In an electrical system, a ground loop usually refers to a current, almost always unwanted, in a conductor connecting two points that are supposed to be at the same potential, often ground, but are actually at different potentials. Ground loops created by improperly designed or improperly installed equipment are a major cause of noise and interference in electronics. A ground loop occurs when there is more than one ground connection path between two or more pieces of equipment (see picture below). 7.

What might attract foreigners to Estonia?

What might attract foreigners to Estonia? Estonia is a small country in Nothern Europe, but it is visited by people all over the world. One of the things that definitely attracts people is the seasons. There are four seasons in Estonia- spring, summer, autumn, winter. I think they make Estonia very special. Another thing is the climate. It is not too cold in winter or too warm in summer. Winters are usually snowy and you can go skiing and ice skating. In the summer you can enjoy days at the beach. The capital city of Estonia is Tallinn, which has a very beautiful Old Town. Pärnu is the summer capital, which attracts people with its beautiful beach. There are a lot of isalands, lakes and rivers in Estonia. Saaremaa is the biggest island, and it is very beautiful. Saaremaa has a lot of places to visit like Angla's Windmill park, different churches, camping places. Hiiumaa is another island, but it is smaller than Saare...

THE EFFECT OF ELECTRONIC MEDIA ON YOUNG PEOPLE

Nowadays it is not a secret, that electronic media can be really harmful for developing human brain. But only some people know, how exactly TV, computer or radio influences younger generation. How to recognize whether the program is appropriate or not? The answer is pacing. If you see, that certain TV program is slow-paced and has the narrative form, then you should know that it can help to develop the long-term memory. But if the program is frenetically-paced, then it usually contains a violence that can inhibit the development of young people and also make children act impulsively and inappropriately. The violence on TV is the main issue that parents are worried about, as violence has a numbing effect on emotions. Moreover, young people can accept violence as the way of solving problems. I believe, that parents should properly control, what their children watch on TV and how long

EXAM LETTER

8th February, 2015 Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to enquire about Beachside holiday home as I am planning to go on holiday with my family. I found your advertisement in the Internet which seemed suitable to me, but I need more details. The first thing I would like to know is whether we can take our dog with us, or are there extra conditions? As we usually travel by car and it is said in your advertisement that it is possible to park a car, but I wonder if we have to pay extra for it. I hope you can also let me know about the holiday house which has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. However, if I want to buy some food, is there a fridge I could use? As the advert states one week costs € 252. Could you also inform me if the price includes bed linen and towels too or I have to bring my own? Finally, I am interested whether you have the Internet

OUR favourite band: Thirty Seconds to Mars

 Their first studio album combined progressive metal and space rock with influences and elements from electronica.  They tried hard rock, experimental rock, synth rock and heavy metal too.  In their last album they experimented with different instruments and drew influences from a wider and more varied range of styles.  We like their music because this makes us feel alive and real.  The song lyrics are easy and not hard to remember  Usually the lyrics is about life, love, death, pain, joy, and passion.  https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=xtk8ro_eJZE Used material HTTP://EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG/WIKI/THIRTY_SEC ONDS_TO_MARS HTTP://WWW.THIRTYSECONDSTOMARS.COM/ THANK YOU FOR LISTENING! 

good and even better education, it doesn't take into consideration that some children just can't cope with all that knowledge. This makes the students restless and that leads to bad behaviour. Secondly, we can say that the education you get in Estonia is above average, cause Estonia is a highly developed country. This is mainly because of the National Curriculum that makes all schools give a good average education. A good thing about the state schools is that they are usually quite near to where u live. The teachers are well qualified. This makes the education even better. In conclusion i'd like to say that the state education has its pros and cons but the pros outnumber the cons.

