Home Schooling

http://www.abiks.pri.ee There is big different between home school and state school. The way how there are taught is different too. There are arguments both for an advantage and disadvantage. Firstly in home school parents have the freedom to decide what to teach. Furthermore they have the freedom to decide how to teach. Secondly parents can teach their children more than just facts and when children learning what interests them, it motivates them to learn even more. But on the other hand home schooling isn't the best way. In state schools are more children and they can speak between each other and it is helping in future. Moreover children learn how to judgement with others

Teacher's questions

Teacher's questions FAMILY, HOME AND EVERYDAY LIFE 1. What colours do you like? Why? I like many colours. Coloured things are more interesting than monochrome things. But I have got my favourite colour. My favourite colour is pink. I like yellow and orange too. These colours are quite womanly. I don't like dark colours. Dark colours are too dark for me. 2. What do you think of the colour scheme of your school? I think that my school is beautiful. My school has got quite good look. In the outside the school is light. But in the inside the schoolrooms are quite colourful. I don't like the gym colour scheme. I think that pink and blue are not very good choice. I think that it's quite funny. But other rooms are in normal colours. 3. If money where not a problem, what would your future home look like? There will be many changes in my home look. Mostly I will enlarge the rooms. I need more living space

Her day gets worse when she gives the wrong answer in Trig and has to play Volley-ball ending up hitting her team mate on the head with the ball giving us further proof of her clumsy nature. However, the worst part of this second day is that Edward Cullen is not in school and for some reason Bella can't stop thinking about him and his behaviour of the previous day. She feels nervous and uncomfortable, waiting to see if he is in school. Bella feels as if his lack of presence is her fault, despite common sense trying to tell her otherwise. At the end of the day, as she is leaving school, Bella notices the car belonging to the Cullens and Hales, and their clothes. She realises that they look wealthy. Their car is expensive and well looked after and

compulsory subject, because most of the world's population is talking English. I would have all the textbooks revised so that they would be updated with latest happenings and etc. Especially history, because we are learning from textbooks that are missing a lot of information that has been discovered after the book was printed. Also I would change most of the subjects for optional, that students can choose the best subjects for them. I think that the absences wouldn't be so punishable by the school, because I think it's your own choice if you go to school or not, just like in universities. There should be more e-learning lessons, because when I can't or do not want to go to school today then I can do the lessons at home on my own and then submit them to the teacher. If I were the minister of education, then I would do all that what makes kids love school. All teachers should love children and also love working with them. Teachers should believe in children's abilities

If I were the minister of education

If I were the minister of education, I would do changes in education system. We have a lot of problems in education. Firstly, I would change the exam system. I will lose the national tests to make the schools themselves and instead of school examinations. It increases the benefit of the examinations passed. What is very positive. Also, it would make life easier for students. Secondly, we should pay more attention to rural schools. There are a lot of schools which would be needed to renovate. It should be a lot of money to invest. We should not focus only on the city schools. Finally, as far as I know from year to year decrease in the number of high school graduates. And this is a great loss for our education

artists can use. Very few students can allow themselves to have this opportunity and kind of equipment at home. Further more, the instructors in the studio help young promising artists discover and develop their talents. Secondly, the art studio is situated in an excellent place and is open round the clock, which is very convenient for the students as it allows them to relax and study there without going too far away from the school. The venue can also be used to host exhibitions where artists can demonstrate their works of art. Thirdly, I feel that it is my responsibility to let you know, unless the arts department’s decision is changed, a protest will be held. In conclusion, it is vital for our school to have an art studio. It is essential for struggling artists of our school but it also helps to promote the school and attract new prospective students. I really hope you reconsider this decision. Yours Sincerely,

School uniform is not compulsory. At the end of basic school pupils take three exams and at the end of twelfth form pupil take five exams. On completion of basic education, studies may be continue in a general secondary school or in a vocational institution. 21 Jump Street

21 Jump Street 21 Jump Street is a 2012 American comedy film directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, produced by Stephen J. Cannell, Neal H. Moritz, Johan Hill and Channing Tatum. After high school two guys join the police force and want to become a policemans. When they graduated the school, they become partners- riding bicycles in the city parks. As they looked very young, they got a mission- get the drug dealers in high school. They infiltrade to the same high school were they studyed. At the end of the film they got the drug dealers and get best friends. I think the actors did good job. Both leading characters fit perfectly to the film. Those good- looking's (Channing Tatum) and pudgy nerd's (Johan Hill) dialogues were funny and hilarious. They are very good and professionals actors, that is why the characters were played well. The locations and costumes were fine and there is nothing to disparage.

