Topic - Estonia

South-eastern and eastern parts of Estonia are higher than the western parts. The relief of the present-day landscape was shaped during the Ice Age. Ice sheet has carried large boulders and limestone blocks here, not to mention that the hilly terrain in Estonia was also shaped by the continental ice and the melting water. The land is rising 25 cm every one hundred years. In folklore, many features of the relief are explained by the activities of giants such as the legendary national hero Kalevipoeg. The Haanja and Otepää Uplands are particularly rich in Hills. It is here that You find Big Egg Hill, the highest point in the Baltic states with 318 metres above sea level. 4. Land regions The northern coast features a steep limestone bank, the Baltic glint, which is one of the world's most important denudations of Ordovician sedimentary rocks. The glint rises to its highest point (56m) at Ontika. Estonia has over 1,500 islands.

Summary of philosophy of right (õiguse filosoofia kokkuvõte)

III; IV Locke outlines the differences between the state of nature and the state of war. The state of nature involves people living together, governed by reason, without need of a common superior. The state of war occurs when people exert unwelcome force on other people, interfering with their own natural rights and freedom, without common authority. The difference between war in society and war in nature depends on when they end. In society, war ends when the act of force, such as fighting, is over. But in nature, war does not end until the aggressive party offers peace and offers to repair the damage done. Locke claims that one of the major reasons people enter into society is to avoid the state of war. One has the right to kill a thief who is trying to rob one one has right to kill someone who is trying to make one his slave While one may kill a thief who is tring to rob one, after the robbery is over, one must submit

So if i do this can i do everything with the laptop or i have some limits which comprise downloadings and such other things. How high is the interest rate? I look forward to your answer! Volunteer work

Dear Ms Peck, I saw your advertisement about volunteering work. I would like to join in and work with children. My name is Mari Mets and I am 18 years old. I speak Hungarian, English and Russian. I have a driving licence. Despite being 18 years old, I have organised holidays for youngsters before (2001 – Hungary; 2002 – Romania). In addition to that I have taken a course in child psychology (October – January 2000). Also, I really like children, I help with neighbour children on a regular basis. I could help with accommodation, organise games and activities, teach children various skills such as pottery, offer some help with general problems. I have some questions about the volunteer work. Where will the children be from? How long will the holidays be? What will living conditions be like? I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, M. Mets

Good and bad points of being rich and famous

Good and bad points of being rich and famous Many people want to become rich and famous. They want to compare themselves with movie stars, top athletes and other successful persons. The reason for this may be the media, because all the media tells to us is how good and positive is the life of riches. Being rich may be truly wonderful. No need to worry about the money. We can buy everything what we desire and travel to exotic countries. on the other hand you cannot buy such a things like love and conscience However, eveything has also it's negative sides - same for the money. With all the fame and wealth comes also big attention - paparazzis and a lot more uncomfortable. As we gain more money, the more people wants to become our friends. Another bad side in being rich and famous is that famous people doesn't often have any private life - everybody wants to know everything about you and criticize you.

What are the best ways to prevent teenagers from committing crimes

What are the best ways to prevent teenagers from committing crimes Nowadays there are many reasons why teenagers could be influenced into committing crimes. A lack of life experience can lead teenagers into criminal and even dangerous situations, such as robbery, taking drugs or drinking alcohol. I think, there are many ways to prevent teenagers from committing crimes. Firstly, I think, that teenagers lifestyle is their parents responsibility. Parents have to teach teenagers how to control their anger. Also it shouldn't be allowed for teenagers to watch cruel movies with violence. Moreover there are different programs, which help teenagers to use communication as a mean of handle conflicts, arguments and misunderstandings. Also

Pula, traveling

I went there for the first time three years ago. We went there with my mother, father and little sister. It was in July 2011. The weather was beautiful, so we went to swimming and sunbathing. There is an arena called The Pula Arena. It is an ancient Roman-style very large. This is the most beautiful building in this city. My mom wanted to go there, so we bought the tickets and went to this wonderful place. We were amazed. It was so large and beautiful. I have never seen such a fantastic thing before. I love this city, because I feel so free and comfortable there. I can swim, sunbathe, walk throgh the city and enjoy life. I can do almost all of these things there, that I can't do in Estonia. I recommend everyone who love sea, sun and friendly people to go to Pula.

I know what feeling you have when someones is calling you with nasty names or talking rubbish about your parents. It will make such an anger inside you that you really want to kill that person who is bullying you. It's hard to talk about serious things with adults sometimes, but they can help to stop bullying. Tell an adult that you trust and can talk to your parents, your teacher, your best friends or even your neighbour. Programming techniques may include features such as information hiding, data abstraction, encapsulation, modularity, polymorphism, and inheritance. It was not commonly used in mainstream software application development until the early 1990s. Many modern programming languages now support OOP. Hadrian was experiencing military difficulties in Britain, and from the peoples of various conquered lands across the Empire, including Egypt, Judea, Libya, Mauretania, and many of the peoples were conquered by his predecessor Trajan, so he was keen to impose order. However the construction of such an impressive wall was probably also a symbol of Roman power, both in occupied Britain and in Rome. Frontiers in the early empire were based more on natural features or fortified zones with a heavy military presence. Military roads or limes often marked the border, with forts and signal towers spread along them and it was not until the reign of Domitian that the first solid frontier was constructed, in Germania Superior, using a simple fence. Hadrian expanded on this idea,

Short and long term effects of alcohol

Different concentrations of alcohol in the human body have different effects on the subject. Depending on the BAC (blood alcohol concentration) there are different states the consumer may end up: euphoria, lethargy , confusion, stupor, coma. Therefore it is important to have control over alcohol intake in order to avoid coma while the goal is euphoria. Allthough when taking a next beer, following mornings hangover seems to be the main disadvantage, in addition there are also long term effects such as an increased risk of developing alcoholism, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, and cancer. Damage to the central and peripheral nervous system is a result of sustained alcohol consumption. On the other hand research has found a correlation between light consumption in other words- one or two alcoholic beverages per day- and reduced risk of heart disease as well as reduction in all-cause mortality.

HORATIO In what particular thought to work I know not; But in the gross and scope of my opinion, This bodes some strange eruption to our state. MARCELLUS Good now, sit down, and tell me, he that knows, Why this same strict and most observant watch So nightly toils the subject of the land, And why such daily cast of brazen cannon, And foreign mart for implements of war; Why such impress of shipwrights, whose sore task Does not divide the Sunday from the week; What might be toward, that this sweaty haste Doth make the night joint-labourer with the day: Who is't that can inform me?