Dear social worker

Dear social worker I am writing because of my concern about my elderly neighbor. She is a really friendly 80-year old lady but she is not able to do everyday jobs to live normal life. I have helped her to cope with everyday life but next year I will leave to other city to attend university and I think she is not able to continue without any help. Usually after school I go and visit her to ask if she needs something from shop or pharmacy. She also has problems using her mobile phone to call her friends or healthcare persons, which I also has helped her to do. Once a week I have helped her with cleaning her apartment. Sometimes when I visit her I have seen that she just needs to talk to somebody to feel happy. I have tried to help her as much as possible. I hope we can manage to find proper solutions to this problem. I wait for Your thoughts about which would be the best way to her. I look forward to Your response Best wishes Daisi Tann...

The family who turned back the clock. When Malcolm Jones woke up last Monday, he heard the birds singing. Not remarkable, you might think, especially given that he lives near a forest. But birdsong in the Jones household is usually drowned by a tidal wave of electronic music crashing around the house as soon as his four children wake up. This is a family who have chosen to fill their home with every conceivable gadget. They have nine television sets, including one in each bedroom and in the kitchen. All the children have their own personal computers and CD players. Aadvantages and disadvantages of being famous?

You often are well paid for just showing your face in some commercial. Also it seems like all the doors in the world are opened for you. You have so many different opportunities thanks to that and your life is never dull. And lastly everybody loves to have admirers. But where are the admirers, there is always a lot of criticism coming your way. You have to be really solid as a rock to cope with that. Also you have to have a lot of energy as your daily schedule is usually very busy and you can not rest when ever you want. And what comes to the fans, then there are always some of those who cross the line and become quite annoying. All in all it seems that being famous is a big advantage when you have some special quality. Otherwise I suggest not becoming famous, it will not be good for your health.

People under the age of age of eighteen live with their parents. Usually parents have to cover their expenses. Another point in favor is that some people might have a serious birth defect like cleft lip and they might want to get it removed. What are the benefits and dangers of building new factories?

On the other hand, there are some throwbacks as well. Firstly, companies which do not have experience with factories might produce an enormous amount of air pollution. Secondly, sophisticated combinations need highly educated experts, otherwise failure might cause chemical fires, which may lead to catastrophic disasters. What is more, new factories tend to start with cheap products which are produced with toxic chemicals and usually end up polluting our groundwater. In conclusion, there are clearly both marvelous and terrible sides to building new factories. Personally, I believe that building new factories is marvelous because it has positive affect on economy and also gives1 job for unemployed people, however building new factories has negative effect on environment and nature, also might have low quality products.

Essay You can never have too much money

Money is definitely very important in our society. Also it is often said that money changes people. It is obvious that it changes how people look, but what is more important, is that wanting more and more money changes people’s values. There is nothing wrong with wanting a little bigger salary, more money from parents and so on, but you must remember that you can not be greedy and selfish. Perhaps people should pay more attention on things that do not cost, for example friendship. Money usually brings people happiness since you have the ability to buy food on your table and a roof above your head, however it takes time and energy to earn it. You may get tired, stressed and eventually it might cause other problems. Therefore I think that when you have money and you know how to use it the right way, then you can never have too much of it. Of course I am nobody to tell someone how to live their life, but in my opinion everybody should balance their attention and priorities

You can make plans on your own and do not have to make any agreements. You can listen music you like and enjoy your own company in your own space. On the other hand, you might feel lonely and bored sometimes. You have to do all the housework on your own and living alone is usually more expensive than living with a roommate. I definitely want to get married someday and I want to have a wonderful wedding. Ofcouse I would like to live alone for a while but in the end, I do not want to stay single.

It can help developing countries to become stabled. By attracting people from almost everywhere, the area can get much money in order to develop the other public services such as hospitals and schools. On the other hand, tourism may cause misunderstandings and problems because tourists do not always respect traditional cultures. They bring the bad influence to the community and affect local custom. In popular tourism areas criminalism, vandalism and nois level usually increases. Finally, in order to built hotels and restaurants, they cut down teh forest and destroy the natural landscape. To conclude, tourism has both good and bad sides. Many people are in favour of tourism because they can meet another people and visit various places all over the world.

Does children who have a very high IQ need special education at schools?

