Disabled Athletes should take up in Sport

Disabled Athletes should take up in Sport. Everyone should have the opportunities to learn sport skills and become active for life. But some of them were born with birth defects that resulted in lost limbs or paralysis. There are professional athletes, who inspire me with their strength, spirit and ability to overcome their disabilities. To begin with, they are pushing back the barriers which, until recently, kept the disabled from taking part in sports. They are demonstrating their abilities in an environment where their disabilities don't count. Moreover, disabled athletes are very hardy. Many of them have suffered accidents and illnesses which would be enough to make most of us want to give up. Nevertheless, there are those who claim that, «Why can't people simply face the fact that if you're disabled, you might not get to play sports in the same manner as everyone else? Also, disabled people aren't excluded at all now...»

Speech Hey My name is Silver and today i'm talking about Sports!! Sport is important thing in our life. I think anyone can't live without some sport. There are also people who are engaged in armchairs sport but it's not healthy to see the whole day watching TV and drinking beer. Sitting in the back of the TV is very very harmful to our body. I actually do some sports in day like playing somethimes football in summer and basketball. My favorite sport is Skateboarding. Although this is not sport. But some people thinks that skateboarding is sport and others not. For me it's sport because it's pretty hard to drive all the day and then go to home and to your homeworks and so one. I drive with my friends and it's pretty fun because i can do some tricks that my friends can't do and then they are going to learn that trick

200 words. To: Ministry of Education From: Mari Mets, student of Mets Gymnasium Subject: The sporting facilities in our school Date: 2 February 2016 Introduction The purpose of this report is to give an overview of sporting facilities in our school and give some recommendations to improve it. My findings are presented below. Places and rooms Teachers would like us to be outside as much as possible, so majority of lessons take place outdoors. Students can have their lessons free at Tehvandi Sports Centre. In case of a bad weather we usually do our lessons in big and modern sports hall. Equipment Students can use different balls and other gymnastic equipment for free. If a student does not have skis in winter season, he or she can rent skis and ski boots without paying money. PE lessons Usually there are 2-3 PE lessons per week and 45 minutes long. Boys and girls are seperated and therefore students have different teachers. Overall we have 3 PE teachers. Conclusion

Healthy mind in a healthy body

Drinking water is geting very unpopular especially among young people. Human body needs water to work proparly. One of the problems why we don’t have enough water in our bodies is alcohol. People drink cold alcoholic drinks in summer instead of water but alcohol carries out water from our bodies. To start living healthier, stay hydrated. Very easy way to live healthier and get in shape is doing sports. We have many sport activities nowadays, you just have to pick your favourite. But you have to keep in mind that you should do what makes you happy to have healthy mind. Don’t do sports what you don’t enjoy and makes you unhappy. If you keep your body healthy you’ll enjoy your life more.

To Be Human Is To Discuss

curriculum being quite bad, we can't focus on training and because of that, the athletes can't make a name for themselves and put that little Estonian flag behind their names on TV for the fans to see. Instead, we go to school to sit, not to study and then try to train, but because of all the homework and long days, sometimes it's hard to find time for that. So in the end, we don't get the education we were hoping for and neither did we get to the top of the world in sports. We tried, because with just sports, it's hard to make a living in Estonia, so going to school and making these three years was a backup plan that basically ruined Plan A. So this is a topic that I think the government should really think about and discuss it so that in the future, athletes will make this little country more famous. Getting on top in sports is good for tourism, the athlete and everyone else, because the country would be richer and more famous. Thank you for listening!

What methods should parents and governments use to tackle obesity in schoolchildren?

down themselves any time soon. What could government and/or parents do to make youngsters lifestyle healthier? One approach that parents should consider is to influence their children to part-take in a heathy lifestyle. It is probably true to say that kids who are used to eating junk food and low physical activity are more likely to become overweight sooner or later. By changing living habits and stepping up as good role models parents should adapt food that is beneficial and doing sports into normal everyday life. If this is what kids are used to doing in a young age the more likely they will use the same technique when raising their own children in the future. An alternative approach that is definitely not less important- providing schoolkids many interesting and unusual workouts such as archery and rowing so every child can chose his/ her passion, something that keeps them exited and as a big bonus- fit. The Federal government has 3 branches - the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. The power of each branch is carefully balanced by the powers of each of the others. The Congress writes the laws. The President carries out the laws and policies of the Government. Since the late nineteenth century, baseball has been regarded as the national sport; football, basketball, and ice hockey are the country's three other leading professional team sports. College football and basketball also attract large audiences. Football is now by several measures the most popular spectator sport in the United States. Boxing and horse racing were once the most watched individual sports, but they have been eclipsed by golf and auto racing. Soccer, though not a leading professional sport in the country, is played widely at the youth and amateur levels. Tennis and many outdoor sports are also popular. While most major U.S.

Fiji's culture is a rich mosaic of indigenous, Indian, Chinese and European traditions, comprising social polity, language, food (based mainly from the sea, casava, dalo & other vegetables), costume, belief systems, architecture, arts, craft, music, dance and sports. The indigenous culture is very much active and living, and is a part of everyday life for the majority of the population. However, it has evolved with the introduction of old cultures like the Indian and Chinese ones, as well as a large influence from Europe, and from various Pacific neighbors of Fiji, mainly the Tongan,Rotuman and Samoan. Jutustus " My dream house"

There are soft, huge beds and many antique things. It makes me to feel comfortable. By the way, every bedroom has bathroom and toilet, which are spacious and modern. There are a majority of mirrors and wardrobes. There is no question that the accent of the house is living room, as it is the place where I can relax, watch TV, listen to music or just sit and look at the fire. In case I am speaking about my dream house, I must say that there without fail are sports hall with all modern and expensive sports equipment, and little relaxing sauna. There I could get a great rest for my body after hard day. In addition to this, I am able to add that there is a big kitchen in my dream house. The kitchen must be light and have all modern equipment such as huge fridge, microwave, modern oven, vacuum saucepans, dishwasher and some other things as dresser with amazing dishes. Oh, it just occurred to me that I've forgot to tell about furniture.

Popular sports include the two national pastimes: Gaelic football and hurling, both strictly amateur sports. The women's version of hurling is called camogie. Hurling, a fast and skillful game, is played on a soccer-type field with wooden sticks and a small leather ball. Gaelic football is played with a round ball; its rules are similar to soccer, but players can touch the ball with their hands, although they cannot pick it up from the ground. The ball is punched, not thrown, and it can be kicked.