Even teachers and students say that some changes need to be made. Maybe our government should consultate more with poeple who know the real situtation when they create new laws. If I were minister of education I would deffenetly prefere American educational system to Russian. Because our new generation of children use English a lot more than Russian

"Ender's game"

Furthermore, Card recently announced that Ender's Game will soon be made into a movie. Though Card is best-known for "Ender's Game", he has also written in a variety of other genres, including plays, short stories, books on writing, the Homecoming series, other science fiction books, and nonfiction, such as articles on computer technology. Orson Scott Card in 2008 and when he was younger. The Setting The novel starts off on Earth, with scenes at the school and the Wiggin home. Little attention is given to the details of this setting, not even the name of the city, and so it comes across as a standard American neighborhood. A shuttle is used as a background in the fourth chapter. It has small narrow corridors and the walls of the rooms were carpeted as floors. The importance of the shuttle is that Ender learned something about orientation in zero gravity and that knowledge helped him a lot later.

The highest result of education is tolerance

The highest result of education is tolerance Ladies and gentleman! Today I will discuss a topic what is opened by a quote by beautiful Helen Keller: The highest result of education is tolerance. Today is the day you will understand that her quote is accurate. So I should probably start with a question. Why should we be tolerant to weird kids at school? Does anybody in this room know why?........Okay, let's just drop that question for now, we'll come back to it later. If I would ask you Where do we get our education from you all would probably say: From schools duuuh! But what is a school? Tallinn English College? Yeah, it is a school with all those fancy numbers with what you can become successful........but the greatest education comes from the life school where we learn about other people's views and thoughts. use robots. Big companies prefer robots- they do not ask for pay rises or go on strike, and they work 24 hours a day. By 2050, we will see robots everywhere- in factories, schools, offices, hospitals, shops and homes. In the 2050 every human have an opportunity to go on space travel, because space travels will cost less. Even the poor people can allow this. Schooling will be much better and cheaper (in the long run) in 2050. The word ,,school" will no longer be in our vocabulary. School will be called a ,,work force". There will be no more textbooks, paper, pens or pencils. Everything will be done electronically. Classes will be conjoyned together such as, English and History, Math and Science, etc. School will be more interesting and fun, plus school days will be shorter. By 2050 the work will be much easier. People will use computers to do their job. Everyone will have equal pay. The work days will be shorter. Humans have to work only 5 hours.

Motivation

In these moments i like to remember what Napoleon Hill once said: ,,If you can´t do great things, do small things in a great way." The things is, that everyone has to start somewhere, to find their own way in this life-that is the reason why i am writing this letter at this very moment, to let you know, that i am ready to make a change. To introduce myself, i would use one word-determined. I am 19 years old girl from Estonia and i live in two cities at the same time. During my school time i live in Tartu and when i want to charge my batteries i take a trip to smaller city and my hometown called Rakvere. Itmight be little, but it has it´s own way to fancy people. For example our city is known for a running event-,,Night run" where for 2 years i have been a volunteer to encourage and help people who have come together to Rakvere for one goal-to run a distance and share good emotions. I have attended primary school in a school what is near to Rakvere, in an english KALLAK

In numerous magazines and newspaper articles and public addresses over the following years, Cigrand continued to enthusiastically advocate the observance of June 14 as 'Flag Birthday', or 'Flag Day'. On June 14, 1889, George Balch, a kindergarten teacher in New York City, planned appropriate ceremonies for the children of his school, and his idea of observing Flag Day was later adopted by the State Board of Education of New York. On June 14, 1891, the Betsy Ross House in Philadelphia held a Flag Day celebration, and on June 14 of the following year, the New York Society of the Sons of the Revolution, celebrated Flag Day. Teenagers

I think girls are pretty much the biggest question to all teenagers and why just to teenagers? Answer to that question you will get while growing up. Well at least I think so. And now some more specifics about teenage girls. There are all kind of teenage girls. Well, for exempel the ones who think that being a teenage girl is all about boys, drugs and alcohol, then there are ofcourse those sissy girls and neards, plus there are the ones who live THE most boring life, by the school, home, school, home routine. I think I’m kind of a mix al of them exept the neards and boring rutine part, I don’t think I could never ever devote so much of my time to learn and learn and learn, I am 100% sure that I would find a million better things to do with my time, but no judging, right? Couse I almost forgot about the everything-in-this-life-is-bad-i-want-to-die kind of girls, who claim thay have a depression, but in reality, the biggest disorder they have is called teenage years

What would i change if i were minister of education.

What would i change if i were minister of education. Many people think that our school system is out of date and we should make it more modern. Even teachers and students say that some changes need to be made. Maybe our government should consultate more with poeple who know the real situtation, when they create new laws. If I were minister of education I would deffenetly prefere American educational system to Russian. Our children should do more practical exercises in school and develop creative thinking. In addition to that I would give more money to our schools and raise also teatchers salary. This would boost up their motivation to give quality education to our children. Also i would invite more exchange students into our schools and send our children more often to learn in foreign countrys. The last thing I would change is the amount of the final exams. I would change all school exams into national exams.
