Dear ... I am writing to you about our Christmas in Estonia. As was traditionally done in our familie, we spend the Christmas time together. Our familie prepared to Christmas about one month before. Usually we decide which gifts we are present to our relatives and friends and about Christmas menu. We are inviting close friends to come celebrate with us. We decorate our house inside and in with colored light. And the main thing- the Christmas tree. This is from forest and smell good. McDonalds offers well-packed fast food. The prices may seem a bit high, but the food is well worth the cost and tastes good. Service The waiters are friendly, but it's commonly hard to understand them because they don't speak neither understand much Estonian. The service could also be sometimes a bit slow and the queues long. Atmosphere The interior of the restaurant is nice and cosy, though what can be complained about is how the tables and seats are set, beacuse they are usually too close to each other. Restaurant plays music which gives you a good mood. As another minus, there are regularly food left-overs on the floor, which doesn't make the best out of the restaurant. Conclusion In conclusion, McDonalds is a good fast food restaurant and offers tasty but maybe not so healthy food. I would recommend McDonalds to everyone who are in rush and want to grab a quick snack.

But except a pleasant smile, I got insulted and told that I should know if I do have money on my credit card or not. Concerning how pleasant the employees at your shop usually are I was very surprised by this acting. That caused me deep disapproval about your shop. The name of employee who insulted me was Michael. I expect that you will resolve my problem immediately, not just for me, but for all the people who might get insulted by your shop assistant. An ideal person has to be full of them all the time. Great ideas are used to improve business and to make a lot of money. Trust and honesty are two very important qualities for an ideal businessman. If people don't trust you or don't feel comfortable as your customers, they usually turn to another company and you may lose a very big client. We all know that there are no ideal people in the world, but we still keep trying to become one. All what we really need to do is to give our best and hope that it is enough. Even an ideal businessman makes mistakes, because it is vey hard to be perfect and idealistic all the time. I think that some miner mistakes are always allowed.
