Lady with an Ermine Lady with an Ermine is a painting by Leonardo da Vinci, around 14891490. The painting is one of only four female portraits Leonardo painted. Despite sustaining much damage the surface is much rubbed, the background was lightly overpainted with unmodulated black, the upper left corner has been broken and repaired, a transparent veil on the model's head was turned into an extravagant hairdo and several fingers were grossly retouched - it is nonetheless in better condition than many of Leonardo's other paintings. The sitter's hair is confined tightly to her head under a very fine net veil with a woven border of gold-wound threads. There are studying 841 students in 37 classes. We have 4 terms September 1. until October 24., November 2. until December 24., January 11. until March 20. and March 29. until June 5. We get reports every end of the terms. We don't have school uniform, we're allowed to wear, what we want. School lunches are 20 minutes long. Food isn't and don't taste very well. That, when you can go to eat, depends on which number of class you are. In our school are sport days about three times per year Autumn, Winter and Spring. We have competitions between different classes and we have special team with teachers. School parties are about twice a month, but they aren't very cool. It happens very rarely, when the party turns out good, but this is my opinion. We have only one leisure activity that is playing with coffee machine. The Holiday Habits of Estonians The aim of the report is to find out how Estonian people spend their holidays. It is based on the interviews with people in different ages. How many trips and where The interviews revealed that most people have travelled in Estonian neighbour countries - Finland, Sweden, Latvia and Russia. The majority of young people told that they went to Finland or Sweden, because these kind of trips are cheap. People travel approximately 1-3 times a year. The older people surveyed said that they want to travel more, but their health or money does not allow that. The most popular destinatios is Egypt. The average length of trips is 3-7 days. What kind of transport and accomodation people use. With whom they travel. The majority of young people said that they often use a bus or thumb lift. Older people said that they prefer a comfort, so they use a plane and they stay in a hotel.
Outside of the town walls you can find even more resturants, where you can sit next to the sea and enjoy fish and seafood dishes from the local Croatian kitchen. When you are full of local guisine, you can take diving lessons org o to the boat trip from the beach, which is located 100 metres away from the old town. If somebody has troubles with choosing a place to go for a vacation, Dubrovnik is the first place I would reccomend. I have been there three times for now but I still can not get enough of it. Many people claim that spending money on preserving the old parts of Tallinn is not the best idea when people are having hard times. They are having trouble with making money in the first place. Also there are other fields, which are more important than the Old Town, such as education that need to be financed. Nevertheless, the Old Town is very important to tourism. Usually films are in English and quiz evenings about films are always very popular. Students like to relax and communicate with each other, it is also popular because watching films is not too physically demanding. Secondly, there are some problems but Film Club team is trying to solve them. The biggest problem is lack of money and because of that we would like to raise the entry fee. In addition to money problems DVD library films are all from ancient times and this collection has not been renewed since 1995. We are discussing about throwing a Film Fair, where people could donate nowadays films to us. Finally, last month 15 new members joined our club and to increase the popularity of Film Club, we would like to throw a disco every Friday after films and quizes. Food and prices Despite the fact that there is not a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the food is well-cooked and looks beautiful. The prices of food are resonable. What is more the drinks were cheap. Service The staff was friendly and helpful they can make very helpful suggestions about the menu. However, the service is a bit slow at times, especially at the lunch hours. Atmosphere The restaurant has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. You can not help but be in a good mood while you are there, because of the cheerful music. However the music is too loud sometimes, so you cant hear the waitresses.
