Companys export readiness assessment

Still, the on-site information is weak; contacts are insufficient and needs to be developed. Image depends on company's financial position and the successful marketing. The knowledge what the company has got from success on Swedish market could be taken in use when entering Norwegian market. Taking into account the specific nature of the Estonian market has the company also been successful in local market. Maximum score 9 x 10 = 90, the result 61 (68%), which gives fear to good export readiness.

Looks - how important

What if look would not be important? I do not even have to generate theories. I know people, who do not think about necessity of taking care of their look. I can see them every day. Somehow they do not aware their problem. How can anyone ever feel comfortable with dirty clothes, untidy skin and fetid body? This secret remains to be under disgusting cover. In conclusion I would say that look is really important! No matter what is being achieved, look has a solid role in result! Of course if people did not care of the way they look, some doors would be closed, but life still would worth living!

School Uniforms

your friend go the same school. It would be easier to recognize people with their uniforms. Uniforms also prepare you for your future life, when you often have to dress smart when you go to work. It is a lot easier to dress every morning because you do not have to choose between different sets of clothes. You will have only one to choose the uniform. However, I think, that students should not wear uniforms. Wearing uniforms will make individuality dissapear and as a result we would have a group of students in grey or blue uniforms. We could not express ourselves by what we wear. The uniforms are also quite boring and not very inviting. School should be a happy place to be, but the dull colour makes you feel like you have come to prison. It may look nice and smart but it does not make stundents happy. Uniforms are quite often uncomfortable to wear, which makes them even worse. To sum up, I would say that stundents should not wear uniforms. Although, you

Ideal marriage

It is especially vital for newlyweds to have clear plans for their upcoming life together. For example, i think it is very important for both sides to express their wishes on whether or not they want children in the near future. Marriage should not be rushed into. I think it is very important for both sides to acknowledge the fact that tying the knot too early in life can lead up to a divorce. In my opinion, an ideal marriage can only be a result of a strong relationship that has had its ups and downs. I think it would be useful for all couples to rather wait a while before getting married, and not to make any haste decisions when it comes to something as serious as wedlock. All points considered, the main tip for having an ideal marriage is finding the right partner and being honest and straighforward with them. Respect and communication are vital parts to any wedlock, especially successful ones

was selected as the National Flower of Estonia. National bird The barn swallow, the national bird, is a characteristic guest of Estonian homes. Its call can be heard from practically every eave or barn rafter in the country. If the bird finds a suitable opening, under the ridge of a roof or a broken window, it will build its cup-shaped nest; it will even build it inside a house. The choice of the barn swallow as a national bird was mainly the result of a campaign conducted by ornithologists at the beginning of the sixties. The Barn Swallow has been the national bird of Estonia since 23 June 1960. National stone Estonian national stone is the country's valuable grey limestone. Estonia lies on a thick layer of limestone which is visible on the steep banks of northern and western Estonia. Most castles, churches, farm buildings, and countless stone fences are made of limestone. Research

originate as air pollutants. Heavy metals are indestructible and do not break down. When they sink to the bottom and stay strapped there, they may become toxic to the organisms in the area and also, for people, birds and animals who eat the contaminated water organisms. Last but not least, oil and oil products are also playing a big role in marine pollution. In the authors opinion the most dramatic inputs of oil result from accidents. Aniansson points out that such incidents cause widespread damage because wind and currents carry the oil away from the scene in a short term. Oil and oil products that are not completely insoluble in water cause serious damage to birds as the become oiled, making their plumage usless as thermal insulation and causing hypothermia which leads to death.

children’s decisions until the children are 18. However, other people say that children should be given a chance to solve their problems on their own. There are parents who prefer to make all decisions for their kids. Some of them do it because they are afraid to see their child suffering through setbacks, others do not want to give their children the freedom of doing their own choices. In my opinion those kids in the future could have some problems with self-confidence. As a result, it will be harder for them to live in the world where nobody tells you what is best or how to do something, or even which of these sofas would look better in your living room. To my mind, it will be easier to go out on their own for those kids, whose parents gave them an opportunity to make their own choices. If a 3- year-old child would pick a t-shirt for himself it does not really make a difference in his life, but it will help him in the future to become more confident and thoughtful

