They are pretty good at solving mysterious cases because they are great fans of detective novels. Tommy and Tuppence like to role play. Every time they have a costumer they parody all kinds of famous fictional detectives from Dr Thorndyke to Hercule Poirot. Tommy is Poirot in the last chapter when he catches the spy. All mini stories were great but my favourite one was called The Unbreakable Alibi. A man comes to them with a request to outsmart his future wife. The woman had told him that she had been in two places at the same time and she had unbreakables alibis to prove it. Tommy and Tuppence found it very difficult to prove that she was not in one of the places. Finally, they discovered that she had a twin sister. I chose this book because I had not heard about these two before. At first I thought that it cannot be as good as Miss Marple or Hercule Poirot stories but it is. I think

The first half of the film is mostly about Korben Dallas- a former military man who now is a taxi driver and looks for the perfect woman. When Leeloo escapes from lab she falls basically to the back seat of Korbens taxi. And then begins the whole point of this story. It's a competition between the good side, the bad side (a group of aliens) and then this one guy (Zorg) who appears to be on the bad side, but wants to get benefit to himself. Everyone wants to get the 4 rocks which decide the whole destiny of life. The movie was brightened up with a lot of humorous scenes and characters. There was

My opinion: I found the book quite interesting, not as good as I had expected or hoped, but still something different from the usual books I read. It is a classical love story, how a man and a woman at first loath each other and later on fall in love. But it can be said that it is a quite women- dominating story, as it shows women having power, although little, but still- and how it was uncommon those days to praise women in literature. Women are desperate to find a man to marry, especially a rich man, then they submit to their husbands, if not they are off to find a new one. Most of the action happens at balls. It is depicted as dances were the center of social world.
