Choosing the right way to revise guarantees success at the exam

quite stressful because we have a lot of information to cover. But finding the proper way for you can help you alot! III I actually agree with this statement. In fact, i think that you should find out how you memorize thing in class in order to find out the best way to revise for the exam. For example, if you have a hearing memory, then maybe you should consider recording your notes onto your computer or MP3 player. You should listen to them when you are out and about but not when you are relaxing. Relaxing is a very important part of revising. You should give your brain some rest so it could operate more effectively. Also, while studying you become mentally tired, but on order to sleep, you should balance mental and physical fatigues, so a light workout a day could really do you good. Another fact is that you should get atleastfour and a half hours’ sleep, under no circumstances you should go into an exam under these sleeping hours. This is the absolute minimum. But

date with what's been happening here. Actually, right now I'm laying under the palm tree and having a nice vacation at Bahama Island. I've been here for a week already and the time is just flowing by. I'm planning to relax and enjoy my vacation for another 2 weeks. Then I have to fly back home and start to work hard. But as a matter of fact I'm already thinking about my summer plans. I'm kind a sure that it wont be that relaxing at all, because I've thought about some money collecting. So my plans are that the first 2 months I'll mostly spend working. And for the last month I've made some plans where you fit into perfectly. I have a thought on my mind to go to England and spend there a nice weekend with some friends. Wouldn't that be great? I'm looking forward to your letter and the opinion what you think about my ideas. Write back as soon as possible.

CD review

Being their second album, A rush of blood to the head was released in 2002. The album has several popular singles such as "In My Place", "Clocks", and the ballad "The Scientist." It also won the Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Album at the 2003 Grammy Awards. This is my favourite CD, because you forget everything that surrounds you while you listen to it. Chris martin has a powerful voice and the overall sound is flawless. The songs contain lush melodies and they are really relaxing. The band's music is also meditative and it reflects on their emotions. The lyrics of their songs are very thought-provoking and the most important thing is that they are meaningful. You start to think differently when you have delved into them. I strongly recommend this CD and this band to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy good music. This band is really worth listening to.

Party

The party was in Tallinn and it was in my friend's house. It started at five o'clock. I went there alone. I wore blue jeans, a shirt and a sweater. A gift to the host was a homemade cake and a gift certificate. The house was full of beautiful decorations and balloons. The kitchen was full of food. There were a lot of sandwiches, chips, cakes, pies and candies and also a lot of drinks. My favorite drink was a strawberry smoothie. I also liked Fanta. I liked the music because it was very relaxing. I played there a lot of games. My favorite game was hide-and-seek, I also played board games. I did not dance .We also played football, basketball and Airsoft. I didn't meet anybody new there because I knew everybody.6 The party finished at ten o'clock. I did not stay overnight because I didn't want to. I didn't take any photos because I left my camera at home. I liked the party very much and I had a lot of fun.

Why travel?

friends, while the sun bronzes your skin. What could be better? For some people, this is the main point for travelling, yet others try to experience the culture and visit as many sightseeings as possible. Young people choose their destination to somewhere warm and also by the cost, because what is the point of ,,windbathing" in Europe or somewhere like that. Meeting new people, partying till the dawn and comparing each other tans is really fun and relaxing. I find these vacations very memorable because they are so different from the Estonian summers. But travelling is not only for party people, it is also for those who love to discover the foreign world, take pictures of exciting sightseeings while also enjoying it. People who like this kind of travelling are usually adults and elders who want something educational instead of fun. Meeting new countries give them the opportunity to understand different cultures better.

Tartu

Currently, the building is occupied by a history museum and the visitors can use an observation platform on the roof and enjoy a picturesque view of the city. By the Dome Hill there's the main building of the University of Tartu. It's very big and beautiful. There are several museums, but also some theatres and cinemas. Tartu has many cafés in the centre of the city, for example café Pierre. With its historical atmosphere, it's a really great place for spending a quiet and relaxing evening. Tartu is the perfect place for living and it's certainly a good holiday destination if you like sightseeing. It's also a fine choice for students, because the University of Tartu has a really good reputation and education level. Karita Liivak 9b Tartu MRG 15.10.10

Leona Lewis"Bleeding Love"and Lenny Kravitz"American woman"

Leona Louise Lewis "Bleeding Love" and Leonard Albert "Lenny" Kravitz "American Woman" Leona Lewis, winner of the British singing contest "The X-Factor", is english pop and R'n'B singer. Her music is passionate and rhytmical, yet relaxing, enjoyed mostly by younger people. Lenny Kravitz, American singer-songwriter, is on the other hand more for old-school people, producing different styles, starting with rock and funk, to end with folk and ballads. Usually you would think, that title "Bleeding Love" would refer to something really corny, when it actually does not. The song refers to someone in a relationship, blinded by love and has no other option but to "bleed love" for a loved one.

For and against Camping holiday

People like to spend their vocation in nature, far away from computers, internet, TV and mobile phones. They want to go somewhere where they can listen to the wild nature. Is the nature always better choice? Camping holiday is good for humans health because of breathing fresh air. In town there are too many pollute things which damage and is bad for your health. Walking is good our body, because when you walk then you burn the calories. In the wild nature your eyes are relaxing, they do not have the stress as in town. This kind of vocation is more cheaper than vocation in the spa or hotel. Most of camping places are free so you do not have to pay money for it. There are huge amount of camping places, all most every where in the country. You may chose which camping place your like, just go there and have nice healthy holiday. Tourism

