Pathogenesis Moraxella bovis is a gram-negative bacillus causes IBK in cattle. The occurrence and clinical signs depend on environment, season concurrent pathogens, host immune system and Moraxella bovis strain. The disease is highly contagious and can easily spread in the farm. Moraxella bovis is not capable to move but can cause the destruction of red blood cells (M.H. Brown et al. 1998)

The tribal areas are not governed by Pakistan´ s constitution. Therefore, there are no police forces, only military forces, which means that extremists cannot be arrested without ground operations. Pakistani ground operations however, are not as precise and safe as using drones. (Fair, 2013) The use of drones brings back to the subject of intent and “kill lists”. Therefrom, people are questioning its morality. Naturally, it is vital to put a lot of effort in identifying the civilians from the combatants and protecting them. I have several friends. But my best friend is Anette. Anette is a little younger than i am- 14. I first met Anette when i was 8 years old, but we didnt become friends at first. Our fathers used to work together, so we first met each other in my fathers office. We became friends about 3 years ago, when Anette came to my traning group. It had been 3 years since we last saw each other so i didnt recognize her at first, and Anette did not recognize me either. Yet, Tweety seemed to be hanging on, so they waited and hoped for a miracle. After some serious treatment the caregivers brought Tweety home to the farm. A check-up two weeks later showed that his health was improving and his heart was working fine. Tweety was in good health and didn´t have to take nay medicine. Happy and healthy and full of live, he truly is a miracle.