Some people say that children who have a very high IQ need special education at schools that are specifically designed for people like them. I couldn't agree more because usually people with very high IQ are a little bit different than people who have normal IQ. First of all, I would like to say that when kids are in elementary school and some of them are smarter and quicker than others they may be labeled as nerds and weirdos. They are also often ostracized. Another thing is that, in extremis gifted children often knows more than their teachers and are very bored. Gifted students need more than most regular schools can offer to them to improve their knowledge.

I find these vacations very memorable because they are so different from the Estonian summers. But travelling is not only for party people, it is also for those who love to discover the foreign world, take pictures of exciting sightseeings while also enjoying it. People who like this kind of travelling are usually adults and elders who want something educational instead of fun. Meeting new countries give them the opportunity to understand different cultures better. It does not matter if you are more like the jet-setter or the culture hobbyist, the main thing is to spend your trip carefree without having any worries. Take unforgettable and amazing memories with you from every travelling experience. And hey, the weather seems cold last time to plan your holiday, don't you think?

Last but not least, I think eightteen-year-old students aren't ready to start their career. Futhermore, they are usually working at low-paid occupations. It's because they don't have any profession after graduating and their working experience level is mainly zero. To sum up, I feel it would be better to go to university after graduation because after working student won't be able to focus on studies.

Environment - essee 217 sõna

I have some experiences of helping environment. Every year many people come to riversides and lakesides to have a rest. But many of them are absolutely unfriendly with our nature. Due to this situation I had cleaned lakesides many times. Secondly, we should follow some simple rules that everybody know, but still a lot of people does not keep. I do not like to throw litter away where it is not allowed and may cause pollution. When I see some of my friends doing this then I explain usually that it is not good and why. Many of them have understood me. However, all things in nature are dependent on one another and we should act together. Humanity is utterly in contact with a healthy natural environment. So, we have to choose, if we want to let things happen how they are now or let next generations to take the clean air and drink unpolluted water.

Students read because they have obligatory literature. Some of them read beacause they want to get a good mark and some, however, truly like reading because they find it fascinating. Whereas reading is interesting, it is also beneficial. Students can use their book knowledges on their essays. Grownups usually read for fun or to educate themselves. Sometimes grownups read self - help books to overcome their problems in life. To sum up, I find books worth reading. They are very useful and they help people to express themselves more easily. I think people should read more.

Is Honesty Always the Best Policy?

Is Honesty Always the Best Policy? Is honesty the best policy in any situation? Some people are very reliable and they hate those who tell lies for any reason. Other people accept "white lies" when situation insists it, even if they usually do not like lying. Dispite their acceptance of white lies, lying is not a good policy. I agree that honesty is the the best policy in a relationship. Children are teached early at school and home that lies are bad and they should not do it. Despite this, I believe that without very small lies, we can not cope with life. I am quite sure that there are no such people who never lies. I do not agree with large lies, which can harm someone.

Crime is a disease

Crime is a Disease Every day there are thousands of crimes commited in the world. Some are accidental, others planned. People have different opinions what should be done with criminals. Some say that as primitive people they need primitive punishment. Therefore they would just be sentenced a large fine or sent to jail. I think that putting criminals in prison should help and change them, but in reality it doesn’t go like that. Even if they get out of prison or pay their fine, they usually fall back to their old ways and commit another crime. Criminals have different backgrounds so they have different reasons for their actions. Some come from damaged homes, others may have been influenced by their friends or community they live in, for excample getthos, some may have commited a crime out of lifes circumstances. During and after their imprisonment criminals should get some ment...

One point of view in favour is preparation for the further life. On the other hand, having a job while studying shortens your spare time, time to relax and rest your brain, also you do not have time to do your homework properly, grades will suffer. Furthermore, young people should have enough time to spend with their friends and family, while students who work, use their ,,free time" to earn money, they enter to the grown-up world too soon, not to mention the fact that these working students usually do not have enough time for their personal life, relationships with opposite gender will suffer. They lose piece of their childhood. However, these students who are working while their studyies, are more prepared to real life, life where they have to deal with all kind of hard situations like feeding and supporting your family and kids.
