Hunters' relationships with landowners and other stakeholders (animal rights activists) are examined as contributing factors. The methodology of the research consists in studying internet sources and literature (hunting magazines, books, articles), and writing their synopses and summaries. The source of data used in the research that has been discussed in the thesis is the supervisor, senior lecturer Tiit Randveer. It was concluded that the greater the continuity of a country's hunting traditions, the more favourable the general attitude towards hunters. The thesis consists of 88 pages including two appendixes in five pages. Thesis contains 25 figures and 12 charts; some of those are from the elaborated literature and some are produced according to the data gathered by the author. Sources used for writing the thesis are mostly those that the author has used during her work concerning crisis regulation, including documents form crisis regulation in NATO committees. Materials from Riigi Teataja (Estonian State Gazette), National Library, Library of Estonian Public Service Academy and internet were also used for completing the thesis. 48 sources altogether were used in writing the thesis. In my writing, I have tried to adhere to two principles. One was to use primary sources as much as possible. In unsteady state, bath was heated up and then cooled down with cold water running through the submerged coil and temperature readings were taken every five minutes. A theoretical overall heat transfer coefficient was calculated using different sources of literature and then they were compared to experimental coefficients. The difference is explained based on the conditions of equations and experimental setup. The results showed that overall heat transfer coefficient changed as expected, it was bigger with higher flow rates, which directly results in higher Reynolds numbers, and higher agitation rates. Some anomalies did occur, but they can be explained with atypical details in experimental setup.

ABSTRACT This research can be divided into two. The first part investigates the current state of the construction industry, while the second part looks at new emerging business models in particular, Lean Construction (LC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM), as well as an integration of these two. Given that the construction industry does not have a particularly good reputation among the public, the first part of this thesis focuses mainly on this problem and its sources. It is the reason why we need new and better business models, like LC and BIM, or even an integration of the two models. Both LC and BIM have been shown to have a profound impact on improving construction processes and therefore, project outcomes, as discussed in the third and the fourth chapters. The problem of the thesis is the lack of information about the reasons, why the segment of Estonian domestic tourists (mostly family tourists) is decreasing in Pärnu. As a result of solving the problem the thesis contains some researches about the needs and desires of the potential segment. According to the theoretical and empirical sources the main reasons of family tourist's for visiting the destination are recreation and relaxation. That causes the need of focusing on producing an appropriate resort concept.