What are pros and cons of keeping fit?

liveliness and burns a lot of calories. One point of view in favour of that you have enough energy to do these activities that you actually enjoy doing to keep your body fit. Therefore, following a healthy diet means ensuring that you eat when you are hungry, you stop eating when you are full, you include plenty of different types of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, things like brown rice, oatmeal millet. So when you find the activity you like, try to do it at least 3 to 4 times a week. As a result it will really help improve your level of fitness. In addition it can actually cause you to lose weight. As you see there are several different ways of keeping fit. There are no cons of keeping fit, but the main disadvantage is where people get obsessed with exercising and over exercise. This is bad because overexercising will make you really skinny and unhealthy. All things considered the key is to exercise, but not overdo it. Also, you want to drink a lot of

I was trying to ask for my location and how to enter the museum but all I ever heard as a reply was insulting mumble and no clear sentences. Of course, that might have been rather understandable if we were talking about a fast food place, yet in such an official place as it is the National Museum of Physic Art, it is a shame to see employees who cannot use English. It was very irritating and I wasted a lot of time making clear what problems did I encounter. As a result, I did not visit your museum and I never will. However, I do hope that you will clear out the misleading facts and improve the atmosphere art is worth the trouble and respect. I am waiting for your reply. The role of the free press

newspapers do not always give correct information and facts are often falsely reported. Thus, they are not always appropriate learning material for students. On the whole, I believe that the existence of the free press is valuable to the society, as long as its power is used wisely and objectively in an effort to inform the public, rather than mislead it. The modern society would be considerably poorer if censorship was imposed by the government and as a result, the media would be a means of no importance.

It was, however, seen to have political/military importance in protecting New Spain's northwestern position in the Americas. Spain never did strengthen its military position in California sufficient to thwart hostile military action by any save the local Indians, but relied instead on the Spanish presence to pose a political trip wire - hostile action in California would result in war with Spain. Political and military leaders in California charged with it's development and defense were constantly frustrated and angered by what they perceived as inadequate attention and support by their superiors in Mexico City. Authorities in Mexico City saw California as an economic drain on resources. It was a strained relationship at best. As elsewhere in New Spain ultimate political power in California was exercised by Spanish born political, military, and religious personalities

The casting decisions made in commercials tremendously affect the young female audience reading this type of media, leading to the lowering of their self-esteem. Sadly this phenomenon can result in health problems. The Harvard Eating Disorders Center reports that 80% of women wake up each morning feeling depressed about their appearance (Johnston, 2004, paragraph 15). I have no doubt that persuasive media play a huge role in this unfortunately high percentage number.

The most pressing environmental issues in Estonia

Also we have, for example, deforestation problem and traffic jams, for instance, in Tallinn in rush-hour. Nevertheless, those problems are not so significant than previous. One of the biggest problems in Estonia is air and water pollution. One example of air pollution is exhaust fumes. Today we have a lot of transport: cars and buses, in the main in our capital. Gases which are produced by cars contain carbon dioxide. This carbon dioxide in the air causes global warming, which is the result of the green house effect. Furthermore, it will change our climate. In addition our air is polluted by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from plants and factors. Substantially, in Kohtla-Järve and Maardu. Our water is also polluted. We can't drink it, because there are a lot of chemical ingredients. In some cities water is chlorine a lot. As I know a lot of waste waters are putting out to see, near in the beach. In witness of it is appearance of blue seaweeds. In my opinion these thing is very

The Picture of Dorian Gray

Dorian's morals perish with each next day. He goes to poor and filthy places in London, has very destructive influence on his friends and doesn't value anything. When Basil tries to help him, Dorian loses his temper and kills Basil. After that crime the only thing Dorian thinks of is how to get rid of the body. With sin his portrait becomes more and more hideous. On one evening when he is watching this painting he stabs the portrait with a knife in a moment of madness. The result is that the real Dorian dies and changes into the hideous man from the portrait and the picture restores its original look. This novel is a very good example of the idea that when there's something good, there's always something bad too. The price that Dorian had to pay for everlasting youth was that he turned into a hideous and heartless creature, that's a price I wouldn't pay.

