orphan girl's fate. She describes beginning of the urbanization process a lot. Also, she was one of the first woman writers in Estonia. She wrote about city a lot. You would think that it's just a city, but actually for her it was so much more. For her it was a future vision and she used to word city in more ways than you could ever imagine. She was a little sentimental, wrote about farmers, sailors and citizens life. Thanks to her creation we can learn about Estonia's life and early years of urbanization a lot. Third writer I am going to talk about is Aino Kallas. She lived 1878-1902. Actually she was a Finnish-Estonian writer. She came from Finland and then started writing in Estonian. She has later said that her problem was that she was trying to fix Estonia's problems, although it wasn't something she should have done as she originally was Finnish. She was really scandalous because she published her diaries

Today, the Maori have adopted western lifestyles but have actively been encouraged to keep alive their culture, language and art. Other ethnic groups have arrived from Polynesia (Tonga, Samoa, Cook Islands) with Auckland now being the Polynesia capital of the South Pacific. People from China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, etc have also settled in New Zealand making for a diverse population mix. History :
Because of that, it entered the downturn in a position of strength, which means it can still comfortably maintain its dividend despite the persistent weakness in oil and gas prices. Chuck Saletta ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM) is well positioned to protect its dividend, even with oil prices below $40 a barrel. There are at least three key reasons why. 1. ExxonMobil has had a history of increasing its dividend for more than 30 years. While past performance is no guarantee of future results, it's informative to note that the trend window includes a reasonably long stretch of time when oil prices were largely below $20 a barrel. That history showcases that the company has a good record of surviving and rewarding shareholders during some pretty tough times in the oil patch. 2. ExxonMobil's dividends are still very well covered by its operating cash flow. It generated nearly $9
