In November 8, 2016, the United States had 58th presidential election. The biggest nominees were Donald Trump, who won 30 states, and Hillary Clinton, who won 20 states. Hillay had 48% of the votes and Donald 46%, but Donald won, because of the winning number of the states. I do not like him at all, because he is racist and he is patronising women. He says what he thinks and he does not care if it is hurting somebody. That is why people vote for him, because of the haranguing. Similarly to Brexit, after the voting results, plenty of people regretted their choise. Now, since 20 January 2017, Donald Trump is the USA president. We do not know what is going to happen and what will he really do, but we do know, that people are afraid of his promises and they are fighting against it. I hope that people would not give up for their hopefulness and they would not let him control their lives.

Independence Proclaimed The elections to the Estonian Constituent Assembly were held on February 3-4, 1918. Parties which supported the idea of national independence, gained two-thirds of the popular vote. With Soviet forces hastily retreating and German forces advancing, the Maapäev elected a three-member Salvation Committee, Päästekomitee, and granted it full decision-making powers to ensure the continued activity of the Maapäev. The Päästekomitee drafted a declaration of independence. On February 19, 1918 the Elders of the Maapäev approved the manifesto and on February 24, 1918 the Päästekomitee publicly proclaimed Estonia an independent and democratic Republic.
Tax policy After regaining independence in 1990, Lithuania is a fully functional parliamentary democracy. The chief of state is the president, and the head of the government is the premier. The president is directly elected by the people and serves a 5-year term. The parliament, known as the Seimas, has 141 members who are elected for 4-year terms. Of these, 71 are directly elected by the people and 70 are elected by proportional vote.