However, it brings us not only benefits, but also dangers. I would like to discuss the problem in the following composition. Tourism can be very profitable. Especially when the country or an area is attractive and good weather is guaranteed. The most popular places to which people come are mountains, sea or lakes. The advantage of tourism is the mutual cooperation of the tourists and people who are working in this branch. These first can spend their time relaxing themselves. These second earn money. It's said that travel broadens the mind. I think it's true because we can meet another people and visit various places all over the world. We can find out more about foreign cultures and traditions or languages. In this sense traveling can be an instructive experience. On the other hand, tourism can be really destructive for the environment. Nowadays people want to be

them. As a result, you can reduce anxiety, reassure that you have taken all your necessary steps and increase your motivation to sit down and learn. Secondly, I recommend taking breaks periodically. This would mean that your concentration is better and you find yourself retaining more information than if you try to revise with an over- tired mind that does not remember what it just read. Lastly, it is also important to stay calm and positive. Spend time doing something relaxing each day, such as listening to your favorite music, going for a walk or swim. You also need to make sure you eat and sleep well and get some exercise. In this way, you will feel relaxed and connected to others and the world as you keep working through the revision. Exams can seem daunting but it is really important to keep in mind that it will not last forever. I believe that by using these simple revising techniques, you will find yourself calm, focused and fully prepared for the exam.

The pure bliss you get out of Skydiving outweighs all the fears engendered by this sport. It manifests a lot of emotions during the jump and gives a very relaxing feeling once you get back on the ground. I will start by describing what I felt when I was at the Koigi airfield ready for getting on the plane. As I was making my way to the plane, I was going over seven steps in my mind: count to seven, grab the controls, check the dome, check the wind direction, make sure anybody isn’t close, locate the landing area and prepare for landing 600 meters above ground. It all sounded very easy in my mind, but how would I know it if I had never done it before

Joseph Mallord William Turner and "The Fighting 'Temeraire'

It's painted in dark tones. Behind this old warship you can see another ship. The gunship is painted in light tones. The `Temeraire' is shown travelling east, away from the sunset. The new steam- powered tug is smaller and more prosaic. Paint laid on thickly is used to render the sun's rays striking the clouds. No real distinction from water and sky. Turner has used the triangle of blue to frame a second triangle of masted ships. I like the painting because the colours are relaxing and the whole effect is very gorgeous. In 2005, The Fighting Temeraire was voted the greatest painting in a British art gallery.

Speech: TV is Little More Than a Waste of Time

Talk: TV is Little More Than a Waste of Time 4 min Television has become increasingly more popular through the years. Most Estonians have a TV or even several TV's at home. On one side, there are many people who think that television is just a waste of time and money. Some people spend hours in front of TV and it can be bad for your health. On the other side, It is thought that watching TV is a good way to relax. They like to be entertained after a long day and they believe that television can make you happier. I have to say that I understand both sides. I believe that television can have a negative effect on children because there is so much violence in movies and TV shows. Also watching TV can make you lazy. It's physically, mentally, and emotionally lazy. It requires no physical, mental, or emotional participation It's an addictive excuse that keeps people from leaving the house and communicating with real people. The commercials ...

Also when you are working you can not avoid tiredness. For instance when you are going to school at 8´o clock and the school is ending four o´clock. Then you are going directly to work and it may end at midnight. You just do not have time to study and relax. In conclusion ,,no job" is dominating the ,,having a job" while studing points. People are needing time for their selves. Sleep time is the most important thing in life. Nobody can not be happy without relaxing and nobody can not study well when there is no time to study. Most tourists come to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, and they don`t go any further than that . It may be because they don`t know where to go and what possibilities are there for them. Health, Healthy habits and sports

Rest and sleep help overcome fatigue and restore energy to the body. Everyone needs rest and health, but the amount required differs from each individual. Rest and relaxation are as important as sleep. After hard work or exercise, a person may need a period of total rest. At other times, only relaxation or a change of pace is necessary. Any activity that differs from the normal routine of work or study can be relaxing. Handling stress is essential for avoiding both mental and physical illness. Feelings of stress are the body's response to any threatening or unfamiliar situation. Stress can occur even in pleasant situations, such as watching a football game. If not handled properly, stress can lead to physical and emotional illness. No one can avoid stress, but a person can lessen the danger of becoming ill from it. Everyone should learn to relax by resting, taking a walk, meditating.

Estonia

In a good, snowy winter, the Estonians' favourite leisure activity is probably skiing. In spring, Estonians often leave the cities for the weekends. Many families have a cottage in the countryside. Since a forest is seldom farther away than a half-an-hour's drive, people often go there for a mushroom hunt, to watch the beautiful wildlife or just for a relaxing walk. Regardless of their age or whether they live in a city or the countryside, an important weekend ritual for many Estonians is the Saturday sauna. Christmas time is the most important holiday celebrated in Estonia. Like in other Nordic states, Estonia's celebration of Christmas mostly falls on Christmas Eve, the 24th of December. Christmas as an official holiday was banned during the Soviet occupation. Despite

They get together monthly and talk through the most recent book they have read. A generation ago, there were few, if any, organized reading groups for kids. Today, hundreds of thousands of kids belong to them. The growing number of book clubs and its members only shows the

The Inchcape Rock

He hopes the moon will soon rise, so they would be able to know where they are. Then one of sailors says that he can hear the sound of the waves breaking and he believes they are near a shore. Sir Ralph answers him that he is not sure where they are, but he wishes he could hear the Inchcape Bell. Here again, the sensation of something bad happening is 2 very strong, the description of the dead-silent sea is no longer lovely and relaxing, but vice versa, very disturbing. The complete darkness also has a part in it, of course. The sailors, obviously, do not hear the Bell (as it is in the bottom of the ocean). The current is very strong and it carries the floating ship with it. Then, suddenly the ship hits a rock and the understand they have found the Inchcape Rock. As the ship is sinking, Sir Ralph the Rover curses himself for removing the Bell from it's rightful position.
