Thanks to the artist, called Basil Hallward, Dorian meets with Lord Henry. Lord Henry tells him, that appearance and amusements are important in life and you shouldn't take anything seriously. Doria made a wish that he could be young forever like the picture of him. Dorian discovers that he's staying young and the picture of him is getting older. Thanks to aging picture and influence of Lord Herny, he's going to live vicious life. Lord Henry just wants to play with peolple and is interested in psychology, but in my point of view he isn't bad and he didn't now that he makes Dorian a bad man. On the other hand, their wealth and fame make their life stressful. Moreover, it makes people jealous and hateful. They also don't have privacy - press is looking at the famous people all the time. This is evident from all the famous people humiliated in public. To sum up, I wish I will be a rich and famous person someday with doing what I like and want. Everybody likes to be in the public eye, at least in some ways. Most celebrities are famous for what they do and how they behave and also their job brings them pleasure. Being rich and famous hasn't hurt anyone jet and I bet it won't.
He is active and has no difficulty making new friends. I also find him to be courteous and kindhearted. If his friends are in a trouble, Robin always tries to help them. Robin can be very humorous. Sometimes it is very funny to listen to his jokes during the break. He also has an artistic side. For example, some time ago, when we were practising our play ,,Highschool Musical", Robin played different roles. For all these reasons, I really like him. I wish I could see more of him, as we see each other mostly at school. However, we chat a lot at school and sometimes we are messaging. What I like most about him is that Robin is very humorous. Success is measured by everyone on their own and everyone sees success differently. If one doesn't strive towards being wealthy, but wants abundant free-time to think of oneself as successful instead, then my recommedations brought out above would be useful for them. I always seem to surprise people with my "can-do" attitude and smiley face, especially in severe or akward situations. I tend to believe that there's always something good in bad and that things will always turn out well, no matter how hopeless circumstances might be. Some of my friends, as well as couple of my family members are strong pessimists. While spending time with them I feel how their negative and passive attitude is slowly starting to affect me too. Movie was well done. None too big cuts. All good quotations were present but it felt to me that in some places they were a bit too forced (crammed together). Alltogether I liked the movie and it gave away the meaning of the book pretty well. The storyteller explaines in the beginning that Harry likes to play with people. Not good. The novel has no reference to Dorian being painted with an Egyptian goddess shaped like a cat who could grant his wish, as the film has. Appears throughout the whole movie. You can replace almost everything from your body. But when all of these great advances come down to a personal decision, it gets difficult. I respect donors a lot, but I wish I knew what inspired them to do so. If someone handed me a donor card to fill out, my instinct would propably be to pass it right back.
