Stress Stress is a necessary part of nature. It´s the organism´s defence mechanism for changes in the surrounding enviorment. Without it we could not survive. Stress has many effects on the body that are necessary for a reaction to the stressor. When an animal senses danger, it automatically triggers a fight or flight response. I can't find one song that doesn't remind me someone or something i've been went through. Music is all around me and influences my feelings and sometimes my opinions as well. It brings me up when I'm down and it also brings a smile on my face. I can't imagine a life in silence without radio, music videos and probably without movies either because a movie without music is an authentic. Life is not the same without it. In conclusion I can't imagine a world without music, but in fact it is impossible to imagine things that are possible. Is honesty the best policy in any situation? Some people are very reliable and they hate those who tell lies for any reason. Other people accept "white lies" when situation insists it, even if they usually do not like lying. Dispite their acceptance of white lies, lying is not a good policy. I agree that honesty is the the best policy in a relationship. Children are teached early at school and home that lies are bad and they should not do it. Despite this, I believe that without very small lies, we can not cope with life. I am quite sure that there are no such people who never lies. I do not agree with large lies, which can harm someone. I agree that honesty is good, but often it remains unpaid. For example, few weeks ago I found phone on the stairs at school. I decided to bring it to teacher. The result was that I was not thanked by the teacher and was I late in physics lesson . After that, I was not particularly happy that I did a favor to somebody.