Celebrity

For example, in their youth they aspired to become famous, but failed and now force their children to work hard to realise their dreams for them. A perfect example for such faith is Michael Jackson. His father started to create a superstar of Michael when he was in a very early age. Many people have said that Michael Jackson lost his childhood and tried to realize it when he was a grown-up. His father was very tough on him and to his brothers and sisters. As a result, however, he did become a superstar. Maybe there was a time when he was happy about being recognized. But in the last ten years of his life, he tried to avoid from being recognized. There were many rumours about him, which he tried to escape from. There is no doubt that Michael Jackson is one of the greatest singers of all times, but what did he gain from it? I think people are happy only when they do things what they like in the way how they like. There is no sense is being someone you are not

Sun Bear

These distinctive markings give the Sun Bear its name. The diet of the Sun Bear consists mainly of invertebrates and fruits but as omnivores they will eat a wide variety of foods including small vertebrates, such as lizards, birds, and turtles, eggs, the young tips of palm trees, nests of bees, berries, sprouts, roots, and coconuts. In fact, Sun Bears have been observed to eat over 100 insect species and over 50 plant species. The Sun Bear does not hibernate, and, as a result, it can reproduce year-round. The offspring reach sexual maturity after 3-4 years and may live up to 30 years in captivity. A female Sun Bear can produce 1 to 2 cubs per year. Sun Bears undergo a roughly 96 day gestation period after which the 300 to 400 g cub is born blind and hairless.

older and start working, you would compete with your colleagues to get higher position with better salary. Companies compete with each other to get more customers.Countries compete with each other for a better economy. Even animals and plants compete with each other. But what are the good and bad sides of competition? First of all, competiton makes us strive(pingutama) more than usually. When we must compete with other people, we want to be best or at least good. As a result, we are ready to do things that maybe are difficult or boring, but improve our skills. For example, if estonian proffessional skier Kristina Smigun wants to win a gold medal, she has to focus on the upcoming contest. That means to train every day without complaining about the lack of free time. Furthermore, competition is needed in order to be able to compare different things. One very general 4 definition of quality is fitness for use. This definition was coined by Juran and Gryna in their 1980s book on quality planning and analysis, and has been widely quoted since. results come only after great efforts. Sensitivity in my integrated meaning is broad, covering literally the senses, so that deaf and blind people are less sensitive, as well as people whose senses work perfectly, but whose receptivity or thought processes are blunted for whatever reason. A person can be insensitive in one way, such as blind, and extraordinarily sensitive in another way, such as in hearing. It is also possible to be so ultra-sensitive that the result is disadvantageous. I expect no argument in asserting that a normal sensitivity is a healthy, indispensable ingredient for optimal education. Sensitivity can be heightened or blunted by education. It is intertwined with curiosity. An ideal education affords numerous and varied opportunities for students to touch, see, smell, listen, hear; to spark their curiosity. people in our country are treated as total outcasts. Many of these people have severe mental disorders. Some are victims of an economy that has failed them. The homeless are in need. As fellow humans we are obligated to help those in need. They are not only in need of money, but they are also in need of our attention and our support. In the past fifty years the United States has invested more money in helping the homeless people than any other country in the world. The result is that we have more poor people now and more people dependent on the government than we did fifty years ago. The welfare program in our society has failed. The illegitimacy rate of welfare when it first was introduced was one fourth of what it is today. It has driven fathers out of families and caused mothers to become dependent. It has taken away people's dignity and has brought child abuse to our society. Better programs must be created if we want to help homeless people.

