As everybody knows, being a teacher requires different qualities that many people do not have. It is commonly accepted that teaching is often extremely difficult and stressful because pupils can sometimes give the tutor a hard time. Only the tough ones survive. I reckon it all comes down to the circumstance whether the teacher loves her job or does she do it just for the salary. If she only does it for money, the children will not take her seriously. She should also have a vast knowledge of her subject. Otherwise, it is really difficult for the attentive and eager pupils to get answers to their questions.Another important quality is humour. We questioned 500 stundents, from forms 7 to 9 and 10 to 12. As can be seen from the table the most popular genres of music among forms 7 to 9 were pop and rap. Pop music was liked by 21% of all students and rock music by 17%. Furthermore, quite popular was rock music, so we should consider including this genre in to our music festival, but the biggest problem with rock bands is that they have a lot of different musical instruments so we should consider building bigger stage. Mikk Hödemann 12.d klass English Parliament What can I say about the English history at all? I think that this is the most interesting history I had to study. During this subject (British civilization), I discovered some exciting facts, occasions which took place in the British history. One of these "discoveries" was the English Parliament. I was amazed how fast it grew within the centuries, from eleventh to seventeenth centuries. The political history of British Isles over the past 800 years has been largely one of reducing the power of the monarchy and transferring authority to a London-based Parliament as the sovereign legislative body for all of Britain
School is just a chore for them and they do not see the point in it. If school were made a little more interesting, then maybe there would be a little less truancy. Some truant students are even addicted to the joys of being truant. Some of them are just too tired to go to school or have something better to do. In addition many students also miss class because they have not done their homework and do not want to get yelled at. Futhermore, some of them do not like the teacher or the subject is too difficult for them. I think that a good way to reduce truancy is not to leave any homework and to make the tests in any time and nobody would be upset about it(students choose when they take the tests). In my opinion there is acdually no solution to get rid of truancy. There are ways to reduce it but it probably also slow slow down the learning problem. School system should not be so strict. Students should decide themselves when to come to class
To prevent that and much more, what may come in the future, we must think more about the environment and the people and animals, whose living in it. There are many campaigns about the recycling and reproducing, like "Teeme ära" and many others. We have to sort the packages and bottles we buy and help ourselves in that way, because we don't want our children to grow up in pollution and bad environment. We should bring that subject up way more, than we do these days. So help the environment and yourself and let's go green !

If I were the Minister of Education in Estonia If I were the minister of education in Estonia, I would change many things. Firstly, I would rather spend our money on building schools and purchasing new equipment for teaching, than wasting it on our tough national examinations, because there are a lot of schools that would need a new building. Secondly, English would be taught as a second language at schools. It must be a compulsory subject, because most of the world's population is talking English. I would have all the textbooks revised so that they would be updated with latest happenings and etc. Especially history, because we are learning from textbooks that are missing a lot of information that has been discovered after the book was printed. Stress in the lives of young people today A lot of young people nowadays stress about various number of things. Whether it’s grades in school, appearance, relationships or future life in general, they all worry young people and impact their everyday life. One of the biggest stress factors are probably school, grades and future. Often students find themselves lacking knowledge to pass a subject or are too lazy to attend classes at all. This leads to a big amount of stress which they only have themselves to blame for. The best way to avoid this kind of stress would be studying hard and attending all classes. Young people also stress about the future a lot, they’re not sure where to study next or what to study. They’re also not sure whether they’re able to live an independent life or find a decent job.