Environmental issues in Estonia

We have factories that let their waste run into rivers. One of the biggest problems in Estonia is air pollution. Our air is polluted by exhaust fumes, because today we have a lot of cars, buses and other machines. In 2009 we had 407 cars to thousand inhabitants, which is lower than European Union average, but this number is still high. Because cars produce gases that contain carbon dioxide. This carbon dioxide in the air causes global warming, which is the result of the greenhouse effect. Tallinn wants to fight against it by offering public transportation for free, to Tallinn citizen. So that people would use more public transportation than their own car. Furthermore, it will change our climate. In addition our air is polluted by hydrogen sulfide from plants and factors (Especially in Kohtla- Järve and Maardu). Other big environment problem is garbage. Huge amount of waste is produced every day and it is all because of overconsumption

Product *Product is marketing process result. *An organisation must remain dynamic because the product is the only key to the organisation's solvency and profitability. *Company and consumer are independent because no matter how else the organisation runs itself cost-effecitively and sensibly, if the product is not selling well then the money simply will not be coming in. *Successful product management depend on the organisation knowing how and if the current product range meets consumer and organisational objectives.

Acid Rain

third of the United States and southeastern Canada. Other affected areas include the southeastern coast of China and Taiwan Causes · It is caused when sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are released into the air. In the atmosphere they react with water, oxygen and other chemicals to form more acidic pollutants, known as acid rain. Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides dissolve very easily in water and can be carried very far by wind. As a result, the two compounds travel long distances where they become part of the rain, sleet, snow or fog. SO2 and NOx come mainly from power stations and factories burning fossil fuels, or from motor vehicles. · Carbon dioxide in the air can dissolve in rain water to form carbonic acid, H 2CO3 CO2 + H2O H2CO3 · During the last century the rain water in some parts of the world has become far more acidic. This acid rain has been caused by the

Gross domestic product

Gross national product (GNP), in economics, a quantitative measure of a nation's total economic activity, generally assessed yearly or quarterly. The GNP equals the gross domestic product plus income earned by domestic residents through foreign investments minus the income earned by foreign investors in the domestic market. Gross Domestic Product GDP can be determined in three ways, all of which should in principle give the same result. · They are the product (or output) approach, the income approach, and the expenditure approach. The most direct of the three is the product approach, which sums the outputs of every class of enterprise to arrive at the total. The expenditure approach works on the principle that all of the product must be bought by somebody, therefore the value of the total product must be equal to people's total expenditures in buying things.

Law-makers breaking the law: torture as a justified interrogation technique?

consequentialism / utilitarianism been labelled justifiable to use torture techniques in combating terrorism and will present the reasons for why this controversial behaviour that democratic governments have been proven to conduct and still are being accused of until the current day is irrational and dangerous. Theoretical justification of torture The utilitarian view that a political leader should allow torture to rescue civilians’ lives is justified by that this would result in maximum happiness for the greatest number of people. It is said that in case of a moral dilemma there is never the possibility of 2 complete justification. Torture is illegal but if human lives can be saved, it is worth it. This disregards the act itself and only looks at the result (Driver, 2014). Hedonism supposes that a decision is ethically correct if the consequence brings

Acid rains

Though acidic rain was discovered in 1852, it was not until the late 1960s that scientists began widely observing and studying the phenomenon The term "acid rain" was generated in 1972 Canadian Harold Harvey was among the first to research a "dead" lake Public awareness of acid rain in the U.S increased in the 1970s after the New York Times promulgated reports from the Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest in New Hampshire of the myriad deleterious environmental effects demonstrated to result from it Occasional pH readings in rain and fog water of well below 2.4 have been reported in industrialized areas Industrial acid rain is a substantial problem in Europe, China, Russia and areas down- wind from them These areas all burn sulfur-containing coal to generate heat and electricity The problem of acid rain not only has increased with population and industrial growth, but has become more widespread The use of tall smokestacks to reduce local pollution has contributed to the spread of

Retelling the Aboriginal people

healing of the spirit was more important than the healing of the body. 6. European settlers Contact with British settlers began in 1788. The British, thinking that their culture was superior (parim), tried to impose (peale suruda) it on the native Aborigines. The settlers exploited (kurjalt kasutama) the traditional hunting lands of the Aborigines by intensive, large-scale agriculture, sheep herding and cutting down the forests. As a result of contact with European settlers many of the Aborigines died from diseases and illnesses. 7. Aborigines today In 1900 some autonomy was regained and aboriginal property rights were recognized. Improved living conditions in modern times have increased the average life expectancy of Aborigines but it is still quite low. Many aborigines live impoverished (vaesunud) lives in the northern parts of Australia or rural centres (maakeskused).
